Tila Tequila is letting her bruises do the talking in a lawsuit she just filed against her ex, NFL star Shawne Merriman.
Tila claims Shawne grabbed her, shook her like a rag doll, threw her down and choked her during an argument last September. Tila says the San Diego Chargers linebacker had a bad temper combined with a drug problem, and that he humiliated her because of her bi-sexuality.
In the lawsuit, Tila's lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, included a photo gallery (above) showing the disparity in height and weight (Tila -- 4'11", 93 lbs. Shawne -- 6'4", 280 lbs). The photos also show bruising on her arms, which Tila says is courtesy of Shawne.
The San Diego County D.A. declined to file criminal charges.
Tila's suit -- for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress -- seeks unspecified damages.
Chris Brown was the target of a nasty verbal attack last night -- as one outspoken woman unleashed a profanity-laced assault right in the singer's face.
It all went down as the convicted felon posed with fans at Footaction in NY last night -- when out of nowhere one woman in the crowd got close to him and began shouting, "f**king beater" and "I hope someone beats the f**king crap out of you!"
Chris smiled and walked right past the screaming woman -- but Brown's devoted fans defended his honor by shouting, "Smack that bitch up."
Rihanna described all the horrific details of Chris Brown's brutal attack on her last February -- claiming he was soulless and had "clearly blacked out" when he was smashing her face in.
On "Good Morning America," Rihanna explained how a fight over a text message set him off -- and once the beating started, all she could think about was "When is it going to stop?"
Interestingly enough, she says she doesn't hate him -- and instead wants him to "have a great career" and to "take this as something to go through and learn."
With tears still pouring down her face, pop star Leona Lewis left a book signing in London this afternoon -- after someone allegedly slapped the "Happy" singer in the face.
Witnesses tell the BBC that someone "slapped" and "punched" the pop singer inside the Waterstone's Piccadilly Circus bookstore in front of a crowd of people.
Police tell TMZ they arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of assault and Lewis was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
A rep for Leona confirms the incident, telling us: "Leona was the victim of an unprovoked attack. The police were called immediately and medical attention has been sought. Leona is understandably shaken and apologizes to the fans she was unable to meet and complete signings."
The guy who allegedly choked Ryan Seacrest's bodyguard outside of the Children's Hospital in Orange County on Tuesday just pled guilty to three misdemeanors.
Chidi Uzomah -- who appeared in Orange County Superior Court today via a television feed -- pled guilty to battery, assault and possession of a switchblade.
He was put on three years probation and must "destroy" all weapons he owns. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail with 4 days credit for time already spent behind bars. But if he messes up, then he could get six months in jail or a $1,000 fine.
The judge said he must stay away from the Children's Hospital and Ryan Seacrest.
A man with a knife has been charged with a crime after allegedly attacking Ryan Seacrest's security guard.
It happened outside the Children's Hospital in Orange County earlier this week. Ryan had just finished making an appearance. The alleged attacker -- Chidi Uzomah -- approached Ryan and asked for an autograph. Ryan obliged and then walked to his car.
We're told Uzomah got in between Ryan and his car. The security guard tried blocking Uzomah and then Uzomah allegedly began choking the guard and fighting him.
Uzomah -- who is 25 years old, 6'4" and 200 lbs -- was subdued and arrested. Cops found a switchblade knife on him.
Uzomah will be charged by the O.C. D.A. with assault and battery and possession of a switchblade.
She claims she was assaulted by the team's linebacker -- but Tila Tequila says she still watches Chargers games.
We got Tila going to her lawyer's office yesterday, where she said she did watch Monday's NFL game ... but wasn't paying much attention to their star player Shawne Merriman, the guy she claims choked her out.
Why the lawyer? As TMZ first reported, Tequila is looking into a civil case against the football player after the D.A. decided not to file criminal charges against the guy -- this could be step one.
Jerry Weintraub, the legendary movie mogul behind Ocean's 11, 12 and 13, claims his life is in danger -- by a gun-toting ex-assistant who's allegedly out for revenge.
According to Jerry's estranged wife, the employee -- who was fired last month -- has garage door openers, access codes to their homes, "a collection of firearms" and a serious bone to pick.
In legal papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Jerry's estranged wife claims they fired the assistant because he stole $45,000 in cash to support a "gambling and drug habit."
But days after they fired the guy, Jerry's wife claims they got a 5 AM phone call from the ex-employee's daughter -- who told the Weintraubs that Steven was upset with them and that he was en-route to pick up his CZ-40 gun.
The Weintraubs also claim the daughter warned them Steven "planned to come to our house with his gun."
Now, the Weintraubs are asking a judge to keep Steven away from their entire family -- and their mansions in Malibu, Beverly Hills and Palm Desert.
Chris Brown says he relives his assault on Rihanna every day -- and wishes he could have handled it "totally different."
Brown's full interview with Larry King aired last night, where he said he was still in love with the woman he beat up, played dumb to the past abuse mentioned in his probation report and called the night of the assault, "one of the worst moments of my life."
TMZ has learned Hayden Christensen's brother, producer Tove Christensen, was arrested early this morning for felony assault with a deadly weapon -- when he allegedly dragged his girlfriend around 30 feet after she clung to the side of his car.
LAPD responded to a 911 call in Hollywood around 2:30 AM after an argument broke out between the couple. Witnesses told law enforcement that Christensen pushed her to the ground and hopped in his car -- but when his GF reached inside to grab her purse, Tove hit the gas and dragged her down the street.
When police arrived, the girlfriend had visible marks on her arm. They later tracked down Tove at his L.A. home and arrested him.
He's currently being held on $30,000 bail.
Tove -- seen here on the left -- produced brother Hayden's movie "Shattered Glass," and according to his Wiki, had one line in one episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."
Chris Brown says he can't remember anything from the night he brutally attacked Rihanna -- telling Larry King he thinks "it's crazy" when he thinks about what he did that night.
With his mom and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, by his side, Brown did a pre-taped interview for King's upcoming Wednesday show -- and told Larry that he's still "in shock" about the beating. He also says he's still in love with Rihanna.
Hours after his sentencing and the release of the disturbingly graphic blow-by-blow of his assault on Rihanna, Chris Brown showed his remorse to the world -- by living it up at a Hollywood nightclub.
Surrounded by women, Brown appeared to be drawing a lot of attention to himself last night inside Guys and Dolls.
In the probation report released by the court, Brown said he was "depressed" after the Rihanna incident -- he sure didn't look depressed last night.
Just hours after Chris Brown was sentenced yesterday for beating her up, it was business as usual for Rihanna in NYC -- who continued her day without missing a step ... well, maybe just one.
The court has released the officer's report from the night Chris Brown beat up Rihanna -- describing the entire incident in graphic detail.
According to the report, cops responded to a "screaming woman" -- and when they arrived, they noticed a "very upset and crying" Rihanna seated in the driver's seat of a parked vehicle.
Rihanna told the officer she got into an argument with Chris Brown over something that had occurred at an event they were at earlier in the evening.
"The victim said she became enraged and slammed both of her fists against the dashboard on the passenger side of the car they were in. She reported that the defendant then pulled the vehicle over and reached over her with his right hand. He opened the car door and tried to force the victim out."
According to the report, Brown was unable to shove Rihanna out of the car because she was wearing a seatbelt.
