When they're right, they're right. Looks like Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt (leaving LAX Friday night) weren't lying when they told us the reason for all the ruckus at their home a few days back was because they got a prank call saying Tinkerbell was roadkill on Mulholland Drive.
LAPD officers were called to their rental home in the Hollywood Hills after neighbors heard what sounded like a loud argument. Our law enforcement sources say Paris and Doug told them about the crank call. Doug told cops Paris freaked out and was screaming and he was trying to calm her down.
Nonetheless, neighbors want them out ... so badly, someone is willing to give the landlord a premium if he pulls the plug on their lease.

Isla Fisher somehow got out of a ticket for double parking in Santa Monica Friday -- but this was no case of celebrity justice.
Fisher double-parked her SUV while she was picking up her young daughter at a restaurant, drawing a swarm of paps around her vehicle. A cop, who happened to drive by, stopped to investigate. He talked to Fisher for a moment and then let her go.
We talked to the cops who told us the deputy didn't give her any special treatment. In fact, he didn't even know who she was!
"Confessions of a Shopaholic" apparently is not popular among the police.

Judging by this video of Katy Perry turning a Tony Romo-lookalike cop (aka RomoCop) into Silly Putty in D.C. -- girl is NEVER gonna get a speeding ticket.
The best part: After RomoCop gets all giddy from Katy calling him "cute" -- he turns, notices the camera and is immediately scared back into business mode.
Priceless.

If there ever was concern about the pint-sized paparazzi being up past their bedtime -- worry no more!
Tiny photog Austin suited up to get some celebrity shots Thursday night outside of Goa, but was sent home to his Superman bedsheets by a cop who wouldn't budge on child labor laws.
Thank goodness they never sent Doogie Howser home mid-procedure!
