Eddie Cibrian's soon-to-be ex-wife claims the actor is cheating on her again -- this time with his wallet.
Brandi Cibrian claims the "CSI: Miami" star has left her essentially high and dry since he took off back in August after 8 years of marriage -- refusing to give her a dime for food and gas.
According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Brandi claims Eddie is raking in $60,000 a week on his show, but he's currently only paying for Brandi's "household bills."
Now, Brandi wants some serious jack so she can take care of the couple's two young children -- as well as herself. She's asking for $39,963 a month in spousal support so she can pay for things like the kids' schooling, the car, medical bills and of course -- pilates.
UPDATE: Eddie's lawyer, Neal Hersh, tell TMZ, "Nothing could be further from the truth. Eddie's responsibility as a father is his highest priority. He has been and will continue to be responsible to the children as well as Brandi. The parties are very working together to resolve the issues of custody and money."

Eddie Cibrian's wife says she found out he was cheating on her through the media, this according to new documents filed in their divorce.
Brandi Cibrian says she "first learned of his infidelity in March 2009," according to docs obtained by TMZ. Brandi never names the other woman -- it just happens Us Weekly posted a video of Eddie making out with LeAnn Rimes at a restaurant that same month.
Brandi claims Eddie said he promised to stop cheating -- and they even sought counseling -- but by July, 2009, she found out the affair was still in full blossom ... again courtesy of the media.
Brandi also claims Eddie was unfaithful to her with at least one other woman during their marriage.

Ellen Pompeo, her husband and her insane baby bump stepped out together in Beverly Hills yesterday -- in an assumed attempt to squash those pesky infidelity rumors.
Despite some reports that hubby Chris Ivery is gettin' down with a 19-year-old waitress, the extremely pregnant "Grey's Anatomy" star appeared to be happy as she clutched tightly to her man's hand outside a Gucci store.
Take it for what it's worth -- but they sure had our photog convinced.

Hugh Hefner claims his soon-to-be ex-wife Kimberley Conrad cheated on him before their marriage fell apart -- but that's not why he's finally demanding a divorce.
TMZ just spoke with the Playboy kingpin, who told us he made the decision to officially break it off with his estranged wife, and mother of his two children, strictly because she filed a $5 million lawsuit against him last month relating to the sale of a house they owned together.
As for why he had stayed married during the 11-years they have been estranged, Hef says, "At the time of the separation, I was happy to get a divorce ... I only remained married for the sake of the children at her request."
Hef told us that he was "faithful" during the time they were together, but says Kim had cheated on him "early in the relationship." Hef says he knows who the other person is, but would not reveal the identity.
Hef did reveal his frustrations with the lawsuit -- claiming he has paid Kimberley every cent that he agreed to pay her in their prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, adding, "I have been generous to a fault."

Reggie Miller is denying accusations he got down with someone else's fiancee -- but the former basketball star does admit he flirted a little bit ... well, actually a lot. But judging by the pics she texted Reggie, two played that game.
The entire Southern California coastline was roped into the story last weekend, after Alex von Furstenberg -- the son of designer Diane von Furstenberg -- hired a small plane to fly over the beaches with a sign that read, "Reggie Miller Stop Pursuing Married Women."
It's all over Alex's fiancee, Ali Kay.
According to Reggie's rep, Miller and Ali met at a Malibu supermarket back in March. Reggie says the two flirted and spent the rest of the day texting like crazy -- each sending more than 50 texts to the other in a 6 hour span (we obtained Reggie's phone records and verified the number of text messages that were sent back and forth).
Reggie claims Ali -- a clothing designer -- even texted him 2 provocative photos of herself (above), which TMZ has obtained.
But according to Reggie, in April he had enough and took her out of his phone contact list. But Reggie says in May, Ali reconnected with him, wanting to know why he had closed the door. Reggie says the next day he got an angry call from Alex.

Law enforcement sources confirm to TMZ Chris Brown received a text message from a woman while he was driving with Rihanna and that's what started the confrontation that left Rihanna battered and bruised.
We're told the text message was from a woman who wrote about hooking up with Brown later.
We've also learned there is a reference in the police report to an argument over a rapper, but we've learned this is NOT what triggered the argument. The woman who text messaged Brown is not a rapper. The NY Daily News first reported the text message.
As for Rihanna's injuries, we continue to learn more. Cops took multiple pictures at the scene. Chris Brown allegedly hit Rihanna so hard with his fists, she could barely open her eyes for the photos -- they were almost completely swollen shut. She had a fat lip, her mouth was swollen, her nose was badly bloodied, and she had contusions on her forehead and both sides of her face.
And check this contrast out (video on right) -- Chris Brown singing a song about reading street signs with Elmo on "Sesame Street."

The night before she was allegedly assaulted after discovering a text message from another woman on Chris Brown's phone, Rihanna performed -- ironically -- at a Verizon & BlackBerry party.
This energetic performance would be her last before the attack.

Two former 'Survivor: Borneo' contestants tell TMZ they flatly dispute the allegation of Richard Hatch's lawyer that the TV show covered up cheating. But two others on the island say there were some shenanigans in the dark of night.
Hatch is currrently on trial in a Rhode Island federal court for failing to pay taxes on his million-dollar prize, which he won in the first season of 'Survivor.' This morning, his lawyer, Michael Minns, told the judge that Hatch caught some of his fellow contestants trying to have friends sneak food to them on the island. According to Minns, Hatch struck a deal with the producers: he would keep quiet about the cheating and the show would pay the taxes on the grand prize if he won.
Today, Rudy Boesch, one of Hatch's fellow contestants, told TMZ, "I think he's just talking. What friends could bring...food? There ain't no friends on the island."
Dr. Sean Kenniff, another contestant, echoed Boesch's sentiment to TMZ: "I never witnessed any cheating by 'Survivor' contestants, 'Survivor' producers or other 'Survivor' staff."
"During my 36 days on the island," Kenniff added, "I lost about 30 pounds -- fair evidence that I certainly wasn't the recipient of any prohibited food!"
