Birth Certificates for Jackson's First 2 Kids

We've just obtained the birth certificates for Michael Jackson's first two kids -- Michael Jr. and Paris.



In both certificates, the father is listed as Michael Jackson. The mother listed is Deborah Rowe. The place of birth for Michael Jr. is Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. The place of birth for Paris is listed as Spaulding Pain Medical Center in Beverly Hills.

Secrets Documents to Be Made Public in Jackson Custody Case

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has ordered Michael Jackson's lawyers to ante up documents that explain why Jackson's ex believes the singer abducted their children.

The judge's order came in response to continued complaints from TMZ that both parties in the bitter custody war have repeatedly violated the law requiring them to file motions, declarations and other court documents.

Jackson's Marriage to Rowe 'Arranged'

TMZ has obtained a ruling from a California Court of Appeal, issued today, rejecting Michael Jackson's claim that Debbie Rowe gave up her parental rights. In the decision, there's a revealing passage from the trial judge who commented on the marriage between Jackson and Rowe.
