The 42-year-old former "Friends" star and his barber are on a break.

They found each other through their shared hatred of gay marriage ... but fell in love over their passion for makeup and other assorted beauty products.
According to Miss California Carrie Prejean's dad, his daughter and Sarah Palin are phone buddies. The Alaskan Guv reportedly called Prejean to offer her support in her difficult crusade to stop gay people from getting hitched.
Keep in mind: this was before topless pictures of Prejean hit the internet. Think Palin will remain loyal to her new bud? Hint -- Have you seen "Nailin' Paylin?'

TMZ has to make nice with a friend. Matthew Perry is not strapped for cash, even though "Studio 60" was canceled. Cameras caught the former "Friend" stuffing the pocket of a valet attendant last night! So there for you! We originally thought he didn't, but he did tip the valet.
Our camera spotted Perry leaving the opening of Hollywood nightspot, The Green Door, when he slyly handed his own green over to the attendant by slyly stuffing some money into his shirt.
The star appeared on the Forbes Top 100 Celebrity rich list in 2003, and earned a reported $1.6 million per episode during the final season of "Friends" in 2004. Perry also has residuals in perpetuity -- and a couple bucks for the valet.

Who knew? Our spies caught the pair at Orso restaurant in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. Well actually, our spies first spotted Ross Mathews sitting alone having some drinks while patiently waiting for his gal pal. When G finally arrived, the pair were like two high school girls giggling up a storm.
Paltrow and her pal met four years ago when Ross was sent to London on assignment for "The Tonight Show." He interviewed Gwyneth, they went shopping for posh duds and have been friends ever since.
One thing our informant pointed out, "Ross looked amazing!" The witty and charming intern can be seen on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club -- our guess is he's lost at least 30 pounds. Way to go, gurl! But if you wanna keep it off while waiting for your friends, try water -- alcohol can sure add the lbs.!

Cameron knows how to look slim... by wearing her skinniest jeans while meandering through the Meatpacking District with two very pregnant girlfriends!
The three girls strolled through the trendy New York neighborhood yesterday, with paparazzi in pursuit of the perambulating pals.
Cam will be heard again as Princess Fiona in the May release of "Shrek the Third," and the girlfriends seen here will probably get Fiona plush dolls for the kiddies.

What does a bloated, sweaty, wild-eyed oil heir do for kicks? Why, he wraps himself in blue plastic and throws himself out of an airplane for a tandem skydive! Just another day in the privileged puffy life of Brandon "Greasy Bear" Davis. 
The oily one took to the skies over Perris Valley, Calif., where his dripping sweat nearly flooded the valley floor. Sporting fancy pink goggles and a skintight jumpsuit from Armani's Shamu Collection, Greasy laughed it up with buddies who shared the adventure with the airborne beast.
Perris Valley authorities fielded numerous calls about a flying bear in a blue garbage bag.

Perhaps David Schwimmer should see an orthopedic surgeon. He is obviously having a problem bending his middle finger. Lately, every time the former "Friends" star is spotted, his middle finger just won't go down. 
In the most recent instance, photogs spied Schwimmer walking with a mystery girl and another man in the meatpacking district of New York, where the trio had just finished lunching at Pastis -- and Schwimmer again revealed his troubling finger ailment.
The problem dates back to at least October, and even crosses the sea. Schwimmer was photographed in London, finger extended, after leaving the very exclusive Soho House. Let's all wish David a speedy recovery.

Mrs. David Arquette was pulled over in Beverly Hills yesterday on her way to meeting her hubby, and given a ticket by Beverly Hills finest.
Once reunited with husband David, he consoled the cited wifey -- by planting a big wet one. A little lovin' is always a good pick-me-up.

Actresses Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston have remained good friends since they said goodbye to their highly rated television show. 
Keeping in step with their show's theme song, the actresses were there for each other in Malibu over the Labor Day weekend at a mutual friend's party.
Maybe they can get the rest of the "Friends" crew together and start a nice dinner theater in Malibu. TMZ can only hope.

Missy, if this were merely a fling, we think it would have flung by now. Nick and Vanessa truly seem to have fallen for each other. In fact, this past Sunday both traveled from different parts of the globe to spend some quality time together -- Nick from Sydney, Australia and Vanessa from the Big Apple.
Included in their Sunday stroll was a trip to the market after enjoying lunch at Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

Where the hell has Usher been?
Tia, Usher has his dancin' shoes on and will be making his way across the Broadway stage in a matter of weeks. He is taking on one of the leading roles in the New York Broadway production of Chicago, which debuts August 22 at the Ambassador Theater in NY. He made an appearance on Tuesday's "TRL" to talk about the big event and made sure to take time for cameras and fans afterward.
Usher is also planning a tour for 2007, so stay tuned to TMZ for updates.

Courteney Cox
August should be named the month of Courteney Cox Arquette! With two movies set for release, she has no doubt been one of the hardest working women in showbiz. In the Nickelodeon movie "Barnyard," a flick with the tagline "What happens in the barn stays in the barn!," Cox Arquette plays the voice of Daisy the cow. Expect to see the heartwarming animal flick August 4 and on the 11th, Cox can be seen playing Marsha in the adventure/comedy "Zoom." Lisa Kudrow
Aside from finishing filming for the independent film "Kabluey," Lisa starred in the (now cancelled) HBO series "The Comeback." It was as if Phoebe made a return to the small screen as Lisa portrayed Valerie Cherish - a flighty sitcom star who was trying to revive her has-been career. Matthew Perry
Matthew Perry also continues to dabble in movies. Along with "The Whole Nine (and Ten) Yards" and "Serving Sara," Perry will soon add "Numb" to his resume. Here, he plays a screenwriter who has found himself chronically depressed and seeks to turn around his situation by falling for a woman whom he calls the girl of his dreams. Friends' star Matt LeBlanc is set to officially file Thursday for divorce from his wife, Melissa. The split, first reported by the National Enquirer, comes on the heels of the rumored cancellation of his NBC sitcom, 'Joey.'
LeBlanc's rep issued the following statement: "Melissa and Matt LeBlanc have decided to end their marriage of three years. The dissolution is amicable. They remain devoted parents and friends. For the sake of their family, they ask that their privacy be respected at this time."
The couple has a two-year-old daughter together and Melissa has two children from a previous marriage.
