Looking like twins in matching shades, black and white tops and jeans, Dennis Quaid and wife Kimberly arrived at LAX with their ridiculously cute 22-month-old twins yesterday.

In June, the Quaids settled a lawsuit with Cedars-Sinai after the hospital accidentally overdosed and almost killed little Zoe Grace and Thomas Boone on the blood thinning drug Heparin.

Lawyers for Dennis Quaid's twins have settled their lawsuit with Cedars-Sinai, the hospital that made mistakes with the drug Heparin that almost killed the babies.
Under the terms of the settlement the hospital will pay each child $250,000.
Dennis Quaid and Kimberly Buffington previously settled their dispute with Cedars last December for $750,000.
According to the docs, the babies have "not recovered completely from the effects of the injuries." The docs says "the overdose has subjected the [children] to emotional and possible future injuries..."
Under the settlement, Cedars has agreed to provide future medical care for the twins if it's related to the hospital mishap.

Hell hath no fury like a father scorned!
After Dennis Quaids' newborn twins were mistakenly given a massive overdose of a blood thinner last November, they sued the drug's manufacturer, Baxter Healthcare Corp., claiming the label on the bottle contributed to the foul-up. Baxter says it's not their problem because the FDA approved it, and they're trying to back out of the lawsuit on a technicality.
Now he's testifying on Capitol Hill today, hoping to prevent other drug companies from weaseling out of similar lawsuits.
