David Hasselhoff's life sounds like a bad reality show ... now we find out it may indeed become one.
We're told The Hoff has a deal in place with A&E that is close ... but not quite done. A rep for A&E tells us, "We are discussing a possibility of doing a documentary series with David and his kids."
David's daughter Hayley tweeted last week, "The Hasselhoffs signed the deal with A&E ..... Get readdyy for it."
A Hasselhoff rep says the deal isn't signed yet.
Pamela Bach is the Jon Gosselin of this show -- she won't be appearing.

As David and Victoria Beckham get ready to take over the United States, their rockin' bods have already won the world over.
Whether sporting a suit or a Speedo, David never disappoints. Unfortunately, in Posh's case, it's more of a hit or miss.

Is it possible that Madonna's adopted son's first words could be "Jewish mysticism"? It sure looks that way.
Landing at New York's JFK Airport yesterday, Madonna walked through the terminal holding her newly adopted son, David, and it would appear from the video that David is sporting the very familiar Kabbalah red bracelet on his left arm.
Madonna, wearing a pair of dark shades, walked through the airport ignoring photographers questions and headed straight for an SUV waiting outside. She hopped into the back seat, cradling David in her arms -- an image that sort of reminded us of the Britney car seat fiasco earlier this year.
The Material Girl is on a New York press tour this week, hitting "Today," "Dateline" and "Live With Regis & Kelly." Wonder what she'll be talking about...

Paparazzi targets Katie Holmes and Victoria Beckham make headlines when they are by themselves, but together? That's a tabloid dream come true!
The two women were spotted shopping together in Paris during fashion week, causing quite a stir for the locals.
With these two women prowling the shops - we're wondering if Tom and David are at home, watching the tots and bonding over formula. Maybe not.
