There's nothing more vicious than an old-fashioned Twitter fight -- which is exactly what just broke out between Larry King and his handlers at CNN.
Larry's wife Shawn says CNN asked him to stop posting details from his personal life on KingsThings -- his official Twitter account -- interesting personal stuff like him and Ryan Seacrest arguing over who's gonna pay for dinner.
So King let his rebellious side shine and started his own personal account -- then immediately let his non-rebellious side shine by naming it ShawnKingsHubby.
That'll show 'em who wears the pants around there.

Anderson Cooper was outed as a Lady GaGa fan last night -- and the eternally short-shorted Richard Simmons didn't miss a beat challenging him to a "Just Dance" dance-off.
Cooper didn't take the bait, but the 100% authentic awkwardness is just as entertaining ... if not more.

Carrie Prejean told Larry King the Miss California USA people were pushing the gay agenda so hard they couldn't hide it -- even asking her to go to a gay event in disguise.
Prejean insinuated pageant officials wanted her to pose in Playboy -- they've told us they were merely passing the offer along, per her demand.
Prejean did not address Donald Trump's statement to us ...that she treated people in the pageant like s**t and refused to participate in 30 sanctioned events.

Congressman Aaron Schock was grilled today on TMZ's coverage of Washington D.C. -- specifically our controversial interview asking Schock who had better abs: Prez Barack Obama or him?
CNN's "Reliable Source" host Howie Kurtz probed deep, trying to get Schock to take his shirt off, but the 27-year-old Rep kept it professional.

CNN senior hottie Larry King made a triumphant appearance yesterday ... at the Central Park Zoo?
Larry's taping in NYC this week, and took some time out to visit the seals, ducks and monkeys. Larry knows how to talk to the animals -- lord knows, he's interviewed enough of them.
The strapping King and his 7th wife, Shawn, celebrated their 10th anniversary this week. Mazel tov!

Is the ultra-bitter paternity war between Scary Spice and Eddie Murphy all over -- a house?
On last night's "Larry King Live," the suspendered one revealed that Eddie's people are claiming Scary demanded a $9 million mega mansion from the funnyman -- a claim that Scary never outright denied.
After she was finished bobbing and weaving, Scary also revealed that she and Eddie tattooed their names on each other -- and claimed that the ink proves that they were, "very much in love and wanted to have a family together" adding, "You don't tattoo somebody's name on your body if it's brief and unimportant, let's put it that way." Romance fades, tats are forever!

UPDATE: One of the shooting victims was pronounced dead on arrival at Grady Hospital, another is in extremely critical condition.
The CNN Center in Atlanta, Ga. was evacuated moments ago after a male gunman allegedly shot a woman in the face in a street-level lobby area, at approximately 1:30 PM EDT.
According to CNN, a witness saw the suspect dragging a woman by the hair minutes before the shooting.
A CNN producer says he witnessed the man shoot the woman twice in the atrium of the building, near the arena where the NCAA final game was played last night.
The suspect was then shot by a Turner Security officer and is currently being held at gunpoint by CNN Security and Atlanta Police. He is being treated by paramedics at the scene.
Police are saying this was a domestic altercation which led to gunshots. The woman and suspect are believed to be in critical condition, per CNN.
The shooting occured near the Omni Hotel, attached to the CNN Center.
