If Bob Dylan thinks his s**t don't stink, then take a whiff of this: His neighbor has five industrial fans blowing his porta-potty tainted air right back at him!

Cindy Emminger -- who lives directly across the street from Dylan and the portable toilet his security staff reportedly uses -- showed off the mechanical scent repellent she's using to fight the stink, and warned the odor is even worse at night.

Malibu residents are in a funk over a portable toilet on Bob Dylan's property -- saying the moveable crapper is releasing toxic fumes that are seriously hot boxing the community.

Residents say their complaints to Dylan about his dumper -- which is said to be mainly used by his security guards -- have gone unheard for about six months, and one couple has even installed five industrial-sized fans on their property to keep the stink away, according to the L.A. Times.
The stench is so potent, people say it's making them sick -- but it appears that Bob just doesn't give a crap.

With the line between beauty pageants and Girls Gone Wild now completely blurred, maybe NBC should have Joe Francis host the next Miss USA telecast. In advance of that tantalizing prospect, here are the finalists for the sparkling TMZ tiara.
Donald Trump: Apparently, last winter's squabble with Martha Stewart was only a warm-up. In what can only be interpreted as a delirious desire to prevent anything from soiling the January 7 debut of Season 6 of "The Apprentice," The Donald relocated this week to the Trump Glower, and hurled down an unbelievable stream of invective at the rosiest rabble-rouser of "The View." O'Donnell, meanwhile, has cut and pasted some rather unflattering Wikipedia info about Trump into her blog, adding that she will let readers know "if kelli leaves me for one of his pals." This is David Gest vs. Liza Minnelli on Viagra and estrogen, an East Coast battle that suddenly renders the premiere of tonight's new E! special "30 Most Outrageous Celebrity Feuds" moot.

Who's being naughty and who's being nice? Beyond the questionable Spanish-speaking skills of Gwyneth and the rambling e-mail ruminations of Lindsay, here are five more celebs who appear to be a couple of ornaments short of a Christmas tree.
Andy Dick: Notice how one on-stage mention of the N-word by a white comedian burns up news radio, while more than a dozen equal offenses by a black comedian barely rate a mention? As TMZ first reported, tricky Dick set himself up for the inevitable "I am not a schnook" apology by trying to spoof Kramer's flame-out with his own heckle-and-run interruption of comedian Ian Bagg's Improv routine. Meanwhile, equal opportunity Laugh Factory offender Damon Wayans is, for all intents and purposes, still perceived as the cuddly dad from "My Wife and Kids," despite dishing out a saucy serving of N-sprinkled Chocolate Sundaes. Somewhere in Beverly Hills, 80-year-old trailblazer Don Rickles is shaking his head again and muttering, "Man, even I wouldn't go there."

When CD sales figures come in next week, the true state of the culture of music will emerge. Those figures will be disappointment to many, but to pop princess and weekly mag queen Jessica Simpson they may be down right devastating.
Simpson's "A Public Affair" stood at No. 52 last night on Amazon.com, well below the still-unreleased albums of the fan-petitioned Beyoncé or the harshly criticized Justin Timberlake.
If MySpace's announcement today was not enough to convince the public that the music biz's old school marketing machine has completely lost its relevance, it may be, in the end, the Hollywood credo that does the trick-- that being: The numbers never lie.
It should also be noted that fellow tabloid baby Paris Hilton's new album resides currently at #95 on that list.
It is nothing new to hear that the face of music has changed-- the public has known that for years. The difference is that today the same public is now also demanding more. Definitions in this day and age seem to change almost overnight (sorry Pluto) and it now it seems as though the public is demanding a change in the definition of an artist as well. Of course, Amazon isn't the only reference point for sales of pop CDs, but it is a good measure of consumer interest.
In case you were wondering. Firmly lodged at #1 on the list: Bob Dylan's 'Modern Times'.

Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews Band also set to perform
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
(Mar. 8) -- The Boss is heading to New Orleans.
A performance by Bruce Springsteen is one of 35 added to the lineup for this year's New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, scheduled over two weekends -- April 28-30 and May 5-7. He's slated to close out the first weekend, festival producer Quint Davis said Wednesday.
Springsteen will perform with the Seeger Sessions Band, the musicians who backed him on an upcoming album inspired by folk singer Pete Seeger. It's scheduled for release April 25. Davis said part of the album's title, "We Shall Overcome," is a fitting theme for the spirit of the storm-battered city.
It features Springsteen's interpretations of 13 traditional folk songs that have been associated for decades with Seeger.
Etta James, Herbie Hancock, Dave Bartholomew and Warren Haynes were among the acts announced Wednesday.
Dr. John, Bob Dylan and Cowboy Mouth will be performing on opening day, April 28. Galactic, the Dave Matthews Band and Clarence "Frogman" Henry will perform April 29, and joining Springsteen on April 30 will be the Meters, Yolanda Adams and Allen Toussaint.
Kicking off the second weekend on May 5: Doug Kershaw, Keith Urban, Little Feat, Marcia Ball and Koko Taylor and Her Blues Machine. Jimmy Buffet, the Radiators, Buckwheat Zydeco and the Dirty Dozen Brass Band perform on May 6, and Fats Domino, Paul Simon, Lionel Richie, Irma Thomas and Pete Fountain close out the festival on May 7.
As usual, Jazz Fest will be held at the New Orleans Fair Grounds. The horse racing track was flooded and had wind damage from Hurricane Katrina, but work crews have been repairing and upgrading damaged areas, Davis said.
As with Mardi Gras, it's hard to say what kind of attendance this year's festival will draw. It usually brings in roughly 500,000 music lovers over the course of the two weekends.
