L.A. prosecutors have declined to press charges against Alex Da Silva, one of the choreographers from "So You Think You Can Dance," who was arrested last Saturday night for alleged sexual assaults.
Da Silva has been in jail since he was arrested, but is expected to be released sometime today.
Prosecutors say further investigation is needed and a spokeswoman for the District Attorney's Office also says more alleged victims have come forward who have not yet been interviewed.

The charges against Jason Null -- a member of the rock group Saving Abel -- and an employee of the band have been officially dropped.
The pair had been charged with with felony counts of forced oral copulation and forced oral copulation on a minor, after a 17-year-old accused the two of forcing her to perform oral sex after a concert in Oakland last week.
Both the prosecution and defense attorneys say a videotape of the incident contradicted the teen's accusations.
