Mackenzie's Sis -- Dad Never Made a Move on Me

Mackenzie Phillips' half-sister claims their father never made sexual advances towards her -- even though Mack supposedly had an incestuous 10-year relationship with the guy.

Chynna defended her sister today on Oprah -- where she said she absolutely believes the "hideous" allegations Mackenzie made about their dad, Mamas and the Papas singer John Phillips.

McCarthy Singled Out on Robertson

Most stars look like crap without makeup ... Jenny McCarthy, not so much. TMZ caught Jenny shopping on Robertson Blvd. this weekend, where she was shocked to be caught on film so early in the morning sans a little help from Cover Girl.

Also out in L.A.: Billy Baldwin and Chynna Phillips ('memba her?), Nicky Hilton furniture shopping, Tim Allen at City Walk, a hiding Leo DiCaprio and Marcia Cross -- who let us know she'd never pull a Britney.

In NYC: Jessica Lange and a silent Clive Owen.
