David Hasselhoff has fallen off the wagon once again ... TMZ has learned -- this time making a drunken spectacle out of himself during a trip to Canada this weekend.
We know the Hoff -- who's famously struggled with alcohol in the past -- was drunk in British Columbia over the weekend and caused a scene.
Multiple sources tell us it all went down at the Cascade Casino, when The Hoff somehow got himself involved in an altercation with an elderly patron.
We're told three casino security personnel were called to the scene ... and Hoff was eventually escorted away.
But here's the most shocking part ... We're told Hoff was seen drinking again just 7 hours later.
The night before announcing he was infected with the dreaded pig virus, Marilyn Manson was busy blowing loads of snot on stage at a concert in Ottawa.
In the video -- shot on Sunday in Canada -- Manson is performing "Beautiful People" when he suddenly, disgustingly decides to empty flu goo from both nostrils ... while standing only a few feet away from the fans in the front row.
Let's hope Swine Flu is snot as contagious as everyone thinks it is.
UPDATE: Paulina's agent tells us "There's no way it can be her because on Friday she was doing a fashion show and Saturday she was filming a cooking show." The agent added, "She's grieving the loss of someone she used to love."
UPDATE: The RCMP just completed a press conference and while they say they have identified the mystery woman, they are not revealing her identity. They do not feel she is a public threat nor are they appealing for her to come forward. The RCMP also says she could only be charged as an accessory after the fact to crimes committed in Canada -- not to the murder for which Jenkins was wanted. UPDATE: Cops are saying despite the manager's claim, Paulina is not the woman they are looking for.
The woman who helped Ryan Jenkins run from authorities was his former fiancee, according to the manager of the motel where he committed suicide.
We showed the manager, Kevin Walker, photos of Paulina Chmielecka, who was in a 3-year relationship with Jenkins until earlier this year -- he says he's "100% sure" the woman who drove Jenkins to the Thunderbird Motel and paid for the room was Paulina.
Ryan and Paulina were engaged, until he called it off several months ago. Friends of the former couple tell us she was very much in love with him, though she moved on to another relationship.
We've learned someone had a chance meeting with accused murderer Ryan Jenkins the night he escaped to Canada, and he was cool, calm and collected.
Law enforcement sources tell us after Jenkins docked his boat but before his short walk to the Canadian border, he had a conversation with someone who had no idea Jenkins was on the run. The person told law enforcement there was "no sign of remorse" and Jenkins acted as if everything were fine.
And law enforcement sources say they have a "reason to believe" Jenkins' parents have been assisting him. One law enforcement source says he believes Ryan enlisted their help before anyone knew that Jasmine Fiore had been murdered and he lied to them. But authorities believe they may still be assisting him.
The parents are divorced and live in separate cities in Canada. They have tremendous financial means. Law enforcement sources say after Ryan became a suspect, his father's plane came in from Honduras -- Ryan's dad developed a resort on an island off Honduras.
Authorities don't know where Jenkins is hiding presently, but they believe he needs the assistance of family and friends.

Authorities boarded a plane and arrested a man they believed to be Ryan Jenkins, but authorities tell us it was not him.
Jenkins is still on the loose. The man taken into custody in Toronto tonight reportedly has been released.

So the question -- was Cohen with Jenkins on the August 17? We got a tip -- that we have not confirmed -- that David Cohen is the screen name of someone who appeared with Jenkins on "Megan Wants a Millionaire." That week's episode, however, aired on August 16 and it appears Cohen is referring to August 17.
Cops believe Jenkins escaped to Canada on Wednesday August 19.
We've obtained footage of Ryan Jenkins' boat being towed this morning from Point Roberts -- a U.S. territory about 10 miles off the coast of Washington state that shares a border with Canada.
The US Coast Guard towed the boat to Blaine, Washington -- where Ryan's black SUV was found abandoned at a local marina. Police told us they believe Jenkins -- who has been charged with murder over the death of his wife Jasmine Fiore -- towed his boat to Blaine then hit the water over to Point Roberts.
Point Roberts is actually located at the tip of Vancouver, which has a 4-mile border with our northern neighbors. Cops believe Jenkins then crossed the border over to Canada.

We now know what happened to Natasha Richardson on the ski slope when she was critically hurt yesterday, suffering a brain injury.
We're told she was having a private lesson on a green slope (beginner) at a ski resort in Quebec, Canada. She fell -- we're not sure why. There was no blood and no sign of impact. Two ski patrollers came to her rescue. When they got there she was conscious -- smiling and making jokes.
An hour later, Natasha started to complain of a headache and said she didn't feel well. Someone from the resort called 911, and she was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Natasha was conscious when she left the resort.
A guy who's allegedly stalking Celine Dion is now under psychiatric evaluation. Yeah ... that sounds about right.
Police arrested the 41-year-old man outside the Canada home of the singer following an incident where he allegedly rang the buzzer at Dion's mansion and demanded to speak to her. When cops showed up, he was gone ... but they arrested him a short time later when he intelligently showed back up for seconds.
According to CTV.ca, the man is now under psychiatric evaluation and is due back in court on Monday to face charges for harassment.
