Taylor Lautner Wants a Double Banger

Taylor LautnerTaylor Lautner once demanded a "double banger" in his TV contract -- and while a "DB" involves undressing next to another person, it's not nearly as saucy as it sounds.

TMZ obtained the minor's contract from the actor's gig on the now-defunct NBC show "My Own Worst Enemy" -- and according to the docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, dude had one chuckle-worthy request.

In the contract, Taylor specifically asks for "at least one-half of a double banger" for a dressing room -- industry slang for a trailer divided down the middle for two actors to share.

Now to the money -- according to the docs, the "Twilight" actor pulled in $10,000 an episode ... not too shabby.

Too bad the show was canceled after just nine episodes.

What It Takes To Keep Paula on 'Idol'

Paula Abdul on 'Idol'Sources tell us Paula Abdul will make a deal with "American Idol" if the price is right -- and we're told that price is $10 million a year.

We've already reported well-connected "Idol" sources say they haven't closed the door on bringing Paula back for season 9. We're told they have not communicated with Abdul since she tweeted her goodbye, and auditions start Friday -- without Paula.

But here's the deal. Our sources say Paula was not happy with the "Idol" offer but willing to sign -- just days before her deal-breaking tweet. She had a sudden change of heart, largely because she felt "disrespected" by "Idol" execs who had offered Simon and Ryan a lot more than they offered her. We're told the show offered her around $4 million a year.

In the end, we're told the magic number is $10 mil. If "Idol" antes up, they can buy a loose cannon.

**Check out yesterday's TMZ Live -- when Harvey and Charles answered your questions about Paula's fate and Debbie Rowe showing up to Dr. Arnie Klein's office again.

Paula Abdul -- Will Work for Food?

New developments in Paula Abdul's "American Idol" contract negotiations -- Ryan Seacrest, who's pulling in $15 million a year, has agreed to buy her lunch every day if she comes back.

Ryan Seacrest: Click to watch
As we first reported, Abdul is holding out for more dough. We're guessing somewhere around $4.5 mil a year.

Paula Abdul -- One Pissed Off Judge!

Paula Abdul is pissed off that Ryan Seacrest is a very rich man, our "American Idol" spies say.

Abdul isn't angry at Ryan personally for his new $45 million, 3-year deal, but she's bent out of shape at producers that she's making minimum "Idol" wage -- we're told between $2 and $3 mil a year.

Our spies say producers want Paula back for sure, but she's now doing the Hollywood thing of pretending like she'll walk.

Here's the fun part. Auditions for the next season start on August 6. We're told there are already plans to start the auditions without her if they don't have a deal.

As for what Paula wants -- we're told somewhere between 2 and 3 times what she's making now. Here's our guess -- $4.5 a year ... a lot better than the $5,000 a week she pulled in for season one.

Welcome to Hollywood -- Abdul Threatens 'Idol'

Paula AbdulPaul Abdul is hurt, angry and threatening to quit "American Idol" ... like "60 Minutes" wants to snatch her up.

It's absurd, but Abdul's manager told the L.A. Times, "Very sadly, it does not appear that she's going to be back on 'Idol," adding "Idol" producers have been "rude and disrespectful" by not offering her a new deal.

Ok, let's now get real. Our "A.I." spies say Abdul is raking in about 2 1/2 million bucks a year -- a nice check, but compared to the $15 mil a year that Ryan Seacrest just sealed ...

In Hollywood, stars have to talk the walk in order to rob the bank. Paula's manager says since "Idol" hasn't offered her a new deal she's now considering starting a competitive show. Here's the deal ... Paula tried starting her own series a few years back with Paramount .... NIGHTMARE! The idea crashed and burned.

So it's yet another ploy for more moolah, and more power to her. Whatever the deal it's a long way from Paula's first season paycheck -- our "A.I." spies say she was pulling in $5,000 a week.

Miley's 'Bolt' Contract Comes Back to Bite Her

Miley Cyrus's 'Bolt' Contract Comes Back to Bite Her Miley Cyrus made some sweet money doing the voice of Penny in the movie 'Bolt' -- but she came this close to making a whole lot more.

We got our hands on Miley's contract -- filed with the court -- which says she was paid $10,000 a day for the voice-over work.

But here's the rub, if the movie had grossed $125 million domestically, Miley would have pulled in an extra $175,000 ... and then another huge pile of cash for every $25 million above that.

The final domestic gross: $114 million. Ouch.

Miley Cyrus Cashes in on Valuable Stock

Miley CyrusNot many people receive multiple paychecks for doing something one time -- but Miley Cyrus ain't your average gal.

We just got our hands on one of Miley's minor contracts, which shows the 16-year-old will receive a fat paycheck because a show called "Disney Channel Backstage" wants to use some stock footage of her when she hung out with the Muppets.

The contract promises to stuff Miley's Hello Kitty money clip with $7,500 -- meanwhile she doesn't even have to re-lift a finger.

Miley Cyrus -- Disney Changes Her Tune

Miley CyrusBilly Ray Cyrus is doing his best acting job yet -- by pretending that he and Miley are excited about a new season of "Hannah Montana."

Disney has just picked a fourth season of Miley's show, which, according to Billy Ray, was all Miley's choice. But we doubt that's the case. First of all, as EW points out, she was under contract -- you know, a legal document that forces you to do things, regardless of your opinion.

Secondly, as we told you last year, Billy Ray and Miley feel there is more money in her music career. So Billy Ray and Miley started showing up late to "Hannah" tapings, stalling production and fighting with co-stars -- all to try and force Disney's hand.

Looks like Miley's getting some tough love from her "parents," aka Disney's legal team.

Shawn Johnson $cores Big with 'DWTS' Contract

Shawn Johnson is raking in the cash on "Dancing with the Stars" -- although she may not think it's worth the hassle of dealing with alleged stalker Robert O'Ryan ... and we have her contract to prove it.

We've obtained a copy of Shawn's "Dancing" contract -- a public document filed with the L.A. County Superior Court. A judge had to approve the deal because she's a minor. Under the contract, Shawn gets a guarantee of $125,000 for appearing on the show. By surviving the first elimination, she gets an additional $10,000 a week for weeks 3 and 4.

If Shawn survives the next eliminations, the rate doubles to $20,000 a week for weeks 5, 6 and 7. For weeks 8 and 9 she scores $30,000 a week.

And here's where it really gets sweet. In weeks 10 and 11, if Shawn makes it through, she gets $50,000 a week.

Total take if Shawn makes it to the final 2 -- $365,000.

Under the contract, Shawn must train approximately 20 hours a week. As for the all important issue of injuries ... the contract makes it clear that "Dancing" has no liability. It reads, "Artist releases Producer, Network ... from any and all claims ... arising from physical or other injury resulting from Artist's appearance in the Series..."

Nice work if you can get it.

"90210" Hunk Sued for Unkindest Cut of All

90210 hunk: exclusiveAdam Gregory, who plays Ty on the crappy new "90210," is being sued by his ex-manager for allegedly not paying commissions on a slew of projects.

According to a lawsuit filed last week in Santa Monica, Gregory has not forked over his manager's cut for things like "90210," "Hannah Montana: The Movie," "17 Again," and a Chili's commercial. Apparently standing around and looking hot pays well.

The manager is suing for breach of contract and is seeking damages in excess of $100,000 plus interest.
