TMZ has learned Justin Timberlake was ordered to show up in court Monday to prove the woman he's accused of harassing him is a threat ... but the judge who made the order had already been removed from the case by Justin's lawyer.
As we first reported, Timberlake obtained a temporary restraining order last month against Karen McNeil. Timberlake claims she showed up at his property several times without invitation.
Timberlake's case is due back in court Monday -- his lawyer will try to make the restraining order permanent.
Timberlake filed a declaration in the case, but the more detailed declarations filed were from his two bodyguards, claiming the woman is an ominous stranger.
McNeil submitted a 60-page response in which she said she's a long time friend of Timberlake's. Although the response is rambling and crazy, it's her word against the bodyguards who don't know Timberlake that well.
As a result, sources tell us Judge Carol Boas Goodson told Timberlake's lawyer to get his client in court on Monday and testify himself about McNeil. But we've learned two days before Judge Goodson made the order, Timberlake's lawyers had already submitted papers to disqualify her from hearing the case.
So bottom line ... Timberlake was ordered to appear by a judge who no long had the case.
We don't know if Timberlake will show on Monday ... stay tuned.

Former Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle dodged a bullet after his ex GF said he violated a court order by following her to a Starbucks and staring her down.
Angle -- who appeared in a Pittsburgh court yesterday -- was also cleared on charges of possessing human growth hormone ... which cops say they found in his car when they arrested him outside the Starbucks last month.
Angle convinced the judge he had a prescription for HGH to treat neck injuries -- he broke his neck back in '96.
Kurt still faces assault charges for allegedly beating the crap out of the ex-GF -- fellow wrestler Rhaka Khan. Rhaka had obtained a protective order against Angle nearly two hours before the Starbucks incident.

Reports of Ashton Kutcher's pap popularity have been greatly exaggerated -- by Ashton himself.
Take a look at Kutcher's latest video on his trusty Twitter page (left) to demonstrate the pap "harassment" at LAX -- getting pissed when one of 'em, according to Demi, called her a "crazy little bitch."
Then check out our video of the same scene (right). There are only about 3 paps total, all friendly, one of whom tells Demi to "be careful you crazy little thing."
They say hearing is the first thing to go ...

Jennifer Garner has obtained a court order protecting herself from a man she believes is endangering her family.
TMZ has obtained docs ordering Steven Burky to stay clear of Garner -- no contact whatsoever.
In her declaration, Garner says "Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me," sending "packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country ..."
Garner says Burky has been harassing her since 2002, but in the last year "his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening."
Garner says Burky has shown up at her home and said, "God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death."
Garner says she fears for herself, husband Ben Affleck and daughter Violet. She also says "I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born."
Burky has written a blog called Satanic Panic, asking, "Are multitudes of adults resorting to human sacrifices and then repressing this information from fear of Christ..."
A judge issued a temporary restraining order earlier this month. There's a hearing tomorrow to make the order permanent.
Garner's security guy, Dennis Bridwell, also submitted a declaration in which he said Burky described himself as a "crazed Alias fan," once finding her at an event, giving her roses and a card that read "I love you forever" along with his contact information. Bridwell says Burky has stalked Garner around the country, adding, "Mr. Burky now represents a clear threat to Ms. Garner's life."
We've learned the LAPD has taken the threat seriously and has been involved in the case.
Law enforcement sources tell us Burky is currently under a 5150 psychiatric hold.
