"Cocaine" is never free ... neither is Taylor Swift, John Fogerty and the Harper Valley P.T.A. -- this according to the secret agents who claim they caught an Idaho sports bar playing music they hadn't paid for.

As TMZ first reported, BMI -- the enforcers of music royalties -- sent a spy to The Sports Cellar bar in Idaho to see if they were playing music they hadn't paid for the rights to use ... and according to court documents, this is what they heard:
-- Cocaine
-- Amarillo By Morning
-- Harper Valley P.T.A.
-- Long As I Can See the Light ... by John Fogerty
-- She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy
-- Here Without You
-- Should've Said No .. by Taylor Swift
-- I Get It
-- Five Dollar Fine
-- Gotta Get Me Down Home
After the recon mission, BMI, Taylor Swift and several recording artists filed a lawsuit against the bar for copyright infringement.
So why would the secret agents for BMI target little podunk bars? Because they're sending a message to every small joint in the county -- Big Brother is always watching.

Mike Tyson can't get a break. Court officials in Arizona tell TMZ they're looking at yesterday's bloody LAX incident to determine if the ex-champ violated his probation. If he did, he could end up in an Arizona prison.
Tyson was convicted of felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor DUI in Arizona in 2007. He was placed on 3 years probation. One of the conditions -- Tyson can't violate any laws.
If Arizona prosecutors believe Tyson crossed the legal line yesterday, they could attempt to violate his probation and he could face jail time.
A probation official tells TMZ if charges are filed against Tyson in L.A., that could trigger a probation violation. The official says worst case scenario for Tyson -- 2 1/2 years in State prison.

The Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch may have been far more dangerous than first thought -- cops say one of the suspected members had built a serious arsenal of hardcore drugs, guns and ammunition.
Cops recently executed a search warrant on the L.A. home of Johnny "Dangerous" Ajar -- and what they found caused authorities to charge the 27-year-old with 10 felonies including:
-- Six counts possession for sale of a controlled substance ... cocaine, oxycodone, psilocybin (aka mushrooms), Ecstasy, Clonazepam (an anxiety pill), Alprazolam (aka Xanax).
-- Three counts possession of a firearm by a felon for two Sig Sauer 9MM handguns and a Remington shotgun.
-- One count possession of ammunition.
As we first reported, Ajar was convicted of trying to sell 500 grams of cocaine back in 2002 -- and spent over a year-and-a-half in a Wyoming prison.
Now, authorities say he's on the run and considered armed and dangerous.

They don't call him Johnny Dangerous for nothing -- the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch suspect (who's still on the run, no less) spent time in prison a few years ago for trying to slang massive amounts of coke.
Jonathan Ajar pled guilty in federal court in Wyoming in 2002 to possession with intent to distribute more than "500 grams of mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine," this according to court documents we obtained.
But get this ... as part of his plea, the second charge against Ajar was dropped -- which was the intent to sell roughly 35 POUNDS of marijuana.
Ajar was sentenced to 37 months in prison, four years supervised release and was forced to pay a measly $250 fine.
Ajar was behind bars from Feb. 20, 2003 until November 8, 2004 -- and lived in a halfway house after he was released.
As we first reported, Ajar was convicted of DUI earlier this year, busted for drug possession back in September ... and cops held up a wanted poster of him during a press conference about the Burglar Bunch case last week.

We just got hold of the second Billy Mays autopsy report -- and it underscores how cocaine may have played less of a factor than first thought.
According to the full report, "there is no evidence that Mr. Mays' death was related to acute cocaine intoxication .... rather, the use of cocaine by Mr. Mays appears to have occurred at a remote time several days before his death."
The report also states there was no proof that Billy was a "chronic" cocaine user -- and only chronic cocaine use would have contributed to his cause of death ... occasional use would not.
The second medical examiner also claims there was no evidence that Billy "abused" prescription drugs -- as the levels in his system matched the amount he was prescribed to take.

Billy Mays' widow says she never bought into the medical reports showing cocaine contributed to the legendary pitchman's death -- and now she says a brand new investigation backs up her claim.
Deborah Mays just released a statement claiming the family commissioned a 2nd review by an independent medical examiner, Dr. William L. Manion, who concluded, "chronic cocaine use was not demonstrated by the autopsy findings of Mr. William Mays.
In addition, there is nothing in his medical, social or professional history to suggest chronic cocaine use.
Therefore, I do not believe cocaine played a significant contributing factor in the death of Mr. Mays as the autopsy specimens and findings are not consistent with the cardiac conditions normally observed in a person chronically using cocaine."
Billy died back in June and in the first autopsy report, performed by the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner, cocaine was listed as a "contributing cause" of death -- along with hypertensive and arteriosclerotic heart disease.

TMZ just obtained the temporary restraining order filed against former "Terminator" star Eddie Furlong by his estranged wife -- claiming the actor threatened to hire people to beat her with "chains and bats."
In the documents, Rachael Kneeland -- who filed for divorce from Eddie in July -- claims Eddie "grabbed me, bruised me, pushed me, made threats of more violence, left messages saying he would hire people to come and beat me with chains and bats."
Kneeland also claims Furlong "is smoking cocaine and doing other various drugs. He is very unpredictable."
The restraining order was granted -- Furlong has to stay 100 yards away from Kneeland.
We're waiting on a call back from Furlong's rep.

Billy Mays' widow is "extremely disappointed" with the Hillsborough County medical examiner's office -- accusing them of sending out a "speculative" report that's damaging her husband's image.
Moments ago, Deborah Mays released the following statement:
"We are extremely disappointed by the press release released by the Hillsborough County medical examiner's office. We believe it contains speculative conclusions that are frankly unnecessary and tend to obscure the conclusion that Billy suffered from chronic, untreated hypertension, which only demonstrates how important it is to regularly monitor one's health.
Given the hectic nature and pace of Billy's life, especially during the past 10 months of his exhaustive travel across the country, it was not surprising to hear that hypertension was the cause of his death. We were totally unaware of any non prescription drug usage and are actively considering an independent evaluation of the autopsy results."

A mighty shocking autopsy report concludes cocaine contributed to the sudden death of pitchman Billy Mays back in June.
The report, which was released today, lists "cocaine use" as a contributing cause of death -- along with hypertensive and arteriosclerotic heart disease.
A Hillsborough County press release says "from the presence of metabolites of cocaine and the absence of cocaine itself, it was concluded that Mr. Mays used cocaine in the few days prior to his death but not immediately prior to death."
Mays died in his sleep on June 28 at his home in Florida.
UPDATE: Official documents show the following drugs were in Mays' system -- hydrocodone (Vicodin), oxycodone (painkiller), alprazolam (Xanax), nordiazepam (Valium), benzoylecgonine (byproduct of cocaine) and temazepam (anti-anxiety). Ethanol -- alcohol -- was also in Mays' system.

Coolio claims the cocaine he was busted with at LAX wasn't his -- because only an "idiot" would try to get coke past airport security, and he's no fool.

The rapper with the crazy hair was back at the scene of the alleged crime yesterday, where he said he wished the police had done a little more "CSI"-style investigating when he got popped -- to check for his DNA on the drugs they found in his bag.
Coolio's already pled not guilty in court, and his closing argument yesterday: "I don't give a f**k."

Barbra Streisand's receptionist needs people -- like criminal defense lawyer Blair Berk.
We've learned Tina Fortenberry was arrested for allegedly possessing cocaine and methamphetamines. She was also busted for possession of a dangerous weapon and for driving on a suspended license.
It happened Wednesday on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Fortenberry was stopped for expired tags. After Sheriff's deputies stopped her they found the contraband inside her car.
The dangerous weapon in her car was a sap -- similar to nunchakus.
At the time of her arrest Fortenberry was carrying some mail for Babs that she was supposed to take to the post office. Someone who works for Barbara had to go to the Sheriff's department to retrieve it.
No word on who is answering Barbra's phones, but we hear Lily Tomlin needs work.

Former Jacksonville Jaguar superstar Jimmy Smith was arrested at a Jacksonville gas station this afternoon for possession of narcotics.

State troopers pulled over the 40-year-old for an unknown reason. Smith pulled into the gas station, where he was arrested. At some point during the incident, we're told Smith asked the officers if he could use the restroom. Officers obliged and escorted him into the gas station bathroom -- as you can see in the photo on the left.
Smith has a long history of substance abuse -- he was arrested for DUI back in August 2008 and was suspended by the NFL in 2003 for violating the substance abuse policy.
Smith made five straight Pro Bowls playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He finished his career seventh in NFL history with 862 catches and 11th in league history with 12,287 yards.
Story developing ...

Another former Falcon's behind bars -- this time it's a running back.
Jamal Anderson, the former superstar who invented the "Dirty Bird" endzone dance, was busted at an Atlanta area tavern last night and charged with felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana
Cops say they found some powdered coke and a joint on Anderson's person, and whisked him off to Fulton County jail.
Anderson has a hearing set for Monday morning.
UPDATE: TMZ has learned former Atlanta Falcons running back Jamal Anderson was busted inside a bathroom stall -- with another -- at the Peachtree Tavern after a patron heard someone making a "snorting noise."
The patron reported the "noise" to a bar security guard -- who happened to be an off-duty Atlanta Police Officer.
The Atlanta PD tells TMZ the security guard went into the bathroom to investigate when he heard the suspicious noise. We're told the guard then popped over the top of the stall and claims to have seen Anderson and another man doing lines of coke off the toilet tank. He immediately arrested both men.
