One month after the death of his longtime companion Farrah Fawcett, Ryan O'Neal told our cameraman last night "I miss my girl."

O'Neal -- who was in a great mood outside of Mastro's -- also talked about Michael Jackson passing on the same day as Farrah, explaining "It was icon day."

Just one day after Farrah Fawcett's funeral, a somber Ryan O'Neal was out in Malibu.

Ryan said it was "fantastic" to have son Redmond out of jail for the service, but when we asked him how he was feeling, Ryan only said "I don't know yet. It's hard to believe."

Farrah Fawcett's BFF Alana Stewart has had it up to here with her neighbor.
Stewart claims in a lawsuit her neighbor habitually over-waters her foliage without proper drainage. Translation -- the neighbor waters too damn much and it constantly runs over and floods Alana's property.
Stewart, ex-wife of both George Hamilton and Rod Stewart, complains mud and garbage flows onto her property, her walkways and fence have eroded and discolored, and "an increasing colonization of harmful mold" has built up inside her house.
Stewart is seeking damages in excess of $25,000.

Farrah Fawcett's first and only husband, Lee Majors, was not among the nearly nine million people who tuned in to see the TV special about her cancer battle.

Yesterday at LAX, the former "Six Million Dollar Man" said the "whole thing was a little bit over done."
On a totally separate note ... Majors just celebrated his 70th birthday. We salute you, Col. Austin.

The NBC documentary last night -- "Farrah's Story" -- was even more dramatic than advertised. Farrah Fawcett, Ryan O'Neal and a shackled Redmond O'Neal all came together in her battle over cancer for a truly gripping reality program ...

The man who claims to be responsible for the Farrah Fawcett documentary that will air on NBC tomorrow night is suing Ryan O'Neal and others, claiming he was aced out of the project and O'Neal "physically threatened him."
Craig Nevius claims in his lawsuit he made a deal with Farrah back in 2004 to chronicle her life in a documentary called "Chasing Farrah." That project aired.
Nevius claims he then worked with Fawcett for two years on the current project. But the defendants -- notably Ryan O'Neal and Alana Stewart (Rod's ex) -- "began to take actions to wrongfully interfere with Nevius's contractual relationship with Ms. Fawcett..."
The suit claims in September, 2008, O'Neal contacted Nevius and demanded he relinquish control of the company that was producing the project -- Sweetened By Risk (SBR). The suit claims, "When Nevius respectfully declined, O'Neal physically threatened him." We spoke with Nevius by phone -- he said "Ryan threatened to kill me" during a telephone call.
The suit goes on ... On April 3, 2009, Stewart contacted Nevius and said Farrah "wasn't doing well" and wouldn't officially sign the deal with him -- even though Nevius says she had agreed to it.
The suit claims Farrah's business manager -- defendant Richard Francis -- misrepresented the project with NBC and then "made additional threats of physical violence against Nevius."
Nevius is suing for a declaration from the court that he has a binding deal to manage the project. He's also suing for damages.
UPDATE 1:34 ET We spoke with Paul Bloch, the rep for Farrah, Ryan and Alana. He told us, "I am shocked by this type of behavior. Here's a woman who everyone knows has been ill and to do something like this is horrific." Bloch adds, "This has been a very difficult time for Ryan O'Neal. When you see something like this you have to question the motives of someone who can be so hurtful during this very sensitive time in a person's life."

Farrah Fawcett has dropped the lawsuit she filed over the iconic photo (left) of her in a red swimsuit. Go ahead, you know you wanna stare at it.
Fawcett sued Bio-Graphics, Inc, Pie International Inc. and author T.N. Trikilis back in February after they allegedly tried to lay claim to the famous hot shot and sell it as their own.
Farrah entered the dismissal on May 11.

If you were alive in the 1970s, you either had or knew someone who had that iconic red swimsuit photo of Farrah Fawcett plastered on their wall. Now, that photo is at the center of a lawsuit.
Fawcett is suing Bio-Graphics inc., Pie International Inc. and author T.N. Trikilis, claiming that Trikilis "has falsely asserted to third parties that [Fawcett] does not own any rights in the photographs."
Fawcett says she "owns and possesses all the photographs and negatives of all the photographs taken at the photo shoot."
Fawcett claims Trikilis and Pie were telling people they owned exclusive rights to the photo. She says Trikilis and Pie have reproduced the photo and are selling it.
Farrah is suing for $100,000 minimum.
UPDATE -- We almost never put comments up on the site, but this one is too good: "I still have the poster on my bedroom wall & it still does the trick..."

Where are the other Angels when you need 'em?
Farrah Fawcett was in great spirits after a tennis match with Ryan O'Neal, but girl went Jill Monroe on a couple photogs for recently shooting her in a negative light. At least you weren't photographed with cankles though, right?

When you look at Meg Ryan do you immediately think, "She would be convicing as a statuatory rapist?" When you think of Farrah Fawcett, do you think, "sex symbol" or "child murderer?" True crime author Gregg Olsen decided to ask the actual rapist and murderer what they thought!

Olsen's first thriller, "A Wicked Snow," just came out in paperback. But over the years, he's interviewed some of the most notorious female criminals ever, including hundreds of interviews with teacher/convicted rapist Mary Kay Letourneau. The Seattle schoolteacher, who had a sexual relationship with her underage student Vili Fualaau (whom she later married), wanted Meg Ryan to play her in the TV movie "All American Girl." Instead, it was Penelope Ann Miller -- whom Letourneau never heard of.
"I don't get it at all," she said. "Penelope was good, but I think she played me like I was crazy. Maybe Meg would have been a better choice."

Diane Downs was in prison for killing a daughter, injuring another and paralyzing her son. She was the subject of

Farrah Fawcett's recent diagnosis with anal cancer was a shocking blow to the "Angels" star. It has, however, brought Fawcett and her onetime boyfriend Ryan O'Neal back together. Farrah was snapped outside of UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday after undergoing chemo and radiation therapy. After a representative from the center chatted with Fawcett and escorted her to her car, she was driven away by O'Neal.
Like all angels, Farrah is a fighter and we're positive that her struggles through this battle will touch many lives.
