Ryan Seacrest's lawyers aren't taking any chances -- they just got a temporary restraining order against the alleged stalker who was arrested at the E! building today.

Under the terms of the restraining order, filed by Ryan's lawyer Blair Berk, Chidi Uzomah is ordered to stay 100 yards away from Ryan. Uzomah must stay clear of Ryan's home, job, vehicle. He can have no contact -- either direct or indirect -- with Seacrest.
We're told Seacrest's people fear Uzomah is a real danger. We're hearing Ryan's lawyers moved quickly so LAPD Threat Management detectives could serve Uzomah with the TRO while he's still being interrogated at the jail. As we first reported, Uzomah is being held on felony stalking.
Chidi was convicted of three misdemeanors last month after attacking Ryan's bodyguard at a hospital in Orange County. He had a knife in his pocket. Uzomah pled guilty to three misdemeanors and was placed on probation. One term of probation -- stay away from Ryan. The D.A. is now considering whether to ask the judge to violate Uzomah's probation.
Uzomah was taken into custody earlier today ... moments after showing up to the E! building in Los Angeles with a knife. He also showed up at a radio station in Burbank earlier this month, looking for Ryan.

TMZ has learned Lorenzo Lamas went absolutely ballistic on Shauna Sand this morning -- unloading a verbal assault on his baby mama over her sex tape ... but unlike the porn, it was Shauna who got the happy ending in this story.

It all went down at Lorenzo's house -- after Shauna dropped off their three young daughters, per the former couple's custody agreement. Sand tells TMZ Lorenzo was furious over the existence of the sex tape -- and Shauna was extremely worried that the "Renegade" star would wage a legal fight to get sole custody of the kids.
But Sand claims he eventually calmed down, told Shauna that she was a good mom -- and promised not to battle her for custody. To prove it, Sand says Lamas grabbed a pen and a sheet of paper ... and drafted the following statement:
I, Lorenzo Lamas, will not seek custody of my minor children with Shauna Sand.
Even in the event of a release of a sex tape with her and her boyfriend.
Lorenzo Lamas
Lorenzo was unavailable for comment.

Usher told cops his soon-to-be ex wife Tameka Raymond vandalized his truck after a "custody dispute" they had the night before -- this according to the police reports obtained by TMZ.

According to the reports, Usher told the Johns Creek Police Department that on Sept. 10, he had a "verbal argument" with Tameka over the phone regarding weekend custody of their children.
Usher told cops that after the argument, he dropped his kids off at his mother's house -- but when he drove back to his home, Tameka showed up "demanding to take the kids." Usher claims Tameka eventually left and he drove back to his mother's house -- but when Usher got there, Tameka showed up and began "knocking on the door" and making several phone calls to the residence.
Usher claims he and his mom ignored Tameka -- and eventually called police. When cops arrived, Tameka was nowhere to be found.
The next day, Usher called police again after he noticed several scratches on his truck -- Usher told cops he believed Tameka vandalized the car in retaliation for their fight just hours before.
In the police report, the responding officers who checked out the scratched car claim they found no evidence to support Usher's accusation. The cops even reviewed the entrance log to Usher's private neighborhood ... but there was no record of Tameka ever getting into the area where the alleged crime would have taken place.

A hearing is underway in Michael Jackson's probate case -- the judge wants to know how the three kids are doing. And some family members may try and boot John Branca as executor under the will.

UPDATE 5:27 PM ET -- All done.
UPDATE 5:25 PM ET -- Billie Jean Jackson objects!!!! To what, we don't know.
UPDATE 5:17 PM ET -- Howard Weitzman, who reps Branca and McClain, asked the judge to extend the co-Special Administrators powers through the end of the year. The judge saw it Weitzman's way, and gave the pair basically the same power as executors of the estate would have, with one string attached -- they have to loop in Katherine Jackson and the Guardian Ad Litem for the kids for any deals they negotiate.
UPDATE 5:05 PM ET -- Katherine Jackson's attorney, Burt Levitch, just told the judge the family would rather see a member of the family be the administrator of Jackson's estate.
UPDATE 4:44 PM ET -- A motion to seal several business agreements was granted.

Britney Spears will share 50/50 custody with Kevin Federline at least through the end of the year -- TMZ has learned.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge extended the order that was initially put in place for Britney's concert tour. Under the terms, Britney gets to travel with Sean Preston and Jayden James and must provide K-Fed with a place to stay if he wants to follow them on tour.
Sources tell us the sealed order is very detailed, but Britney gets minimum 50/50 custody and at times even more.
As for Kevin, in addition to the $20,000 a month Britney pays him in child support, he gets between $20,000 and $25,000 a month when the kids are outside of California.
At the end of the year the judge will reevaluate custody. We're told it's looking like a 50/50 split is the way of the future.

We just got a declaration from Joe Jackson, filed with the court, and Joe makes it clear -- he supported Michael Jackson's decision to make his wife Katherine the guardian of Michael's 3 kids .. and Joe makes it clear he will keep his distance.
Joe says in the declaration: "I have had a close family relationship with these grandchildren since their birth. I do visit the family residence from time to time and will continue to do so, however I will not be involved in raising the children."
Joe continues, "I understand that all decision-making authority regarding the children will rest with Katherine Jackson. Katherine Jackson is a wonderful caretaker and guardian, and has done an excellent job raising our children and other grandchildren."

4:54 -- During the lunch break John Branca said Jackson's estate has reached a settlement with AEG -- re: merchandising and rehearsal footage.
4:49 -- Katherine Jackson just withdrew her petition asking that she be put in charge of the estate. This petition was filed before she knew a will existed. The issue now -- will she oppose the appointment of Branca and McClain.
4:40 -- The Jacksons have all filed back into court and the judge has taken the bench.
3:00 -- The judge just admitted Jackson's 2002 will into probate. The will names John Branca and John McClain as co-executors. We know Katherine has a beef with that. The question -- will she challenge the co-executors or possibly ask that she be named as a third executor. Court is in recess for an hour-and-a half. Stay tuned.
2:50 -- The judge has ruled that AEG has to provide a copy of their contract with Michael to Katherine Jackson.
2:32 -- The judge has taken the bench.

Katherine Jackson spoke for the first time about her son's death last night on Geraldo -- calling in to say "My son is dead and I don't think he just died of natural causes. He's too young. Something happened."

MJ's mother also denied her husband, Joe, is banned from their Encino home and said Michael's children, who she currently has custody of, are "doing fine."
The family is expected in court this morning -- we'll be there, live streaming the whole thing.

TMZ has learned Debbie Rowe has settled her custody issues over Michael Jackson's children and it doesn't involve a single penny ... but it does involve a shrink.
Sources tell us, Rowe has agreed that Katherine Jackson will be the guardian of Michael's children, subject to the judge's approval.
Rowe will get visitation of the two children she had with Michael.
But here's what's interesting -- Rowe wants and will get a psychologist who will visit the children and help them adjust to her being in their lives on a meaningful basis.
Rowe will maintain her parental rights. We're told the agreement does not specify the amount of visitation.
The agreement says Rowe has no parental rights to Blanket, Jackson's youngest child.

Multiple sources in the Jackson family tell us even if Katherine Jackson gets custody of Michael Jackson's kids, Michael's big sister Rebbie Jackson will raise the children.
The 59-year-old singer, who shares a home in Las Vegas with her hubby of over 20 years, has kept a low public profile, but privately she has been deeply involved in the lives of Michael's children.
We're told Rebbie is currently living with Katherine at the family's Encino home and is caring for the kids day-to-day. As for the kids ... they all adore her.
Although the family is divided on many issues involving Michael's estate, we're told there's no argument when it comes to Rebbie caring for the kids. Whether she eventually becomes the custodial parent in name or not, she will end up with the primary responsibility of raising Michael's three children.

There's a damn good reason Kelis is skipping out on today's scheduled court date to fight Nas for child support and baby and prenatal expenses -- she's giving birth right now!!!
TMZ has learned the singer is currently in labor, about to deliver a brand new baby boy.
We also know rapper Nas -- the baby daddy -- is definitely not by her side.
The two were scheduled to battle over expenses. She says he's paid nothing. Nas claims he's paid some.
But the big question -- will Nas actually have the stones to show up to court and argue against his baby mama while she's pushing out their child?!
UPDATE: Nas' lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, just told us Nas is in New York for the birth of the baby and he is now "rushing to the hospital to be with her."

Debbie Rowe spent some quality time going all dental with her horse.

The pic was taken at Debbie's ranch. We're told Rowe and Katherine Jackson are close to striking an agreement over the custody of Michael Jackson's kids. Our sources say the deal is not about money.
As we first reported, Debbie is already collecting cash based on an agreement she struck with Jackson around the time of the child molestation trial.

The guardianship hearing in the Michael Jackson case has been postponed ... and our sources say the delay is because Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe are close to a settlement.
The hearing was set for Monday, but is now delayed to August 3.
As we reported, lawyers for Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe have been hashing out a settlement and we're told an agreement is on the horizon. The discussions, we're told, is amicable and it involves the children -- not money.
Sources say it looks like Debbie Rowe will not object to Katherine getting custody. As for Rowe, she had an agreement with Jackson that was signed several years ago that gave her an undisclosed sum of money spread out over a period of years. That agreement survived Jackson's death and is unaffected by custody issues.
The court ruled Katherine will continue on as legal guardian until the hearing on August 3.

We're told lawyers for Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson are working out a custody settlement and the discussions are amicable. One source connected with the case tells us, "It should be settled very soon."

As for what they're discussing, our sources say the custody of the children -- not money -- is the issue on the table, but that it looks pretty clear Katherine Jackson will end up with custody, assuming the judge goes along. As for what Debbie Rowe wants ... we're told she too is interested in making sure the children are okay.
We're told Rowe is still collecting money from an agreement she and Michael struck several years ago, around the time of the child molestation trial. That agreement was drafted so it will survive Michael's death.
As for additional money, we're told Rowe is not requesting that. In fact, our sources say lawyers for Jackson's estate have not even been consulted about the discussions between lawyers for Katherine and Debbie. If there were any issue of additional monies, the estate lawyers would have been consulted.

Sources connected with the custody case involving Michael Jackson's kids tell us all Debbie Rowe wants is assurance that the Jackson family will honor the deal she had with Michael.
Rowe and Jackson struck an agreement in which she was paid a large sum over a period of years. We're told the current negotiations between the parties center on that agreement and whether the Jackson family will continue to honor it. Although the agreement stays in effect after Jackson's death, we're told Rowe wants assurance the family will abide by the terms.
Our sources say the talks between Rowe and the Jackson family do not involve anything beyond what Rowe would receive under the agreement and she will not fight for custody.
