Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are used to being hit on -- not hit. But that's exactly what happened to them, courtesy of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch -- allegedly.
Law enforcement sources tell us Green's Hollywood Hills home was burglarized during the string of celeb break-ins. Various items were taken, including Green's recreational gun, which was locked up.
As for Fox, who spends a lot of time at Green's, all the Burglar Bunch allegedly took were clothes -- including several of Megan's signature t-shirts.
We're told Green, who has been shooting a movie in NYC, didn't even know he was hit. Sources say cops retrieved the stolen goods and returned them to him last week.
As we have been reporting, TMZ has obtained photos, emails and other data from a computer that the gang allegedly stole from an L.A. businessman. One of the photos on the hard drive -- the photo of Megan Fox we're using for this post.

The creator of "Glee" is firing back at NBC for booting his show's float from the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade -- dissing them for dissing him.
Ryan Murphy tells EW: "I completely understand NBC's position, and look forward to seeing a Jay Leno float."
As TMZ first reported, Macy's invited the FOX show's cast to the parade -- but when rival NBC, the network airing the parade, found out ... they kicked the "Glee" people to the curb faster than a geek from the cool kid's table.

The hit FOX show "Glee" is chorus non grata at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade ... and we've learned NBC is behind it all.
The network that can't produce a hit to save its life -- at least this year -- has banned the cast of "Glee" from appearing at the Parade that airs on NBC.
Sources tell us Macy's invited the "Glee" cast -- the deal was all but signed -- but when rival NBC found out, they told the department store to pull the plug.
A rep for FOX declined to comment. NBC could not be reached. Macy's didn't get back to us.

Paul Abdul is hurt, angry and threatening to quit "American Idol" ... like "60 Minutes" wants to snatch her up.
It's absurd, but Abdul's manager told the L.A. Times, "Very sadly, it does not appear that she's going to be back on 'Idol," adding "Idol" producers have been "rude and disrespectful" by not offering her a new deal.
Ok, let's now get real. Our "A.I." spies say Abdul is raking in about 2 1/2 million bucks a year -- a nice check, but compared to the $15 mil a year that Ryan Seacrest just sealed ...
In Hollywood, stars have to talk the walk in order to rob the bank. Paula's manager says since "Idol" hasn't offered her a new deal she's now considering starting a competitive show. Here's the deal ... Paula tried starting her own series a few years back with Paramount .... NIGHTMARE! The idea crashed and burned.
So it's yet another ploy for more moolah, and more power to her. Whatever the deal it's a long way from Paula's first season paycheck -- our "A.I." spies say she was pulling in $5,000 a week.

Katy Perry crossed the line when she showed favoritism for "American Idol" favorite Adam Lambert last week -- and unless you DVR'd the live show, you'll never see her pink Glambert cape again.

If you go on iTunes and purchase Katy's performance from last week's "Idol", the closeup of her silk Glambert billboard has been altered -- you can't even tell there's writing on the cape.
The rest of the video is exactly the same -- we put the two different versions side-by-side so you can see.
Fox and iTunes both declined to comment.

They were only a married couple for 14 months, but the nasty divorce between Kate Walsh and Alex Young has just gotten uglier.

We've obtained legal papers filed last Friday by Young, who claims the accounting firm he and Walsh used has turned on him by refusing to ante up a full accounting of joint assets. But wait till you hear what they are arguing over.
London & Co., the accounting firm, filed legal papers earlier this month, essentially asking a judge to tell Young to get lost. The firm wants a protective order against Young, claiming it has given him all the financial info he needs but he keeps making more demands. Now Young's lawyer is fighting the protective order, claiming London & Co. is acting like a P.R. firm for Walsh and that the protective order reads like a "press release to benefit one client, Ms. Walsh."
Young says a month before they got married back in 2007, they bought a multi-million dollar house together and furnished it with expensive stuff, and London & Co. refuses to give him an accounting. But we know what went down -- fact is, Kate made the lion's share of the down payment and the house has gone down in value since they bought it -- so there are no profits to split. Plus, he walked out on Kate, leaving her with a huge mortgage and all the monthly expenses.
So why is Young making such a big stink over assets that are pretty clean? It's a little perplexing. It's not like he needs the dough. We know he makes more than a million bucks a year as a bigwig at FOX. She makes around $3 mil a year on "Private Practice" and other projects.
So let's review. He leaves her, sticks her with the mortgage, he makes a bundle, but he's dragging out the divorce like a remake of "War of the Roses." So, we ask, what's the deal?"

The Osbournes cast a poodle to dye for on their new/unofficially cancelled TV show.

Pierre the Poodle's owner ponied up the pooch for a bit on "Osbournes: Reloaded" -- the gag was to dye the dog pink, but six months later the dog is still in the ... pink.
And to add insult to psychic injury, since only one episode aired, the poodle skit was never even on TV.
Maybe the Obamas will adopt a special needs companion for Bo.

Seth MacFarlane and "Family Guy" first wished upon a Jew, then wished upon a federal judge (not a Jew) and came up winners on both counts.

Federal District Judge Deborah Batts (we're making an assumption she's not Jewish) ruled the episode "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein," featuring the song "I Need a Jew," did not infringe on the copyright of the owner of "When You Wish Upon a Star."
The show, which was produced in 2000, showcased Peter's frustration that he could not manage his family's finances. He lamented how he needed a Jew to help him with his money and broke into song:
"Nothing else has worked so far
So I'll wish upon a star
Wonderous dancing speck of light,
I need a Jew."
The court tossed out the claim the parody was a copyright infringement. Judge Batts (we still think she's not a Jew) also scoffed at the notion the parody would create "harm by association."
Way to go, Seth!

Chikezie didn't score with Simon last night, but he was a big hit at Terminal 4 at LAX.

We've turned up pictures of Chikizzle when he was working at the Transportation Security Administration at the Los Angeles International Airport, where he was a baggage screener.

Chikizzle was a member of the TSA Choir, which performed at TSA functions (who knew!). Turns out the manager at Terminal 4 was an even bigger star than Chikizzle. The manager played backup keyboard for Santana in the 60's.
Here's what worries us. Chikizzle had an iPizzle in his ear while he screened luggage for bombs, but everyone says he was a great employee.

FOX Sportscaster Josh Booty - brother of USC quarterback John David Booty - was arrested early this morning for DUI -- and was so uncooperative he had to be tased!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Booty was taken to the Orange County Jail, where he was booked -- and that's when he went ballistic.
O.C. Sheriff's spokesperson Jim Amormino tell TMZ, "Booty was belligerent and uncooperative." Amormino says his deputies used a taser -- "less than lethal force" -- to contain him.
After being tased, Josh fell to the ground, hitting his head on the floor and cracking it open. He was taken to a hospital where he was stitched up.

Fans of the pitchy, exiled, tongue-studded rocker "Idol" Gina Glocksen are flooding her MySpace page with comments -- voicing their outrage over the stripe-bobbed, ball-mouthed warbler's absence from this week's singathon.

In the opinion of one Glocksen supporter, "Idol sucks without you. Actually, Idol REALLY sucks this year, period. You, Melinda, and Jordin were the only bright spots, before I started boycotting."
It could be that GG's fan base has thrown their pierced punky power to Sanjaya! Rock on!

Comedian Carol Burnett is suing the FOX comedy "Family Guy" for using one of Burnett's signature characters and an altered version of her theme music without permission.
In a lawsuit filed in federal court yesterday, Burnett alleges that FOX requested permission to use "Carol's Theme" -- the theme music from "The Carol Burnett Show" -- in an episode of "Family Guy." When permission was denied, the lawsuit claims that FOX then went back and had the show rewritten to "disparage Ms. Burnett using Ms. Burnett's signature ear tug."

Looks like super marine Master Chief will have to eliminate a homicidal alien race without some very powerful allies. The Peter Jackson produced film "Halo" based on the wildly popular Microsoft video game, hit a huge roadblock this morning as Universal and Fox studios both announced that they have officially backed out of the film.

The studios demanded that executive producers, Peter Jackson and Fran Walsh, along with Microsoft each reduce their profit participation in the film which included a $5 million upfront payday, obviously their demands were not met.
Some insiders are speculating that the pull-out had to due with budget problems as rumors swirl that the film, originally budgeted for $135 million, had already busted the cap by a whopping $65 million,
Others feel that handing a huge franchise like "Halo" to first time director Neil Blomkamp made the studios way too nervous about the film.
But, fear not Halo-heads -- the project isn't dead yet. Peter Jackson's Weta Workshop is continuing to work on the film while Microsoft locks down another partner.
The copy editor apologizes for offending serious fanboys. He's more of a Tecmo Bowl fan.
