TMZ has obtained the 911 calls made when one of Miley Cyrus' tour buses crashed last night on a highway in Virginia, killing the driver and injuring one passenger. Miley was not involved in any way.
In the first call, the caller tells the dispatcher the bus driver is still alive, but "losing color." This is significant because officials were investigating whether or not the driver died before the crash occurred ... which would help explain how the bus drifted off the road and then crashed.
In the second call, which sounds like it's being made by a different person, the caller says the driver was suffering cardiac arrest.
A third 911 call was made, in which you can hear the caller being instructed on how to perform CPR. This caller also says there are people still trapped in the back of the bus, but they are all okay.
The driver, 53-year-old William Douglas, died at the scene.
UPDATE: Police tell TMZ there were no obvious signs that alcohol played a factor in the crash, and believe Douglas may have had health-related issues. The matter is still under investigation.

UPDATE: Miley was not in any of the vehicles that were traveling in the caravan.
Miley Cyrus' tour bus driver was reportedly killed last night after one of the buses in her 4-vehicle caravan flipped over on a highway in Virginia.
Officials also confirmed the driver of the bus was the only fatality -- one other person was transported to a local hospital due to injury.
Officials are investigating whether the driver died before the crash or after -- which could explain why the bus drifted off the road. Officials also tell us the roads were really wet from overnight rain. A man at the scene says the bus appears to have drifted off the road for a fairly long stretch before tipping over.
A reporter from WTVR.com was on scene and shot footage of the wreckage.
A rep from Dinwiddie Fire and EMS tells us the bus had been carrying Miley's concert production crew -- there were several passengers on-board.
The survivors of the wreck were able to exit the bus through the front windshield, which was busted out during the crash.
Miley's manager tell us, "It was one of our tour buses, but not Miley's. It was one of our buses that transported our lighting crew."

Brandy will not be going to a civil trial over her December 2006 car crash -- she just settled with the last remaining plaintiffs.
The last plaintiffs standing were the parents of the woman who died in the accident. Brandy already settled with the couple's two kids ($300,000 each). She also settled with the other injured driver, Mallory Ham, back in July.
Terms of the latest settlement are secret.

Money can buy a lot of things -- a reality TV wedding, for example -- but it couldn't get Lamar Odom off the hook for a car accident he was involved in back in 2007.
Lamar offered the victim in the crash a settlement, but it wasn't to her liking-- so she filed a lawsuit last week, almost two years to the day of the accident.
The woman, 37, claims she is "disabled from her normal duties and will be so disabled in the future." Oh, and her '97 Geo Prizm was totaled.
She is seeking unspecified damages.

Dana White's custom Ferrari just got its ass kicked by something with a total disregard for the well-being of a beautiful automobile
-- a Hyundai rent-a-car.
The UFC kingpin tells TMZ he was changing lanes while cruising through Las Vegas Wednesday afternoon when a "Hyundai rent-a-car" suddenly stopped in front of him -- and Dana smashed into the back of it.
White said his beloved car -- which he had only driven 3 times before the crash -- took the brunt of the blast ... while the Hyundai only suffered a few minor scratches.
As for Dana's condition, he tells us, "I'm fine ... but my heart is broken."

Brad Pitt and his fancy motorcycle hit the asphalt hard this weekend after he clipped a parked car in L.A. -- and now we've got video of the whole thing.
In the footage, Pitt can be seen trying to maneuver his bike between a van and a parked car at a red light when he suddenly loses control -- and crashes to the ground.
During his fall, Brad slams against the car and it appears his bike knocks into the van.
Brad said he was "fine" after the minor crash -- but the chopper needed to be towed away.

The bad news: Rod Stewart's son Sean just wrecked a Bentley Continental GTC worth about $200,000.
The good news: It was a rental.
We're told Sean wrecked the Bentley on Sunset Blvd., near Boa Steakhouse. It happened at around 3 PM PT. He was renting the expensive ride from Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car for $2,500 a day.
The rental place tells us they don't sell coverage on high end vehicles ... so it looks like Sean may be in the hole anyway.
UPDATE: A rep for Sean tells us he was a passenger in the car and a female was driving at the time. We're told she lost control and hit the curb.

Hulk Hogan claims his own lawyers backstabbed him after Nick's 2007 car crash -- charging him over $1 million for legal representation he could have gotten for FREE.
Hulk's beef is with big-time law firm Zuckerman Spaeder.
Hulk claims after Nick's crash -- in which his passenger John Graziano suffered severe brain damage -- Zuckerman was contacted multiple times by Hulk's insurance company, Progressive, which offered to provide an experienced lawyer to represent the Hogan's in the civil case ... free of charge.
In the lawsuit, filed today in Pinellas County, Hulk claims Zuckerman failed to let him know about Progressive's offer for 17 months -- forcing him to pay in "excess of one million dollars" to Zuck and crew for legal representation he could have gotten without paying a cent.
Hulk also alleges that by the time his lawyers told him about Progressive's offer, the insurance company had "terminated the relationship" with Hulk and refused to pay for the bulk of Zuck's massive legal tab.
Hulk is suing for unspecified damages.

The Green Hornet's car loses control, bangs into a cop car and then smashes into a wall -- cool stunt ... or major mishap on the set?!
TMZ obtained the footage of a movie crew shooting an action sequence in L.A. for the upcoming Seth Rogen flick, "The Green Hornet" -- and the footage could reveal a very expensive screw up.
In the first clip, The Hornet's car -- the Black Beauty -- speeds around the obstacles and escapes into the street.
The crew resets to shoot the scene again, except this time the Black Beauty appears to lose control -- hits the obstacles and crew members scramble to remove the driver from the wreckage.
You never know what's intentional on a movie set -- but so far, we're unable to reach a rep from Columbia Pictures to confirm that this crash wasn't planned.

Mike Pihl, one of the loggers on the History Channel reality show "Ax Men," was arrested in Oregon last night after rolling his Jeep with his three children in the car -- and police believe alcohol was a factor.
Pihl was booked on charges of assault in the third degree and three counts of recklessly endangering another person after driving his Jeep into a ditch.
The vehicle flipped three times -- and we're told none of the children were strapped in. All three kids, age 5 and under, sustained minor injuries.
Though police confirm alcohol was involved, officials tell us Pihl wasn't charged with DUI because the accident occurred on private property -- in this case, his own driveway.

If you haven't had enough of the Michael Phelps car crash, now the Baltmore PD has released an action packed drawing for your enjoyment ... complete with directional arrows!
The diagram shows Phelps' car (left) striking an Accord (right) that blew through a red light at the intersection of Calvert and Biddle Street. Both cars then struck a parked car on the side of the road, which in turn struck a fourth car parked in front of it. The Accord also struck a U.S. Postal mailbox after careening off Phelps' Cadillac Escalade.
Phelps admitted to drinking a beer about two hours before the accident, but cops ruled out alcohol as a factor in the crash. The report says Phelps "did not show any signs of fatigue or alcohol use ... there was no odor of alcoholic beverage about his person."

Michael Phelps may not have been at fault for his car accident this week, but he wasn't exactly squeaky clean, either.
Phelps will be cited for driving with an expired license, which was from Michigan, the NY Post is reporting. Phelps will have to appear before a judge, though no date has been set so far.
Phelps also admitted to police he had a beer about an hour before the crash. He was not given a Breathalyzer test on scene.
Phelps was involved in a two-car accident in Baltimore on Thursday. It was ruled the other driver ran a red light, causing the wreck.

George Michael's bad luck behind the wheel continues -- he was arrested in England early Saturday morning (different time zone, people) after being involved in a nasty car accident.
Michael -- who lost his license in 2007 after admitting to driving under the influence of drugs -- smashed his Land Rover into a seven-ton truck at around 1:00 AM in Newbury, Berkshire ... this according to Sky News.
Michael was arrested at the scene, but cops say he was released without being charged with a crime.

If you ever wondered how difficult it was to make a 3-point turn in a Weinermobile ... it's clearly very hard.
An Oscar Mayer Weinermobile crashed into a home in Racine, Wisconsin after the driver turned onto a dead-end street. She tried turning around and accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake.
It's a double-blow for the baloney company -- this month it's founder died and now the crash. And to add insult to injury, the weinermobile wasn't even invited to Oscar Mayer's funeral.

LeVar Burton just Tweeted about Monday night's car accident -- and even included a lovely Twitpic of his mangled vehicle.
He writes: "Woke up feeling like I was hit by a car. Oh wait, I was..Thanks for all of your thoughts, prayers & good wishes!"
As TMZ first reported, Burton collided with a car making a left turn at an L.A. intersection -- then struck a few parked cars.
