In her annoyingly catchy tune "Party in the U.S.A.," Miley Cyrus sings about "a Jay-Z song was on" -- just don't try asking her which one.
During an interview on Halloween in Kentucky, MiCy admitted the unthinkable: She's "never heard a Jay-Z song" in her life.
It only gets worse from there -- the prepackaged pop tart also tried convincing the interviewer she doesn't sing pop music and that it's "not even my style." Cue Amy Poehler & Seth Myers: Really?!?
The unbelievable statement is at the 3:15 mark. Thanks to Best Week Ever for pointing out the cringeworthy clip.
Looks like Joe Jonas may be fishing around the Mouse House for a Camilla Belle replacement -- because last night he was caught creepin' with "Suite Life of Zack & Cody" star Brenda Song.
They may not have walked out of Katsuya together -- but Brenda not-so-slyly hopped into Joe's car down the block.
TMZ has learned some seriously concerned big wigs at the company informed the LAPD about the recent arrest of a 53-year-old obsessed fan in Georgia who claims Miley sends him "secret messages" through her TV show. Georgia cops arrested Mark McLeod for disorderly conduct on June 23 in Tybee Island, GA -- and during the incident cops say the guy made some very frightening statements about Miley.
According to the police report, McLeod claimed he was "great friends with Miley" -- and that Miley had "told him to come see her today."
Cops say McLeod also said, "I will f***ing be with Miley ... we're supposed to be together and [the cops] couldn't stop it."
Here's the creepiest part -- cops say McLeod claimed Miley sent him "secret messages" on her television show directed only to him and that McLeod also boasted about having "thousands of pictures and letters to Miley on his computer."
Not many people receive multiple paychecks for doing something one time -- but Miley Cyrus ain't your average gal.
We just got our hands on one of Miley's minor contracts, which shows the 16-year-old will receive a fat paycheck because a show called "Disney Channel Backstage" wants to use some stock footage of her when she hung out with the Muppets.
The contract promises to stuff Miley's Hello Kitty money clip with $7,500 -- meanwhile she doesn't even have to re-lift a finger.
The only thing screechier than a Jonas Brothers song: A Jonas Brothers song, as sung by them and nearly a hundred screaming, hysterical, tweenage girls.
The evangelical Christian dandy boy banders caused chaos yesterday outside Radio 1 in London.
Billy Ray Cyrus is doing his best acting job yet -- by pretending that he and Miley are excited about a new season of "Hannah Montana."
Disney has just picked a fourth season of Miley's show, which, according to Billy Ray, was all Miley's choice. But we doubt that's the case. First of all, as EW points out, she was under contract -- you know, a legal document that forces you to do things, regardless of your opinion.
Secondly, as we told you last year, Billy Ray and Miley feel there is more money in her music career. So Billy Ray and Miley started showing up late to "Hannah" tapings, stalling production and fighting with co-stars -- all to try and force Disney's hand.
Looks like Miley's getting some tough love from her "parents," aka Disney's legal team.
Either Disney is cheap, or doesn't think Miley Cyrus is worth that much -- because the Mouse is being a real tightwad when it comes to paying Cyrus for a cameo on one of their other shows.
We got our hands on Miley's contract for her guest appearance on Disney's "The Suite Life on Deck" -- which airs in June -- and it only guarantees Miley $5,000 for a week of work.
It may sound like a decent amount of scratch, but Miley's a big star and could easily get more for a guest spot on a non-Disney show.
But the paltry paycheck actually makes a lot of sense, since the story we broke last year about Miley and her dad wanting out of "Hannah Montana" because there's far more money in singing than in doing a Disney cable show.
The head honcho at Disney/ABC has been dragged into Kate Walsh's bitter divorce, and he's gone to court asking for protection.
We've learned Walsh's estranged husband, Alex Young, has subpoenaed Stephen McPherson, President of Disney/ABC Television, for a deposition -- to testify what he knows about Kate Walsh and her finances. Disney's lawyers have filed legal papers, obtained by TMZ, asking for a court order blocking any such depo.
Young believes Walsh is not coming clean with all the assets acquired during their 14-month marriage. Young's lawyer, Jeff Sturman, fired off the subpoena to McPherson, claiming he has "unique" knowledge about Walsh's finances since she works for him as the star of "Private Practice."
Disney lawyers have fired back that Young is "harassing" McPherson, "because at the the time of Ms. Walsh acquiring the role on 'Private Practice,' Mr. McPherson was not running ABC Studios."
Disney is willing to send an underling to the depo. We've learned Young has also subpoenaed financial docs from Disney.
Disney and Young will fight it out in court on July 8.
Vanessa Hudgens has settled a lawsuit with the former producer who claims she stiffed him.
Johnny Vieira sued Vanessa, claiming she refused to honor a deal they inked before she made it big.
Hudgens' lawyer tells TMZ, "My client appreciates Mr. Vieira's efforts early in her recording career. We're glad to be able to resolve the issues in a mutually agreeable fashion."
Hugh Jackman, The Sexiest Man on Earth, took his family to the Happiest Place on it yesterday -- where Wolverine found a fan in Winnie the Pooh. Stranger alliances have happened.
After Disney star Demi LovatoTwittered her throat was "on fiiiiiire" and said if anyone brought her "throat stuff" she'd love 'em "forever," a few fans in London came through bigtime.
A Burbank family is suing the Walt Disney Company, claiming toxins from its Burbank headquarters contaminated the surrounding community, resulting in death.
Dennis Jackson claims Disney's air conditioning system contained contaminated wastewater laden with toxic chemicals that migrated into nearby residential areas and even contaminated drinking water.
The lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, claims Louise Jackson, who lived with her family in the neighborhood, died as a result of the pollutants. The suit claims residents now live in "terror of emissions."
The suit says Disney has been using the same cooling system since 1957.
