It's all fun and games until someone gets outed as a rat -- so the lawyer for Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch suspect Nick Prugo wants his client kept far, far away from the people he snitched on.

Prugo just showed up for his arraignment in L.A. criminal court.
We're told Prugo's lawyer is pissed that a sealed affidavit was released last week, revealing that his client blew the whistle on the six other people who were allegedly involved in the burglaries of Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Rachel Bilson, Orlando Bloom and Brian Austin Green.
We've learned Prugo's lawyer will file legal docs today asking the judge to try Prugo separately from the other suspects.
And there's this: Prugo was put into protective custody when he was labeled a rat. Among the many death threats he's received ... "Snitches get stitches."
UPDATE: Prugo's arraignment was waived until December 2.

Katt Williams' comedy pal -- "Borat" star Luenell -- says if Katt really did break into someone's house, it was probably an "O.J. situation where he might be trying to get back something that somebody took from him."

Luenell went on to say she would do anything for Katt -- who was charged with burglary and criminal trespassing yesterday in Georgia -- saying "I'm loyal ... I'm riding with him."
BTW: O.J. was sentenced to nine years in prison for trying to get his stuff back.

Comedian Katt Williams has officially been charged with burglary and criminal trespassing by a magistrate in Coweta County, GA -- his bond was set at $41,150.
Williams was arrested this morning, after cops say a man named Daniel Broach claimed the comedian broke into his home on Sunday night and stole $3,555 worth of jewelry and collectable coins.
Broach told cops Katt used a crowbar to break into his home, which is around 38 miles southwest of Atlanta.
Katt's lawyer told us the whole thing is a sham -- and is just the result of a dispute Katt had with a another man.
UPDATE: Katt is free to roam -- we're told he just posted bond.

TMZ has obtained a 911 call made last week when a 17-year-old kid told authorities that Katt Williams was holding him against his will at a Georgia residence.

The call was made around 9 PM on November 3 from a house in Coweta County. The caller says he had a car waiting to take him to the airport -- but Katt "wouldn't let our ride take us there" and "threatened to beat me up." The caller says he's not sure if Katt is armed with a weapon.
We're told police showed up after the call and no arrests were made -- but it is still under investigation.
As we first reported, Katt's lawyer said the comedian's arrest for burglary this morning is total bull -- blaming it on a dispute Katt was having with an employee who lives in the Coweta County guesthouse where he's been staying.

Katt Williams was not burglarizing anyone and his arrest for same is totally bogus -- according to Katt's lawyer.

William Briggs told TMZ Katt was in Georgia shooting a movie, staying at the property of a friend and the movie's producer, Barry Hankerson.
Briggs says the reason his client was busted is because he was involved in a dispute with one of Barry's employees who lives in the guesthouse. The vengeful employee called the cops and reported a faux burglary, Briggs says. Briggs adds Katt had "full permission" to be on the property and has been staying there for the last 3 weeks.
Katt is still in custody. There's a bail hearing set for 4 PM ET.
UPDATE: Katt's bond was set at $41,150.

Nick Prugo -- the alleged member of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch who dropped a dime on his comrades -- is the target of "numerous" death threats and is now in protective custody, according to his lawyer.
Attorney Sean Erenstoft tells TMZ, "Multiple law enforcement agencies are involved in the protection of Nick Prugo and his family."
According to an LAPD affidavit, Prugo armed cops with info on the suspects, the location of the property they allegedly stole and the celebrities they allegedly stole from -- including Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Audrina Patridge and Rachel Bilson. His account led to the arrests of the other suspects.

TMZ has learned several suspected members of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch have a serious history of breaking the law -- and their past violations could bite them in the ass if they're found guilty of stealing from the rich and famous.

Courtney Leigh Ames was arrested for battery back in 2008, after she allegedly fought a co-worker. She eventually plead guilty to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 24 months of probation ... which means no burglaring.
Johnny Dangerous -- aka Jonathan Ajar -- was convicted of DUI earlier this year. He was sentenced to 36 months probation ... but on Sept. 30, he was arrested for drug possession. The drug arrest could violate the terms of his probation ... which also prohibits burglaring.
Finally, Alexis Neiers was arrested on suspicion of driving around with some pot in her car back in July. But Alexis missed her court date so a warrant was issued for her arrest. She is not on probation ... but burglaring is still a bad idea.

The Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch may have scoped out jewelry worn by Audrina Patridge before her house was burglarized -- judging by searches made from a computer seized from suspect Nick Prugo.

Whoever was using the computer at the time wanted to check out photos of Audrina's "diamond watch" -- performing a Google search for images of the pricey bling.
Audrina's house was burglarized back in February -- two maskless morons were caught by her security cameras doing the deed ... one of which cops believe was Prugo.

TMZ has learned cops suspect 19-year-old Rachel Lee is the "master mind" of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch.
Lee was arrested in Las Vegas yesterday -- and law enforcement sources tell us she is suspected of organizing a plan to steal cash, jewelry, clothing, luggage, purses and other personal items from several major Hollywood celebrities, including Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan and Rachel Bilson.
We're told when Lee was busted, cops impounded a variety of items from her father's Las Vegas home -- including two laptops, photographs of a partially nude woman, photographs of Lee's friends, more than two hundred $100 bills, a Korean passport and a vial of marijuana.
Sources also tell us cops found a series of items that may have been taken from various celebrity homes. The items include a hat linked to Lindsay Lohan, jeans linked to Rachel Bilson and partially nude photographs linked to Paris Hilton ... no surprise there.
We've learned Lee told the arresting officers she discovered she was a "person of interest" in the case from "watching TMZ."
We're told Lee has denied being involved in any of the burglaries. She's currently behind bars in a Clark County, Nevada jail.

Paris Hilton may be one of the victims of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch, and the data TMZ obtained from the computer of Nick Prugo -- one of the alleged members -- seems to back that up.

Take a look at this Google search from the computer Prugo was using while celeb homes were being hit. It shows two searches for "paris hilton diamond watch."
Paris' home was burglarized in December, 2008. She says $2 million in jewelry and other belongings were taken. Paris went to the LAPD Hollywood Division today at 2:30 AM to retrieve some of the stuff.

Lindsay Lohan's stolen watch may have reappeared -- possibly on the arm of one of the people accused of taking it.

As we've already told you we got the data from the computer Nick Prugo had used during the alleged spree of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch.
One of the images is a Google search for Lindsay Lohan/Blue Rolex. There's also a Google image search for Lindsay Lohan Rolex.
Police believe one of the celebrity targets was Lindsay Lohan. She had watches, among other items stolen from her home.
The image above is from the same computer, showing someone sporting a blue Rolex. One of Lindsay's reps says it well could be LiLo's watch.
If true, the Burglar Bunch is both bold and stupid for the photographic braggadocio.

TMZ has learned a fifth suspect was arrested yesterday in connection with the burglaries of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge's homes -- 27-year-old Roy Lopez.

Law enforcement sources tell us Lopez -- who we're told works as a bouncer at a bar in Calabasas, CA -- was also booked for felony burglary and his bail was set at $50,000.
As we first reported, the other four suspects -- Rachel Lee, Diana Tamayo, Courtney Ames and Alexis Neiers -- were also arrested yesterday.
Nick Prugo -- who was arrested back in September -- has already been charged with two counts of felony burglary.

Lee is still behind bars -- bail has been set at $3,000.

TMZ has obtained computer data that seems to link the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch to several stars whose homes were hit.

Take a look at this Google Map, isolating the Hollywood Hills home of Orlando Bloom (see yellow thumbtack). The Map was on a computer used by suspected burglar Nick Prugo. Bloom's home was burglarized on July 15 and hundreds of thousands of dollars in watches were stolen. Law enforcement sources tell us they believe the Burglar Bunch hit Bloom's home, in addition to a string of other celebs in the Hollywood Hills. The Map could be a smoking gun.
Nick Prugo and the other suspects used the computer to store photos and videos, showing off jewelry and possibly plotting various burglaries. The computer in question had been stolen from a Los Angeles businessman ... cops believe it was stolen by the Burglar Bunch. The LAPD seized the computer -- but it appeared to have been completely scrubbed so it was returned to the owner.
The owner, however, hired a computer expert who was able to recover a treasure trove of possible evidence linking the Burglar Bunch to various star victims.
Prugo, along with three other women, have been arrested in connection with the burglaries of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge, both of whom had jewelry stolen from their homes.
