Kelis secretly threw a Hail Mary in her bitter divorce war with Nas, but the judge had no sympathy.
Kelis, who is about to pop with her first kid, has been begging the judge to make Nas pay for pre-natal expenses and baby stuff. So far Nas hasn't paid squat.
A hearing is set for July 21. Kelis is asking for $3,500 for a baby nurse, 20,000 for strollers, cribs and stuff, etc. But here's the snag. Kelis may be in labor during the hearing. And she needs money badly. So her lawyer went to court asking to move the hearing date up.
Sadly for Kelis, the judge was on vacation and the substitute judge wouldn't mess with the court calendar.
So Kelis is poor and pregnant, Nas apparently couldn't care less ... and the wheel of justice grinds slowly.

Forget the 1st of the month ... one of the guys from Bone Thugs-n-Harmony is all about the 2nd -- because today, dude just became a free man.
Stanley Howse, aka Flesh-n-Bone, was just released from a Los Angeles County jail after prosecutors decided to drop parole violation charges -- a case that kept him behind bars after he was arrested for gun and pot possession back in April.
Flesh was cleared of the gun and drug charges a while ago, but remained behind bars until the parole issue got sorted out -- which finally happened this morning.
And just in time, dude's actually performing in L.A. on June 26. Who knew?

If Suge Knight wants to name his record company Blackball Records, he names it Blackball Records -- even if someone else has the name.
But the original owners of Black Ball Records (slightly different spelling) have fired off a cease and desist letter to Suge, very politely pointing out he has infringed on their copyright.
Suge has been using the name since 2008, claims Black Ball, and the two sides have tried to reach a settlement to no avail.
Suge's people tell us they filed for the copyright in 2006, but dropped it earlier this year. The original Blackball Records people say they've had it since 2002.
Looks like the trademark office will have to settle this one.

Sometimes Tone Loc is too hot for his own good -- 'cause that's exactly what the rapper claims caused him to pass out at a live concert early this morning.
Sources extremely close to the rapper say Tone "dropped from the heat -- no other factors involved. He was exhausted from travel (over 8 hours of layovers) and the club was humid and about 85 degrees ... really bad scene."
There are reports Tone suffered a seizure, but according to our source, those claims are completely unfounded.
Loc was treated and released from a nearby hospital. He'll be back to performing songs he wrote 20 years ago in due time.

LL Cool J accidentally revealed one of his sweaty pumped man-breasts while performing in NYC on Thursday.
We're told Justin Timberlake had nothing to do with this wardrobe malfunction.

Fans and medical personnel sprung into action early this morning when rapper Tone Loc suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness in the middle of a concert in Florida.
Moments after complaining about the heat and humidity in Pensacola Beach, the "Wild Thing" singer suddenly went down so hard -- he busted open his elbow and bled all over his shirt.
According to the Pensacola News Journal, Tone was loaded into an ambulance and rushed to a nearby hospital. He was discharged early this morning.
