We're not sure what the hell Jermaine Jackson was thinking when he announced the lineup for the Vienna tribute concert for Michael -- because Natalie Cole isn't gonna be there either.

Cole's rep tells us the singer definitely won't show at the tribute because she's set to attend an event with the Dalai Lama in Memphis around the same time Jermaine told the world she'd be in Vienna.
Jermaine also said Chris Brown and Mary J. Blige were going to perform -- but they've also denied being involved with the event.
Meanwhile, all three stars are still prominently displayed on the tribute's website.

He may not be in the VIP room of a trendy Hollywood club, but the Dalai Lama still likes to snort stuff up his nose every now and then.

As far as spiritual leaders go, you can't get much higher than the Dalai.
For the record, his holiness was only trying to protect himself from illness -- 'cause even a Lama can catch the swine flu.

Rosie O'Donnell was seen leaving designer Donna Karan's West Village home yesterday after meeting with the Dalai Lama. Rumor has it the group met to discuss fundraising opportunities. Not sure how true that is, but the experience of the event must have have been pretty moving.
Apparently is was so moving for Rosie that she felt compelled to write a little poem about it in her blog. In this literary interpretive piece, Rosie refers to the experience as some sort of Broadway production. She even gives a shout out to Barbra Streisand. Instead of saying "Papa can you hear me" she writes "Barbra can you hear me." Whatever went on within the walls of that home, Rosie left looking spiritually revived and even greeted the paparazzi with a sign of peace.
