Jen Garner nearly ran over an old woman on the street with Violet's stroller in New York yesterday -- but the lady didn't seem to mind. Is it even possible to get mad at the cute twosome?!
In L.A., mama Gastineau told TMZ her daughter thinks a DUI is good for Mischa Barton's career, John Legend went out to Goa with his girlfriend, while Courteney Cox Arquette had a photo-op with a family of tourists and Stevie Wonder hit up the Ivy for lunch.

Christina Ricci's been in the business long enough to understand how the paparazzi work -- yesterday telling her friend photogs shoot lots of footage just in case someone falls or says something stupid. Ricci unfortunately did neither. Boo!
Also looking good, but otherwise doing little, were Eva Longoria, Courteney Cox Arquette, Rebecca Gayheart (with hot hubby Eric Dane) and "Heroes" star Zachary Quinto. Debbie Gibson teeter-tottered going down the stairs -- but assured TMZ she doesn't drink, while Natalie Cole couldn't get her drink on at Il Sole because they were too full to let her in.

It seems that Lindsay Lohan isn't with Calum Best anymore -- but at least she's got a man to strongarm photogs!
TMZ caught LiLo being escorted from the Ivy by her main man Jazz, yelling and pushing the engulfing paparazzi out of her way as she worked her way to her car. Whatta man!
Lohan was out later that night at Hyde's one-year anniversary party, where we caught her dancing around in the parking lot on her way in. Also at the event were David Spade, Billy Gibbons, "Fantastic Four" hottie Chris Evans and Topher Grace.
Courteney Cox Arquette made her nightly visit to Il Sole, and Selma Blair hit up the cucina as well -- looking great in her sparkly Kate Moss Topshop ensemble and chatting up the photogs snapping her pictures.

A day after reports that Jennifer Aniston told Oprah Winfrey that she and Vince are "still on," David Arquette told the "Jamie, Jack & Stench Show" on Los Angeles radio station STAR 98.7 that rumors of Jen and Vince's breakup aren't true.
"That is complete horse doo-doo," Arquette told the STAR 98.7 morning crew. "It's so funny, they say stupid things like, 'Why'd Vince leave?' or something like that. And the answer is because he's doing a movie! I mean, come on people!"
Arquette, of course, is married to Courteney Cox-Arquette, Jen's good friend from their days on "Friends."
US Weekly's October 16 issue bared the headline "Why Vince Left Jen" and reported that Jen gave Vince back a $500,000 engagement ring. In addition to saying the breakup rumors weren't true, Aniston told Oprah the couple is not engaged.

TMZ's cameras where rollin' in Hollywood Thursday night catching all the action going down.
We stopped by celeb favorite Il Sole restaurant where we ran into Rose McGowan and Courteney Cox-Arquette. Courteney, who was without hubby David Arquette, was mobbed by paparazzi and was escorted out by a security guard.
From there we went (where else), Hyde, where it was going off as usual. We spotted former Blink 182er Travis Barker leaving the trendy joint. Travis, who is going through a divorce with former Miss USA Shanna Moakler, was seen signing autographs for fans as one of rap's biggest stars passed by. The multi-platinum rapper and hip-hop icon was seen exiting at the same time as the rocker and went unnoticed by the paparazzi. Who knows? Maybe rap's favorite pimp is officially out of his league. (Although we doubt it)
We also caught up with "That 70's Show" star Danny Masterson, blonde bombshell Rachel Hunter and one of our favorite Jackasses Bam Margera.
