Tilda Swinton is completely irrelevant ... at least according to Donald Trump.
The Donald has just released the following statement regarding the Oscar winner's attempt to stop Trump from developing a golf course in Scotland ... but for Trump, the statement is surprisingly tame:
"Where was Tilda Swinton three years ago when everyone else was petitioning? She's a little late in the game don't you think?
Swinton is a part of a tiny little group of people who are hanging by a thread. 93% of the public in Scotland are in favor of the project. I have all of my permits and approvals and we're going to start construction in 3 weeks."
We're guessing she won't be on "Celebrity Apprentice" anytime soon...

Lindsay Lohan and Dr. Drew -- two of Hollywood's most respected minds on the topic of addiction -- have gotten themselves into a verbal tussle where the only victor is comedy.
Dr. Drew ticked off Lilo by commenting about her various problems, saying he believes that she'll "lose a limb or something" before she'll finally get sober.
In a sign of the times, Lohan tweeted her response, saying, "I thought REAL doctors talk to patients in offices behind closed doors. Am I wrong? Hmmmmmm. I think NOT! Yay!" Hard to argue with that.
Nothing says "I'm a respected doctor" more than being mentored by Lindsay Lohan.

"The Hills" star Heidi Montag isn't just going to feed the feud flames between herself and co-star Lauren Conrad, she's also gonna profit from it!

Kim Basinger and daughter Ireland Baldwin arrived at Los Angeles International Airport yesterday afternoon.
Divorce proceedings for Alec Baldwin and Basinger that had been scheduled for yesterday were postponed -- and have yet to be rescheduled. No word on where Kim and Ireland are returning from or whether or not the postponement was due to their travels.
More prolonged drama for mama!

What a difference a TV show makes -- Rosie O'Donnell's two biggest nemeses of the last year, Donald Trump and Star Jones, are prepared to make nice with the acid-tongued talk titan, as long as she comes on their respective shows.
Trump said yesterday, as People reported, that he wants Ro for his new celebrity-infested "Apprentice" -- but 
Rosie already shot back, saying, through her rep, "It will not happen in this lifetime or beyond." Star, as Us reports, said Rosie's "the kind of guest you want" on her new Court TV series, even though she called her "a former fatty," and accused Star of "selling bulls**t" for pooh-poohing her gastric bypass surgery.
No word yet on whether we'll be seeing Star v. Rosie anytime soon.
Britney Spears -- Terrierist
Britney Spears sucks, at least according to the Humane Society.
H.S. honchos are pissed off after reading that Spears went to a pet store in fancy Bel Air, Calif., and dropped three grand on a Yorkshire Terrier. The Humane Society has been dogging pet stores, claiming many of the pups come from puppy mills.
H.S. is also really upset that Spears spent only 30 minutes before sealing the deal -- "Choosing a dog is a major lifestyle decision that should not be taken lightly." Apparently, the Humane Society thinks Brit might pull a Paris -- as in getting bored (after all, she does have ADD) and jettisoning one pooch for another.
Tara Breaks Out the Pigskin
Everyone's favorite ball-carrier, Tara Reid, busted out a little beachfront football game with a couple of tight ends in Malibu yesterday.
Her arm strength was good, but she could definitely use a little help around mid-field.

It seems that Jon Lovitz got to do last week what many comics have wanted to do for years -- bash Andy Dick's face in. Lovitz tells
Page Six that he confronted Dick at L.A.'s Laugh Factory after the cuckoo comic told him last year that he had put the "Phil Hartman hex" on him, referring to Hartman's murder by his wife Brynn in 1998, and suggesting that Lovitz might die soon. Lovitz expected an apology last Wednesday, but it wasn't forthcoming, so, says Jon, "I pushed him ... Then I pushed him again really hard. He's a disgusting human being." Adds Lovitz, "All the comedians are glad I did it because this guy is an ***hole."
Laugh Factory owner Jamie Masada saw the "pushing" slightly differently: "Jon picked up Andy ... and smashed him into the bar four or five times, and blood started pouring out of his nose." Dick's rep had no comment. The Laugh Factory, of course, is the club where Michael Richards went on the
infamous racist rant that TMZ showed you first.

Is fear of the gays a factor with comedian Joe Rogan? One pissed off VH1 star seems to think so.
Ant, the openly gay host of "Celebrity Fit Club" and star of "Last Comic Standing," fired off a seething message on his Myspace page, in response to Rogan's accusations on a radio show that Ant has been stealing jokes from other comics -- the most horrific insult in the world of stand-up comedy. In the post, Ant claims that the only reason the former "Fear Factor" star has made the accusation is because, "Joe just can't come right out and call me a FAGGOT," adding that the accusation of joke theft is "another way to gaybash." He also slams Rogan as a "homophobe."
On the page, Ant says he's ready for Rogan's retaliation, saying "I can't wait to hear him proclaim, 'ANT's using the homophobic card? How come a straight guy can't talk about a gay guy and blah blah blah.' A spade is a spade and I call 'em like I see 'em."
A rep for Rogan had no immediate response.

You want to keep Shanna Moakler on your friends list ... or she'll publicize your digits!
An angry Shanna Moakler posted contact info for Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan on her MySpace blog over the weekend! Shanna's swipe at the two starlets was a response to a blog posted on Harry Morton's MySpace, which gave out Shanna's contact info. Morton is Lohan's ex. Moakler believes that one of the girls is running Harry's page, and that the hard-partying starlets hacked into Shanna's phone and MySpace.
In her latest blog, Shanna says, "I know for a fact he (Harry) does NOT have a MySpace account," and that she stands behind her various reasons for revealing Paris and Lilo's info.
Although Shanna thought she had the last laugh, a spokesperson for Lindsay told TMZ, "Those are not her e-mail addresses."
As for Paris, rep Elliot Mintz had this to say when contacted by TMZ today: "It appears to me that this woman is simply desperate for press and attention. The facts are simple. Shanna deliberately posted Paris' phone number and email address on her MySpace site. It was an unprovoked invasion upon Paris' privacy which caused her to immediately change her contact information. It was a childish, mean-spirited thing to do and we are not going to dignify such an action with any additional comment."
A rep for Shanna said "Shanna had valid reasons for her actions and she stands by every one of them. She's lost her tolerance for childish games played at her expense and the expense of others for the amusement of bored children. Shanna is at work on her new series for the CW and frankly doesn't have the inclination to spend more time on this matter."

The Fergie/Furtado feud flames on!
On "Impacto," Fergie's latest collaboration with Daddy Yankee, the self-proclaimed Dutchess fillets the "Promiscuous" singer, saying, "I ain't promiscuous, the realest chick up in this," and threatens with an old fashioned "I'ma pull your wig back!"
This isn't Fergie's first shot at Nelly. In "Fergalicious," she also says that she's not promiscuous. Obviously, she doesn't feel that Nell's gettin' the message. SHE AIN'T PROMISCUOUS!!
Ooh! Take that, Nelly!

Could former Miss USA Shanna Moakler be picking a fight with Mess USA Tara Conner?
According to a blog posting on her MySpace page, Shanna -- or so it appears -- didn't take kindly to TMZ's recent comparison of her newly-coiffed 'do to that of recently-relieved-of-duty Mess USA Tara Conner: "I cut my hair but since I am being compared to the she-devil herself I will grow it out!" (For the record, Moakler never identifies Conner by name)
In fact, when our cameras caught Moakler out last Thursday, for a minute we actually thought the blonde in the bangs was Tara Conner. Can you imagine the blonde, sash-ripping bodaciousness of a Shanna-Tara claw-off? Vince McMahon, are you listening?
Shanna's reps weren't available for comment on the brewing b**chfest.

Just before spinning the U.S. release of "Spider-Man 3," Kirsten Dunst and Tobey Maguire unwound in Hawaii ... but definitely not together!
The two, who shared an angry death stare moment while onstage at the Oscars, were both in the islands, with blindingly white Dunst in full bag lady mode, while tiny Maguire attempted bodysurfing to shed some baby weight.
Let's just hope they don't ruin their vacations by running into each other!

Adrianne Curry, who was the Season One winner of "America's Next Top Model," has lambasted the show and Revlon, claiming that she "has yet to see a dime from Revlon" for her work.
"We were told the winner would be an instant millionaire, that our faces would be plastered everywhere in Revlon ads. None of which turned out to be true ... I still haven't got paid for the work I did for them!" steamed Curry.
Miss Curry is super mad at the supermodel show, blasting them on her MySpace blog, saying "... they had no money ... no clue what they were doing ... all they had was mind f***ing us for good tv [sic]." Adrianne also claims that the girls hardly slept during filming, were kept hungry for long periods and were crammed into small quarters to guarantee drama. The Revlon campaign "turned out to be only a day's work at a convention." Not so fabulash!
Adrianne, who married "Brady Bunch" babe Christopher Knight last May, added that "Top Model felt like I was on a fierce 'Survivor!'"
A rep for "Top Model" had no comment.

Reichen Lehmkuhl's latest MySpace harangue against Perez Hilton is just the beginning of what's shaping up to be a juicy Hollywood feud.
In a blog posted today by Lehmkuhl, he states that after posting his initial blog, celebrities and their "attornies" [sic] contacted him, prompting a brewing class action lawsuit against the self-proclaimed Queen of All Media, aka Mario Lavandeira.
Reichen says, "It is not clear how the lawsuit will be structured, but we are committed ... the goal of this lawsuit is to result in the stopping of your name being used in connection with untruths and gossip on the internet that obviously damage/ruin your name/reputation and lessen your ability to be successful in your profession." Well, that's clear.
Reichen is threatening to sue, after Perez posted a picture of him at the Dixie Chicks concert, claiming that Reichen's dilated pupils were because he was under the influence of crystal meth. Mr. Lance Bass claims that he had seen a Laser Eye surgeon in West Los Angeles that day, causing his eyes to dilate. He also takes issue with Perez linking him to men other than Bass, saying that they must be "PAID for by Mr. Levandeira (sic)." This threat of legal action adds to Perez's legal woes, he's currently being sued for $7.5 million by a photo agency for using their photos without authorization.
For his part, Perez shoots back, "Now that he can't comfortably ride Lance Bass' coattails, this is Reichen's latest transparent attempt to get publicity for himself. I applaud him. Reichen's almost as big a media whore as I am!"

One of Hollywood's hottest DJs is not a Jamie Foxx fan.
DJ Samantha Ronson was in Vegas working a People Magazine party on Thursday to kick off all the Grammy mayhem. According to Ronson's MySpace page, Jamie Foxx "kinda mc'd the event ... which to be honest was really annoying -- he's funny for about 3 minutes -- then it's just self-indulgent look at me s**t." Sounds like Samantha would've liked to make him disappear.
Sam has DJed before at parties where Foxx showed up, and claims that he pulls the same number every time; he has his people request songs that only he likes, then for attention, gets up and sings the "Golddigger" chorus when it plays. She did mention one highlight of the night ... "he was reading index cards to present the different performers and when the 'five for fighting' guy was coming onstage he was supposed to say "phenomenal," which he actually pronounced as PUHEEEENOMENAL! wow!!"
Sounds like the beginnings of a good ol' celebrity feud!
Our pals at SpyOnVegas.com caught Foxx pouring shots of TY KU down the throats of some hotties in the front row and was heard calling the drink his personal "Jesus Juice."

Beyonce Knowles set out to clear up rumors of jealousy over the attention her "Dreamgirls" co-star Jennifer Hudson has been receiving. Her plan may have backfired.
During a recent interview, a humble Beyoncé said she "knew that the character that I played wasn't the star ... I'm already a star. I already have nine Grammys. Everyone knows I can sing."
Beyoncé definitely belts out some beautiful melodies, but when she said, "I wish I could have gained 20 pounds and played Effie," we hear the flip side of her tune. Although most of Beyoncé's comments seemed a little backhanded, she did go on to give props to Hudson by saying, "She did incredible."
This interview, meant to defuse the rumored feud, could rekindle the diva dis.

It was a near catfight on the red carpet as Paris Hilton arrived at a Hollywood party minutes behind arch-nemesis Nicole Richie. Paris and Nicky pulled up in their Escalade only to have Nicky notice Nicole and pull her sister back into the SUV till Nicole was safely off the carpet and inside the building. Whew that was close!
