NFL Star Accused of Barroom Beatdown ... Again
San Diego Chargers linebacker Shaun Phillips must really be pissed about how the season ended -- he keeps getting into fights ... allegedly.
For the second time in a month, cops responded to a barroom fight involving Phillips. This time, Phillips was accused of punching a security guard in the face at a SD bar early Saturday morning.
Phillips claims he did nothing wrong and surveillance video at the bar will prove his story.
Earlier this month, another bar security guard claimed Phillips choked and punched him. Phillips was not cited or taken into custody for that incident.

David vs. Goliath on "DWTS" Set
There was an explosion of anger a few days ago on the "Dancing with the Stars" set.
Our sources say it all went down when the remaining professionals and celebs were rehearsing for the group dance that aired last night. Warren Sapp showed up several hours late for rehearsal. When Sapp finally arrived mid-rehearsal, he began complaining he was having a hard time following the routine.
Several dancers complained back that it was Warren's own fault for getting there late. At that point, Sapp snapped, throwing Derek Hough against the wall. Now get this -- all 97 pounds of Derek wouldn't back down.
We're told there was a stand-off in the dance room until they both cooled off and went back to rehearsing.
UPDATE: Derek tells TMZ, "This has been blown way out of proportion. Warren and I exchanged a few words at rehearsal that lasted seconds. The idea that Warren would do physical harm to me or anyone is outrageous. We've all become good friends during the season."

Suge's Most Wanted!
TMZ has obtained the photos of the man who says he laid the punch heard 'round Los Angeles!
The brawler, who owns a barbershop in L.A., tells us he was playfully arguing with a friend outside the club about money when Suge, who's also friends with the man, misunderstood and thought it was serious. He stepped up to defend his boy -- and that's when the altercation took place. He also says reports he had a weapon are untrue.
Get this -- the barber (he didn't want us to use his name) is only 5'10" and weighs 173 lbs. Suge stands 6'3" and tips the scales at 315 lbs. Dayum!

Our first battle was outside the Cabana Club in Hollywood. When one girl feels like she has lost the upper hand, she makes a mad dash to get away. Unfortunately, it didn't work.
Meanwhile, in the parking lot outside of Element and Les Deux, a little hair-pulling and name-calling was in order when one woman was confused about the location of her friend. Words hurt too, people.

Holiday Clubgoers in a Fightin' Mood
Thanksgiving is a season of giving (thus the name), but the only thing being dished out on Hollywood Blvd. Wednesday night was a butt whuppin'.
What started off as an awkward hug devolved into a brawl outside the hotspot Mood. Security eventually stepped in, but not until after one shirtless guy took several kicks to the back.
The wishbone wasn't the only thing cracked this Thanksgiving.
To Catch a Punk
Fights in the parking lot outside Les Deux and Element are becoming commonplace, but the full-out brawl that went on this weekend left one clubgoer unconscious.
Several men were throwing punches in the streets Sunday morning, but one guy -- who was earlier playing the role of peacemaker -- got the worst of it. In the video, he can be seen being kicked in the head by two men, then falling face first into asphalt. He was unconscious for several minutes, but was later seen up and talking with his friends.
If you've seen either of the two men below, call the Los Angeles Police Department -- they deserve it.

Howard Stern Reporter Drop-Kicks Pap
Gary Garver, a sometimes reporter on Howard Stern, got into a fight with a photog outside a West Hollywood party last night -- and was booted.
It's not clear how the fight started, but a photog got the ninja treatment after he spit in Garver's face. Gary retaliated with a kick -- but it was Gary who got bounced, screaming, "He's got f**kin' AIDS!" on his way out.
