Dr.'s Diary Reveals Anna Nicole Make-Out Session

dr. sandeep kapoorA private journal belonging to one of the doctors accused of supplying Anna Nicole Smith with drugs was read in open court today -- and it's filled with what appears to be admissions of drug use and a make-out session with his most famous patient.

Dr. Sandeep Kapoor
's journal -- which he was forced to turn over in the Anna Nicole investigation -- contains an entry from June 13, 2005 which reads, "I was making out with Anna, my patient, blurring the lines ... I gave her methadone, Valium. Can she ruin me?"

The date of the entry corresponds with an L.A. gay pride parade which Kapoor attended with Anna.

Another entry in the journal, from November 2002, reads, "
"I also need to get off the drugs. The Buspar, Wellbutrin have to go. But first the Ambien has got to go. Oh God, it's so addicting. I have to get off that (expletive)."

Tom Sizemore Admits Drug Use

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
? A judge on Thursday sentenced Tom Sizemore to three years probation after the actor tearfully admitted he used methamphetamine last month.

Sizemore, 44, could have faced 16 months in prison after violating his probation stemming from a conviction for methamphetamine possession.

The judge's sentence included a 90-day stay at a drug treatment program. Sizemore also must submit to weekly drug tests the entire probationary term, said court spokesman Allan Parachini.

The judge's decision came after a series of hearings to determine if Sizemore's probation should be revoked a second time. Sizemore's probation was revoked in July after he admitted using a prosthetic device to fake a drug test and failing to be checked for drugs every three days. A judge reinstated probation in October after concluding Sizemore had begun to make "remarkable" progress in his battle with drugs.

Sizemore then tested positive for drugs Jan. 23.

The actor, who appeared in "Saving Private Ryan" and "Black Hawk Down," was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence involving his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. He is free on bail pending an appeal in that case.

Moss Returns to Britain to Face Police

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

LONDON - Kate Moss met detectives in London to discuss her alleged cocaine use, but wasn't arrested or charged with any offense, police officials said.

The 32-year-old British supermodel voluntarily attended the talks Tuesday, Metropolitan police said.

"She has not been charged or cautioned and inquiries continue," said a police spokeswoman, speaking on condition of anonymity in line with department policy.

The Daily Mirror tabloid in September published pictures allegedly showing Moss using cocaine in a west London music studio where her then-boyfriend, rock musician Pete Doherty, was recording with his group Babyshambles.

Moss, who wore a large pair of dark glasses, a white coat and black pants, has been outside of Britain since the drug allegations broke. She has visited a rehab clinic in Arizona and worked on international modeling assignments.

"Kate Moss voluntarily reported to the police today to assist their investigation as she has always said she would when she returned to this country," her modeling agency, Storm, said in a statement.

Moss was spoken to "under caution" for 80 minutes before leaving without speaking to reporters. To be spoken to under caution is an arrangement under English law that means police can use a person's answers as evidence in any future proceedings.

Police said they would eventually submit a file to prosecutors depending on the investigation's outcome. Prosecutors will eventually decide if any charges should be brought against Moss.
