Michael Madsen -- Go Big or Go Homeless

Michael Madsen Being broke usually means it's time to make sacrifices, but not for Michael Madsen -- dude declared bankruptcy, then allegedly racked up $80,000 in unpaid rent on a mansion ... and now faces eviction.

According to docs filed last Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the owner of Michael's luxury Malibu home claims the "Kill Bill" actor skipped out on his $20,000/month rent four months in a row ... and now owes $80,000.

If he doesn't pay up, Michael could be homeless -- according to the docs, the owner intends to evict him if the debt isn't covered.

It's unclear how Michael planned to pay his rent since he filed docs for bankruptcy back in June, which say his net monthly income was $-3,392.

Pam Anderson Not Broke, Says Pam Anderson

Pam AndersonPam Anderson -- former actress/financial maven -- is coming out with both barrels blazing to refute reports she's gone bankrupt.

According to an article that made the rounds, Pammy is allegedly more than $1.2 million in debt -- including over $600k to a construction company that filed a lien against her.

Pam released the following statement:

"It is true that I am in a dispute with some of the contractors working on my home. This is because after paying millions of dollars to build the house I continue to get bills from the contractors. My lawyers are reviewing the work done to see if the bills are fair. If they are, they'll be paid. If they aren't, they won't be."

But Pam does seem to hint at some financial issues, saying, "Mistakes may have been made in calculating taxes owed and we are now in the process of ensuring that any taxes owed are paid."

Warren Buffet, she ain't.

Annie Leibovitz Portfolio Safe -- For Now

Annie Leibovitz Famed photog Annie Leibovitz has managed to stave off losing her entire legendary portfolio -- but there's still the pesky matter of the $24 million she owes.

Leibovitz got so deep into financial debt, she took out the loan last year and put up her homes -- and her entire photo library -- as collateral.

Art Capital Group has agreed to withdraw its lawsuit against Leibovitz for failing to pay back her loan on time. They've agreed to restructure their agreement and push back the due date -- which was last Tuesday.

Michael Madsen -- In Debt to the Rich & Famous

Michael MadsenNothing ruins a good friendship like money -- so it's safe to say Pierce Brosnan and Quentin Tarantino won't be talking to Michael Madsen anytime soon.

Seems Madsen is in debt to both guys big time. According to bankruptcy documents Madsen filed earlier this month, he owes $25,000 to 007 -- but he's into QT for a cool $1 million!

Pierce and QT shouldn't hold their breath while they wait for the "personal loans" to get paid back -- Madsen is almost a total of $4 million in the hole, and the docs say his net monthly income is $-3,392.
