UPDATE: The first mugshot of Andrew Gallo on the left is from an '06 arrest for being drunk in public. We also got our hands on court documents from his DUI, which was also in '06, in which Gallo wrote this haunting sentence:
"I understand that if I continue to drink and drive it may result in death or serious bodily injury to another person."
UPDATE: The middle pic of Gallo is his bloody mugshot from a March '07 arrest for drunk and disorderly conduct.
We've just obtained a photo of Andrew Gallo, who was driving the van that caused the accident that killed Nick Adenhart and two others.
Cops believe Gallo was driving under the influence and on a suspended license because of a prior DUI. He fled the scene and was arrested. Gallo could be booked on murder charges, along with vehicular manslaughter, hit-and-run and felony DUI.

Every time this boy goes a'clubbin', he ends up doing flips and dodging traffic in the middle of Sunset Blvd.!
TMZ caught "Dancelife" wannabeen Blake McGrath showing off his tumblin' brand of crazy last night in front of Hyde -- doing back handsprings between cars, pole dancing on a parking meter and embarrassing his friends -- even Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts.

Poor, poor Chyna, she done gone and changed her name back to her wrestling moniker, but can't find anyone to tussle with -- both in the ring and elsewhere!
TMZ caught the allegedly rehabbed train wreck outside of Les Deux over the weekend, where she was rambling about Vince McMahon not accepting her offer to take her on -- while she was simultaneously denied a kiss from a bystander.

A talkative, boob-flashing society gal was on a mission last night -- to get arrested!
After an "American Beauty" inspired make-out session with a valet, the rose-eating woman was cited for walking into the street -- and then placed in a police cruiser after she couldn't come up with her ID.
While the last drunk girl encountered by TMZ screamed bloody murder when she was arrested, this lovely lass was in heaven, screaming, "Little do you know, I enjoy all of this ... I have a cop fetish!"
UPDATE: The woman in the video has been identified as Jupiter Mendoza, a contestant on "Pirate Master." Land ho!

TMZ caught one of the best cop confrontations ever last night -- with one big-lunged lady screaming her head off as she tried to resist arrest.
This girl, who was arrested for allegedly battering a security guard, could have a great future as "Victim #2" in a horror movie ... if she ever gets outta jail!

It wouldn't be a night in Hollywood if there weren't drunk, hot, women on the loose. But the two, er, ladies TMZ cameras caught outside Les Deux last night took things to the next level -- as they began showing their ladylike underwear to everyone in the parking lot! Hello, girls!
The impaired duo took turns lifting their dresses and slapping each other's behinds while the men around them drooled. Even comedian Godfrey gets in on the action, looking like he's trying to restrain himself from completely grabbing some of the exposed goodies.
These women have the kind of class you just can't buy ... but can rent.

Chucky and his bride made a special appearance in L.A. last night -- and daaamn, this talking doll has one foul mouth!
The possessed "Child's Play" toy was outside of Area -- where he let his love of four-letter words fly while taking pictures with a few female friends.
He left with a car full of ladies -- guess his classy pick-up line, "I am Chucky and I'ma bite your ass!" sounded appealing.

Original "Buffy" actress Kristy Swanson visited the Scream Awards last night, and afterwards the former vampire slayer gave up her killing ways to spread the love all across Hollywood Blvd.
Spirited Swanson started off by giving a detailed description of the event -- "The Scream Awards, are ... it's like screaming, crazy!" -- before hugging every security guard (some more than once) she could get her hands on.
Let's see Sarah Michelle Gellar do that!

The former "Charles in Charge" bad girl and "Baywatch" babe was spotted sauntering out of Koi last night -- and she was in a really spirited mood.
TMZ caught the giggly actress donating money to the dog of a man in need. Yes, the dog. Wonder what put her in such a happy mood? Nicole then happily flipped off cameras and jibber-jabbed about J.Lo's pregnancy and working on TV pilots.
It's so nice to see a together, healthy and upbeat former child star out having a good time.

TMZ's hottest drunk chick, Jessica Kramer, has become something of a "role model" for aspiring binge drinkers -- with one inebriated lady quoting Kramer's infamous rant outside of Les Deux last night. French sophistication at its finest!
The streets were also filled with stumbling society girls and drunk debutantes, and one classy birthday girl who left paps disgusted after flashing her ta-tas.

Ding, ding! It's another Hollywood fight night, as TMZ cameras caught yet another disastrous drunk outside an L.A. club.
Security watched -- one with his pistol ready -- as the bloodied brawler's pathetic attempts to get around his female friends failed. The gun-toting guards seemed wary of what the ruffian was determined to retrieve from the trunk of his car. More liquor perhaps?

Fabulousness is back -- and TMZ has it. See all the elegance and class that TMZ caught at the clubs in the thirty mile zone last night. These poised and inebriated gals are vintage -- what vintage they were drinking is unknown.
One of our cameramen spotted an extension wearing, tweaked out brunette in front of Hyde last night -- no, not Britney. It looked like a war zone outside of some of the other clubs, with a herd of ladies struggling to find the energy to remain upright. DUI nightcaps are not fun, darlings! Please, people, choose your designated drivers! Dranks to that!

Remember this Hollywood party girl?
The big-boobed beauty got the boot at Crimson over the weekend ... and embarrassed herself in front of TMZ cameras when she was too drunk to put together one sentence after another. Shame be gone!
That girl is none other than Jessica Kramer, a onetime Playboy Cybergirl and current Internet T&A fleshtrepreneur.
When she watched herself on TMZ TV Monday, she admitted on her MySpace page it was, "not one of my proudest moments, but what's done is done and I had a great night!"
She also said she was bummed by comments on our site saying her boobs weren't real. Hmm.
