They're everywhere -- millions of white ear buds hanging from iPods. It's about time to upgrade to a pair of headphones created by someone who knows a little bit about music.
N.W.A. Co-Founder, producer/rapper Dr. Dre, has teamed up with Monster Cable to create Beats by Dr. Dre headphones, which are supposed to produce what most are lacking -- a rich, deep bass.
You get great sound and you get to stand out from the crowd. Remember, it's gotta be bumpin'!

Gone are the days of people cramming their ears against the stomachs of pregnant women. You don't know where those ears have been, and worse, the mom-to-be doesn't get a chance to hear her baby's goings-on.
Now with the Fetal Doppler, you can hear baby's heartbeats without all those trips to the doctor. This would be perfect for TomKat, in case they decide to bring another Scientoddler into the world.

Work is boring. No matter how cool the job may have been when you started, after few months you're looking to bring some spark back into your monotonous day.

Some bands sell t-shirts -- others sell special edition box sets. The White Stripes sell custom made cameras known internationally for their imperfections and the unique images those imperfections produce.
The JACK Holga and MEG Diana+ Lomographic cameras adhere to the band's red, white and black color scheme, and even don a peppermint swirl on the frame advance dial.
Each all-plastic camera comes with its own set of accessories. The MEG comes with "Nobody Knows How To Talk to Children" ringflash and custom Peppermint Film Mask Filter. The JACK is equipped with an additional fish-eye lens, three filter set and custom Peppermint Len Filter.
Only 3,000 units of each camera are being produced, so photographic music fans should hurry.

If you're sick of all the picnics and blockbuster movie outings that come with Memorial Day weekend, maybe it's time to do a little geocaching -- the high-tech modern day treasure hunt that's thrilling nerds everywhere!
Utilizing an electronic device known as a GPS unit, you can determine your location anywhere in the world within 6 to 20 feet. Most devices give you coordinates in longitude and latitude; you use these coordinates to determine your position and the position of your destination. Garmin has a full product line of GPS units suitable for geocaching.
Geocachers then use this information to place and hunt destinations known as "caches." The caches can contain a logbook for geocachers to sign, a box of random items left by other geocachers, or a clue to the next cache. There are a few rules; if you take something from the cache, leave something to replace it and fill out the log book.
So if you're up for a little adventure this weekend, try your hand at geocaching. It'll be easier then deciphering the plot of the latest "Pirates of the Caribbean" film.

If Al Gore's documentary "An Inconvienient Truth" didn't scare you into lowering your carbon footprint, then maybe the idea of killing a living thing will set you straight?!
Winner of the 2007 Microsoft Start Something PC design competition, Ben Arent created the Energy Tree, a living tree contained in a large computer that monitors your energy efficiency. The tree's health depends on how much recycling you do and your household energy savings. The greener you are -- the better the tree does.
If guilt caused by destroying the planet doesn't motivate you, trying to explain to your kids why you let that poor tree die might set you on the road to a more eco-friendly life.

The Doggfather showed New York Yankee Johnny Damon that he's more than a lyrical master. Snoop can throwdown on Madden NFL for the Xbox 360.
At a recent Professional Baseball Gaming League charity event, stick-thin Snoop (who is Commissioner of the Hip Hop Gaming League), planted his virtual shoulder pads right into Damon's pixelated chin strap. While the World Series hero took his beating like a good sport, Snoop didn't have any problem running his mouth every time he reached cyber paydirt.
If all gamers were this entertaining, Professional Gaming would have no problem getting an audience.

If you've got a constant desire to have the greatest ironic t-shirt in the workplace -- we may have have found your Holy Grail ... an animated Pong t-shirt that's sure to bring both shame and envy to all those wannabe t-shirters.
Imagine the look on the faces of those folks with the lowly Nintendo controller on their shirt when you show up in this fully animated old skool gaming garb!

It happens to the TMZ staff all the time: We're on a road trip and someone starts jonesing for a Hot Pocket. How can we resist its microwaved cheesy goodness, even when out of the office?

If you're a Windows-based Treo user and you're tired of being mocked by your Palm-based Treo friends about the lack of Google Maps for Windows Mobile, then today is your lucky day.
Google just announced the immediate availability of Google Maps Mobile for U.S. Windows Mobile devices. The free program enables users to view interactive maps and satellite imagery. (I can see my house from here!) The program also finds local businesses, gives point-to-point driving directions, and with live traffic updates, you can see which freeway will get you home faster to watch those "Everybody Loves Raymond" reruns.
If your device is connected to or has a built-in GPS receiver, Google Maps Mobile will show you exactly where you are. You'll never have to pull over to ask for directions again.

Apple updated its iPod Shuffle line today, in five eye-catching colors and 1GB of non-stop boogie-down action!
The $79 clip-on music player holds approximately 240 songs and connects to your PC or Mac USB port. To prevent you from tiring of the same songs, the Shuffle will auto-fill with all new music when connected to iTunes, getting you back to shaking your groove thing.
The iPod Shuffle is available now.

After what seems like years of rampant speculation, the Apple branded iPhone has finally seen the light of day. During the annual Macworld convention keynote speech, Apple CEO Steve Jobs introduced the elusive device.
Utilizing multi-touch technology on a widescreen device, the phone went beyond even the most outrageous conjecture about its features. The phone has leapfrogged the competition with its seamless integration of iPod and phone with video capabilities, internet connection and incredible multi-touch-screen technology.
Play music, watch videos, email photos, surf the web, utilize widgets, conference call and send text messages using the onscreen touch keyboard. The list of capabilities goes on and on. All of wrapped in Apple's easy to use OS X operating system, which has been scaled down for the phone.
Apple has partnered exclusively with Cingular for the device. Pending FCC review, the phone is set to hit the streets in June with a price tag of $499 for the 4GB model and $599 for the 8GB model. No word on whether the phone will be eligible for price reductions based on your contract length.
You have six months to save up the cash and to dump your current provider.
