Ten years ago, no one would have guessed that a woman would want to keep Andrew Keegan AWAY from her body -- but the actor's ex-girlfriend is doing just that, claiming he beat her up and slashed her tires.
A model named Kristi Parrales has filed a request for a restraining order against the "Camp Nowhere" star -- in which she claims Keegan has launched a campaign of terror against her for more than a year.
In the docs, filed Monday in L.A. County Superior Court, Parrales says Keegan physically attacked her on two separate occasions, the most recent on July 4th. Parrales says Keegan "threw me across the living room in front of witnesses." Parrales says she suffered scars on her back and bruises from the incident.
Parrales also claims Keegan has been rolling into her place of business recently and "calling [Kristi] names and givig [her] evil looks."
Kristi claims Keegan came back just last week -- and when she had the bouncer throw him out, Keegan found her car and slashed her tires.
Now, Kristi is asking a judge to keep Andrew 100 yards away from her at all times.
UPDATE: We just spoke to Andrew, who said Kristi is simply a vindictive ex girlfriend. He said Kristi watched his dog this weekend while he was in Las Vegas ... and that he was still in Vegas when she claims he slashed her tires. Andrew said his lawyer is already looking into this and the truth will come out shortly.

2002 Playmate of the Year Dalene Kurtis thought taking a vacation to Hawaii with her boyfriend was a great idea ... that is, until he allegedly used her as a punching bag and then threatened to kill her.
Kurtis was granted a temporary restraining order earlier this month against an ex she claims pushed her, punched her and choked her during a recent trip to Hawaii. She claims the ex said he was "gonna kill [her]," "slit [her] throat" and that she was a "f**king whore."
She then claims four days later he choked her until she couldn't breathe, stomped on her stomach, punched her, broke her finger, and spit in her face. That's when she (finally) called the cops and had him arrested.
Kurtis was granted a TRO, which includes her two-year-old son. She's scheduled to be in court later today to try to get the order made permanent.
We've also learned Kurtis recently filed for a substitute of attorney, hiring Ron Rale (Anna Nicole's former attorney in the Howard K. Stern case) from Trope and Trope ... who had "no comment" when we called about Kurtis' case.

The court file in the Chris Brown case confirms the story we've told for months -- that Rihanna complained this was not the first time there was violence in the relationship.
According to court docs, there were two previous incidents. The first occurred in Europe three months before the February 8 attack. Rihanna and Brown got into a verbal dispute and she slapped him. According to the report, he reacted by shoving her into a wall.
The second incident occurred approximately 3 weeks prior to the February attack. Brown and Rihanna were in Barbados and were driving a Range Rover. They argued, and Brown got out of the car, and allegedly broke the front driver and passenger side windows.

It's been 70 days since his last arrest -- and actor Tom Sizemore is already back behind bars!
TMZ has learned the former "Black Hawk Down" star was arrested in L.A. late last night after an argument with a woman allegedly became physical.
Sizemore was taken into custody and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence. His bail was set at $20,000.
As of now, he's still in custody.
Tom is no stranger to domestic violence -- back in 2003 he was convicted of hitting then-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss.

Very candid and never-before-seen photos of Rihanna and Chris Brown -- when they were together -- have surfaced on several blogs. The questions -- why now and who's doing it?

It is kinda interesting ... the photos have surfaced just days after Brown released a video, proclaiming he wasn't a "monster."

Tom Sizemore is desperately trying to beat DMX's impressive arrest record -- dude just got popped again, and this time it's for having an outstanding warrant.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ there was a call for a possible domestic violence disturbance in Hollywood at around 12:30 this morning. When cops showed up, Tom just happened to be in the area -- and it was discovered he had a $25,000 outstanding narcotics warrant in Bakersfield.
Sizemore and a buddy -- who was in possession of narcotics -- were both arrested and booked.
UPDATE: Tom actually made bail and has been released.

Comedian Robert Schimmel was busted for allegedly getting into a physical altercation with his wife earlier this month -- but the case has been rejected by the Los Angeles County D.A.
In the document filed by the D.A., it says there was insufficient evidence to move forward with the case and Schimmel's wife, Melissa, "indicated she did not want charges filed."
The one thing Melissa did file: divorce papers five days after the alleged incident.
UPDATE: A rep for Schimmel tells TMZ, "We are very gratified the DA reviewed the case and determined that the filing of criminal charges is not warranted."

We've now obtained the discovery motions filed by Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, asking for all written statements and reports from the LAPD regarding the photo of Rihanna posted on TMZ.
Geragos believes the photo was leaked by an LAPD officer -- He writes, "...this highly prejudicial photograph was sold by an LAPD officer to the entertainment website, Thirty Mile Zone (TMZ). The photograph was immediately viewed by hundreds of thousands of viewers and was plastered on every news channel for the following weeks."
Geragos wants notes from the Internal Affairs investigation, along with police officer notes and other documents, stating, "I intend to use such evidence at the preliminary hearing to attack their credibility. The defense intends to prove and argue that the afore-mentioned officers are not credible and that the Court should not believe some of their statements."
Geragos adds, if the court has questions about the credibility of officers in the case, "I believe there is a reasonable likelihood that the case will be dismissed at the preliminary hearing."

Chris Brown's high-powered lawyer, Mark Geragos, told TMZ on his way out of the courtroom this morning he may want the Rihanna case against his client dismissed because of leaks in the case.
Geragos told us, "Leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct." Geragos is asking for discovery -- in other words, he wants the LAPD to ante up whatever info they have on info about the case that has gotten out.

Rihanna's jewelry is going to be free!
As you probably know, she was wearing $1.4 mil in borrowed jewelry when she was allegedly beaten by Chris Brown. She was supposed to give it back to the jeweler a while back -- but it's been held by the cops since Brown's arrest.
Today the judge ruled the jewels can go back to their rightful owner. The LAPD will take photos of the bling in case it's used as evidence in the trial. But expect a plea bargain.
Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, also asked the judge to order the LAPD to turn over the investigative reports on the leaked photo.

It may not be a defense to criminal battery, but at least the dude who played Yeah-Yeah in "The Sandlot" is telling cops a story that's consistent with his injuries.
Marty York tells us, yeah, he backhanded his GF, but only after she attacked him in his car during an argument. Now we have York's mugshot that seems to back up his story -- that she hit him.
Is that a defense to striking the girl? It may be up to a jury.
P.S. -- They're back together.
