TMZ has confirmed one of Dr. Conrad Murray's baby mamas will be called to testify before the L.A. County Grand Jury in the Michael Jackson investigation -- because she's not cooperating with the cops.
The L.A. County D.A. has asked the Grand Jury to put Nicole Alvarez under oath and testify about Dr. Murray's comings and goings around the time Jackson died.
Alvarez -- the mother of Dr. Murray's 7th child -- lives in Santa Monica, CA. As we first reported, law enforcement sources told us they believe Dr. Murray was actually living in Santa Monica during the time he was supposedly living at Jackson's house. Although we've heard he may have been living with Alvarez, we have not been able to confirm that.
This development does not mean the Grand Jury will decide whether to charge Dr. Murray with the death of Jackson -- this is merely an investigative tool law enforcement sometimes uses with uncooperative witnesses.

Before Dr. Conrad Murray injected Michael Jackson, his 27-year-old baby mama ejected his baby -- and we got a picture of Nicole Alvarez traipsing around Santa Monica, looking pretty hot.
Dr. Murray's spawn, Che Giovanni Murray, was born March 2 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A, according to the Daily News. It's Murray's 7th kid -- that we know of.
According to the NY Daily News, Alvarez was dancing at a strip club in 2005 when she met the good doctor.

In one of the wildest court pressers ever, Claire Elisabeth Fields Cruise, the woman who claims to be the biological mother of MJ's kids, just said Michael Jackson is the biological father of one of Tom Cruise's children!
Among other completely sane accusations, Claire alleges Connor Cruise is her son with Jackson -- but they gave him to Tom and then-wife Nicole Kidman because MJ "did not want his own child because of the color of his skin."
Claire also claims she conceived Jackson's three children with three different men -- none of them Michael -- and the embryos were "safely removed" from her body and given to surrogates to carry to term.
In related news, unicorns are real.

Jude Law is bound to have one good lookin' kid out of wedlock -- especially if the little sucker takes after its mother.
We got our hands on some photos of smokin' hot actress/model Samantha Burke -- the lady who's carrying Law's fourth bundle of joy.
You've already seen the pic we posted of Samantha with Jude's bun in the oven -- but wait'll you see these pics of Burke in a bikini!
As we first reported, her lawyer says she'll pop sometime this fall.

A raging inferno broke out at a house owned by 50 Cent early this morning, and the local fire department tells us the fire is "highly suspicious".
The fire broke out at the six bedroom, five bath house in Dix Hills, NY around 5:00 AM. Six people, including the rapper's ex Shaniqua Tompkins and their 10-year-old son Marquise, were in the house. They all were transported to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.
The Chief of the Dix Hills Fire Department tells TMZ that dogs are currently searching the burned out rubble, as the intensity of the fire made it highly suspect. The Chief says they're searching for what substance possibly could have been used as an igniter.
The house has been the subject of a bitter dispute between Fiddy, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, and Tompkins. The rapper reportedly bought the home -- one of the biggest cribs in the area -- for a cool $2.4 mil in January 2007. Last month he tried to evict Tompkins and Marquise from the house, demanding she pay him $4,500 a month in rent.

UPDATE 10:25 AM ET: Suffolk Police tell us they received a call at 5 AM. An off-duty police officer was driving by and stopped to help rescue the victims inside the house -- including a pet guinea pig. We're told injuries to all six victims -- including Tompkins -- are non-life threatening and they have been treated and released from the hospital. While they are currently investigating the fire's cause, we're told 50 Cent is not a suspect at this point.

Scary Spice (aka Mel B) celebrated her baby daddy Eddie Murphy's public acknowledgment of their daughter, Angel, by slapping on a new weave and scooting on down to Miami for a champagne party with her new dude, Stephen Belafonte. Day-Oh!
After a very difficult previous week, in which she endured a wag-a-licious meal at the Ivy in L.A. with fellow Eddie-exer Nicole Murphy, Mel cracked open a bottle of expensive bubbly on the beach, showing a very remarkable pair of, um, sunglasses by her side.
