Not that men actually need their nipples or anything, but one man claims a plastic surgeon from the TV show "The Doctors" is the reason his poor, useless pink spots went missing back in the mid 90s.
We've learned Dr. Andrew Ordon -- who stars on the Dr. Phil produced show -- was penalized by the Connecticut Medical Examining Board in 1999 for providing "negligent care to a patient," this according to documents filed in California in 2000.
We spoke to the guy Dr. Ordon allegedly messed up, who told us the doc performed a nose job and chest liposuction on him back in 1993. The patient (who asked to remain unnamed) says his nose came out crooked and his chest uneven.
The patient claims Dr. Ordon attempted a number of remedies to even out his chest -- including a procedure which removed most of the guy's nipples.
The docs show Dr. Ordon was reprimanded for his negligence and fined $2,500 -- and although he never admitted guilt, Ordon "chose not to contest the allegations" against him.
We called Dr. Ordon for comment ... nada.

The good people of Rhode Island might need to shell out $5 a head if they want to keep watching shows like "Dr. Phil" and "Rachael Ray."
CBS is suing Global Broadcasting -- which owns WLNE in Providence, R.I. -- claiming the station hasn't paid them fully for airing the shows "ET," "The Insider," Dr. Phil," "Inside Edition" and "Rachael Ray." In a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, CBS claims WLNE has only shelled out $682,023.50 of the $2,852,564 they owe (leaving a balance of roughly $2.1 mil).
Now get this -- CBS claims WLNE has now decided to stop airing the shows before their contract is up, resulting in another $2.7 mil in damages. That brings the grand total to just shy of $5 million.
Do the math -- if each of Rhode Island's roughly one million residents chip in a five spot, they can cover the lawsuit themselves!

It looks like eBay could also stand for electronic black market -- because the couple who confessed to being professional shoplifters on "Dr. Phil" just happen to have sold a TON of stuff on the website.

An eBay account connected to the address of Matthew Eaton -- whose house was raided after he and his wife appeared on "Dr. Phil" -- shows an unbelievable 628 positive feedbacks (and only 1 negative) on items sold in the last year.
During Matt's filmed shoplifting trip on "Phil," he guessed he had stolen around $700 of "mostly Lego stuff" -- and there just happens to be, coincidentally, a ton of Lego stuff sold on this eBay account... over $5,000 worth in March alone.

Dr. Phil has been roped into a $4 million lawsuit -- and it's all over a promise his wife allegedly made to feature some skin care products on her hubby's TV show.
According to a lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Phil's wife Robin promised the Miracle Hydrate skin company that she had enough juice to get Phil to feature their creams and lotions on "The Dr. Phil Show."
The skin company claims they were so fired up about the "promise," they spent $650,000 gearing up for the wave of sales they expected to follow.
Of course, the products were never featured on the show, and the skin care company is pissed -- demanding millions of dollars in lost profits.
Calls to The Doc and his wife have not yet been returned.

Not only did Nadya Suleman get a new home, she's scored some pricey new duds too.

OctoMom recently dropped some coins on a couple of trendy items -- as seen here -- for her appearance on "Dr.Phil." Sources tell us the Octoshopper wore Tory Burch ballet flats that retail for $195 and a blue and white top that costs $228. It's what every mother of 14 on food stamps is wearing on television these days!
So how is she paying for these new threads? Real estate sources tell us Nadya is raking in the dough and getting "$15,000 here and $20,000 there." She's one lucky mutha!

The man who filed a lawsuit against CBS claiming he was unjustly fired from the "Dr. Phil" show because of his prostate cancer has just dropped the suit....it appears the case settled.
Martin Barsnack -- who used to work on the "Dr. Phil" show -- claimed in September of '07 he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and told his supervisor he was taking a leave of absence to get treated. Martin claimed when he came back in April of '08 -- there was no job available for him.
The suit was dismissed on Jan. 22. A notice of settlement has been filed, but the terms are not disclosed.

We have exclusivity -- WTF does that mean?!? Check out video of Dr. Phil's so-called "producer," shot by FOX in Tampa, as one of the teens charged with allegedly videotaping a brutal beating was released from jail.
While this guy claims "exclusivity," TMZ has learned that collateral for this chick's five figure bail was backed -- in full -- by something equal to that amount. We're told this is usually done in cash, a mortgage on a house, land or cars. So who put up that scratch? This dude?? We doubt it.
Dr. Phil's statement suggests some sort of rogue producer went down to Florida and went "beyond their guidelines." We're not buying it.
Here's how it works ...
