Hoff Gambles with Sobriety in Canadian Casino

David HasselhoffDavid Hasselhoff has fallen off the wagon once again ... TMZ has learned -- this time making a drunken spectacle out of himself during a trip to Canada this weekend.

We know the Hoff -- who's famously struggled with alcohol in the past -- was drunk in British Columbia over the weekend and caused a scene.

Multiple sources tell us it all went down at the Cascade Casino, when The Hoff somehow got himself involved in an altercation with an elderly patron.

We're told three casino security personnel were called to the scene ... and Hoff was eventually escorted away.

But here's the most shocking part ... We're told Hoff was seen drinking again just 7 hours later.

So far, no comment from Hoff's camp.

Francis' Bad Gamble Could Cost Him His Home

Joe Francis went from the big house to a really big Bel Air house that he could now lose because of a gambling debt.

TMZ has obtained legal documents, asking the California courts to honor a judgment Las Vegas mogul Steve Wynn obtained against Francis a few months back in a Nevada court.

Francis stiffed Wynn to the tune of $2 million by refusing to pay back a gambling marker. That judgment has swelled to $2,942,272.50 -- that accounts for 18% interest on the debt -- which Joe incurred 2 1/2 years ago.

Wynn's lawyers want California to honor the judgment, so they can go after Francis' California assets, which include a Bel Air mansion.

As for Joe's reaction ... He tells us "I was told this matter had been settled by my attorney and I'm currently looking into it."

Jerry Buss -- Laker-Sized Chip on His Shoulder

Orlando fans weren't the only ones who couldn't care less about the Los Angeles Lakers' victory parade yesterday. Jerry Buss -- the dude who owns the team lock, stock and barrel -- had better things to do ... playing poker at a cheesy casino all by his lonesome.

Jerry Buss Los Angeles Lakers

Jerry was so engrossed in his hand at the Bicycle Casino -- 10 miles from the parade route -- he wasn't even looking up at live TV coverage of the celebration. We're thinkin' any other owner would be leading the band!

Turns out, this is S.O.P. for Jerry. His peeps tell us Buss has never attended a championship parade because he hates the traffic and the attention.

Hope he's not bettin' with the Lamar Odom money ....

Casino: We're Calling Greasy Bear's $75,000 Bluff

Greasy Bear Brandon DavisOily heir Brandon Davis is slick, but is everyone's favorite Greasy Bear the next Danny Ocean? The portly party boy, whose family is worth billions, is being sued for allegedly ripping off a Bahamian casino for a barrel of cash during a weekend in January.

In a lawsuit filed in New Jersey and exclusively obtained by TMZ, the Atlantis Paradise Resort and Casino claims Paris Hilton's favorite hanger-on owes them $75,000 -- after checks that Davis wrote for a hefty casino marker were returned bearing the stamp "Non-Sufficient Funds!"

According to the lawsuit, Davis was either "aware at the time that he presented the checks that his account had insufficient funds," or had borrowed the cash with "the intent and plan to order the Bank not to pay or honor the checks." Either way, the casino wants their green -- stat. They're even after Greasy for an additional $270 to cover the returned check fee! Bad Greasy.

Calls to Davis were not returned.

Happy Birthday Tom's Mom

Say what you will about Tom Cruise, the guy takes time out for his mama.

TomKat, with Tom's kids Isabella and Connor in tow, took Tom's mom to dinner in Las Vegas for her 70th birthday. The family enjoyed a nice relaxing meal outside on the patio of exclusive restaurant SW inside the Wynn Hotel and Casino.

In fact, the dinner was so relaxing TomKat seemed to be a bit bored. Then again, who among us hasn't been bored hanging with our parents when there are millions of dollars to be won just a few feet away in the casino!

Tyson: "My Life Has Been a Waste"

http://us.video.aol.com/video.index.adp?mode=1&pmmsid=1702378Mike Tyson is still the main event in Las Vegas, even though he isn't licensed to fight there. The former heavyweight champion has set up shop (in this case, it's a ring) in the middle in the Aladdin/Planet Hollywood hotel, for a boxing exhibition called "Tyson Training Camp." Not quite the $35 million nights he was used to in the twilight of his career.

In between ferocious left hooks, Tyson tells TMZ he's recently spoken with Oscar winner Jamie Foxx, who is rumored to play The Dynamite Kid in a big screen version of his life. Tyson says he doesn't understand why Foxx would be interested in portraying the embattled star.

"I don't ... see myself in the perspective that everyone else seems. I think the 40 years of my life have been a waste."

Here at TMZ, we believe anyone who could have spawned a Nintendo boxing game as cool as Mike Tyson's Punch Out is not a waste, no matter how far he may have fallen.
