Shia LeBeouf on a motorcycle ... let's review. He already has a bum hand from his horrible accident a year ago Monday. So riding a scooter in Sherman Oaks yesterday is just plain risky. Add to that riding without a helmet -- a legal no no in California. Add to that Shia's license was suspended for a year because he refused to take a chemical test after the crash.

Matt McConaughey was caught yesterday sparring with a buddy outside of his Airstream love shack.
The hunky and unusually shirted (darn!) actor must be one tough fighter! Actually, this was part of Matt's macho goodbye ritual with a motorcycling pal.
Luckily for the pal, Matt is reach-challenged.
