Justin Timberlake -- Ordered to Court

Justin TimberlakeJustin Timberlake needs to tell it to the judge himself, in order to make a temporary restraining order against a harassing fan permanent.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge David Cunningham just told Justin's lawyer the star must make his case against Karen McNeil by personally testifying.

Justin's lawyer, legal pit bull Marty Singer, was furious, saying McNeil has violated the TRO 10 times already. And besides, Singer says, Justin is filming a movie and has a contract requiring him to be there.

The judge was unmoved, saying it's unfair to make a common working man appear in court but not a high-profile type who has a high-paying gig.

The judge told Singer he wants him to get in touch with Justin and have him on stand-by.

UPDATE 4:45 PM PT
-- Court is back in session and no JT in sight. McNeil herself will take the stand and Justin's lawyers will submit a declaration on JT's behalf.

UPDATE 5:15 PM PT
-- McNeil has been testifying for some time now. She says she won't continue to bother JT because she's had enough of arrogant, rich men. Child, haven't we all?

CBS 'No Secrets' Policy Doesn't Apply to Dave

David LettermanDavid Letterman may have violated CBS rules on bosses having relationships with their employees, but there's a catch -- Dave doesn't work for CBS.

CBS has guidelines on the conduct of its employees -- the Business Conduct Statement. TMZ has a copy of a provision titled "Supervisor/Subordinate Relationships." It reads:

"CBS recognizes that consenting romantic or sexual relationships may develop between a supervisor and a subordinate (whether such supervision is direct or indirect). These relationships frequently lead to complications and significant difficulties for the supervisor, the subordinate, others in the workplace, and CBS. If a consenting romantic or sexual relationship between a supervisor and a direct or indirect subordinate should develop, CBS requires the supervisor to disclose this information to his or her Company's Human Resources Department to ensure that there are no issues of actual or apparent favoritism, conflict of interest, sexual harassment, or any other negative impact on others in the work environment."

The Statement continues: "Upon being informed or learning of the existence of such a relationship, CBS will take steps that it deems appropriate to protect the workplace environment."

That said .... Dave is not an employee of CBS. He's employed by Worldwide Pants (WWP), his production company. WWP says, "We have a written policy in our employee manual that covers harassment. It is circulated to every employee every year. Dave is not in violation of our policy and no one has ever raised a complaint against him."

We do not know if WWP has a policy of requiring employees to disclose relationships with subordinates.

We contacted CBS but the company declined comment.

Tarzan Chick: Me Jane, You Threatened to Kill Me

Lydie DenierFile this under international obsessions: A French model/actress terrified about a German fan following her around Los Angeles.

Lydie Denier claims an alleged stalker pulled a gun on her and has repeatedly threatened to kill her.

Now Denier, star of a French syndicated version of "Tarzan" in the 90s as well as one episode of shows like "Silk Stockings," "Melrose Place," "Spin City" and "Gilmore Girls," has filed papers requesting for orders to stop harassment from Michael Huck -- a 45-year-old German uber-fan.

According to the papers, Huck has been "stalking" Denier since 2003 -- and in May 2007, after agreeing to meet him over coffee, Huck "pulled out a loaded gun."

She also says he's sent her threatening e-mails with creepy messages like "I will take away your magic ... Sign my contract and we all win. Do not sign it and we both will perish."

Denier fears he'll try and track her down at a Los Angeles film festival this November.

Reggie Miller -- I'm No Homewrecker, Just a Flirt

Reggie Miller is denying accusations he got down with someone else's fiancee -- but the former basketball star does admit he flirted a little bit ... well, actually a lot. But judging by the pics she texted Reggie, two played that game.

Reggie Miller

The entire Southern California coastline was roped into the story last weekend, after Alex von Furstenberg -- the son of designer Diane von Furstenberg -- hired a small plane to fly over the beaches with a sign that read, "Reggie Miller Stop Pursuing Married Women."

It's all over Alex's fiancee, Ali Kay.

According to Reggie's rep, Miller and Ali met at a Malibu supermarket back in March. Reggie says the two flirted and spent the rest of the day texting like crazy -- each sending more than 50 texts to the other in a 6 hour span (we obtained Reggie's phone records and verified the number of text messages that were sent back and forth).

Reggie claims Ali -- a clothing designer -- even texted him 2 provocative photos of herself (above), which TMZ has obtained.

But according to Reggie, in April he had enough and took her out of his phone contact list. But Reggie says in May, Ali reconnected with him, wanting to know why he had closed the door. Reggie says the next day he got an angry call from Alex.

'Lost' Star Sued for Sexual Harassment

Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the show "Lost," is being sued for sexual harassment.

According to a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Chelsea Stone claims that while working on the show, Cusick placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.

She also claims Cusick "placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side." He then squeezed her breasts with his hands.

According to the lawsuit, approximately twelve days after this went down, Stone was let go. ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named as defendants. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Cusick's rep had no comment.

Garrison Keillor to Fan: Leave Me Alone!

Minnesota Public Radio author and host Garrison Keillor has been granted a restraining order against a wacky Georgia fan who has allegedly been harassing him since April. Keillor claims to have received email, gifts and "unusual and unwanted items" -- like magnets with the woman's initials along with his -- plus a petrified alligator foot and some dead beetles. No companion, she!

In Minnesota, a Ramsey County District judge issued the order, saying that Andrea R. Campbell has to stay away from Keillor's house and workplace. Oh, and no more gifts, please!

TMZ has obtained the documents filed by Keillor, in which he described the email and "letters heavily-doused with perfume" as "disturbing, unintelligible and rambling."
