That $20,000 he allegeldy owes American Express is nothin' -- because "Mallrats" and "Party of Five" star Jeremy London could also be losing his house!
According to documents filed last month in L.A. County Superior court, the TV-turned-direct-to-DVD star defaulted on his mortgage -- and unless he pays $12,856.81, Countrywide is looking to foreclose.
Countrywide says if he doesn't cough up the cash, the home will go up for auction October 21.

Pop diva Toni Braxton has been battling health problems for the last few years -- and she might need all her strength to pack up her stuff and move ... cause the bank is coming after her home.
According to documents filed last month, Braxton has defaulted on her mortgage payments -- and now Bank of America is looking to foreclose. They claim she owes $12,503.20 on a place in Century City, Calif.
Toni closed down her Vegas gig a few years back -- she may want to start it up again ... quick.

The former music producer for Britney Spears, 50 Cent and Mariah Carey continues his legendary fall from grace -- Scott Storch has lost his massive Miami Mansion.
SunTrust Bank took back ownership of the home Storch defaulted on last July, buying it back at an auction on Friday for $5.5 million.
The 10-bedroom, 16-bath home was valued at around $7 million.
The bank had been trying to foreclose on Storch for months, but couldn't because he had declared for bankruptcy (it was recently dismissed).

Stephen Baldwin has really set himself apart from his brothers -- he's the broke one now -- because he just filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York.
Court docs show Baldwin and his wife owe $1.2 million in mortgages on their home 30 miles north of NYC, along with $1 million in taxes and $70,000 in credit card debt.
There is one small ray of hope for the couple: Their home wasn't auctioned off yesterday as planned -- it was postponed to a later date.

Unless Stephen Baldwin's charity on "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" is called the "Keep Stephen Baldwin from Losing His House to Foreclosure Org." -- dude is gonna lose his digs on the auction block.
According to documents, Stephen and his wife are more than $824,000 behind in payments on their Rockland County, NY home -- although they only paid $515,000 for it in 1997.
Unless the born-again Christian hits the lottery, his home will hit the blocks on June 24.

It's not hard to see why Sam Lutfi is suing the Spears clan -- he's got a debt collection agency on his back.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, a lien was slapped on Lutfi's condo back in April. Lutfi never paid the debt, which grew to $18,507.58 by November.
The lien was filed by a debt collection agency on behalf of the homeowner's association where Lutfi has a condo.
According to docs, Lutfi has until February 10 to pay up or the condo could be forced into foreclosure.
And Lutfi has other financial issues. A bank that issued Sammy boy a Discover Card filed a lawsuit against him last month, claiming he owes $7,966.98.
Lutfi filed a lawsuit against Britney and her parents yesterday, claiming, among other things, libel, defamation and battery.

The one word that's turning Ed McMahon from baller to beggar: Plastic.

Our sources tell us Pamela McMahon, Ed's wife of 16 years, is literally spending him onto the street. We hear she's completely "oblivious" to the late night legend's cash troubles, and shops like their life depended on it. Her AmEx bill is legendary -- the couple reportedly owes them nearly $750K.

Evander Holyfield made over $200 mil in the ring ... and probably another 10 grand or so on "Dancing with the Stars." So shocker -- seems he's broke.

Evander's home has gone into foreclosure and it's going on the auction block. On the home front, he's being sued for allegedly defaulting on a $550,000 landscaping bill. And, baby mama Toi Jenese Irvin is taking him to court for $6 grand in back child support.
Evander's rep was mum.

Ed McMahon of Bev Hills: You may have already defaulted on a nearly five million dollar loan, and you could lose your house soon!

Foreclosure is underway, according to the Wall Street Journal, on McMahon's six-bedroom mansion in BH. 85-year-old Ed's been laid up with a broken neck and he hasn't been able to work. So he's in arrears, you'll pardon the expression.
And get this -- the real estate agent who's trying to unload the house says all the papers following Britney Spears (who lives nearby) are wreaking such havoc in the neighborhood it's scaring potential buyers away.
BTW, the house has been on the market for two years -- it's now listed at $6.25 mil. A few years back Ed had a huge mold problem with the house. Ed sued and got $7.2 mil.

Retired baseball star Jose Canseco's 7,300 square foot $2.5 million Encino, California mansion has been foreclosed on. Maybe he should get a place with Latrell Sprewell.

In an interview this week, Canseco blamed his financial woes on a couple of divorces and the fact that after taxes, he was really only living on $17 or $18 million.
The slugger did admit that his financial situation is different than most Americans and that he felt sympathy for other families going through foreclosures -- with even fewer millions than he has.
