TMZ has just obtained the crash report for Lawrence Taylor's hit-and-run -- and it shows the NFL legend allegedly rammed his Escalade into a 1984 Ford van two separate times before driving off.
When Taylor was arrested, the 50-year-old told police he knew he was involved in an accident, but thought it was just with a guardrail -- but according to the report, he never even touched the guardrail.
The diagram above shows Taylor (Vehicle #1) tried to switch lanes -- and instead smacked into a van twice, causing it to hit the barrier four times before coming to a stop on the opposite side of the freeway. Cops say Taylor then drove away from the scene.
Cops say Taylor showed no sign of drug of alcohol abuse when they located him in a nearby parking lot.
Taylor was charged with leaving the scene of a crash and careless driving -- and released on $500 bond.

TMZ has learned LeAnn Rimes will NOT face criminal charges for an alleged hit-and-run incident last month in Brentwood.
As TMZ previously reported, the LAPD questioned Eddie Cibrian's plaything at her home on August 21 -- moments after she was accused of fleeing the scene of a minor fender bender.
We're told LeAnn claimed she didn't know she clipped another car -- but she was cooperative with police and handed over her insurance information when they came to her pad.
Wednesday, cops officially closed the case after deciding no crime was committed.
FYI -- Rimes was involved in another fender bender yesterday. Her rep tells TMZ: "Due to the overzealous and very dangerous paparazzi following her, LeAnn was involved in a minor car accident. The police were called and fortunately everyone is safe."

Michael Jackson's peeps may have been involved in a hit-and-run with an ambulance yesterday in Beverly Hills -- no one is confirming, but all the facts seem to point towards Team Jacko.
According to a KNBC report, Jacko's driver may have sideswiped an ambulance and broke off the vehicle's mirror on the way to pick up the pop star at Ceders-Sinai Medical Center. The ambulance driver tells NBC he saw the man driving the black SUV hop out of the car with an umbrella, walk to the hospital doors and meet Jackson. The ambulance driver says he saw Jacko get in the car and drive off.
The Beverly Hills PD acknowleged there was a hit-and-run accident around 3:20 pm, but only described the suspect's vehicle as "a dark colored SUV" that was "being followed by a group of paparazzi at the time of the collision .... the suspect is unknown at this time."
TMZ shot footage of Jacko leaving the hospital with a driver, who has an umbrella, entering a black SUV. From the hospital, Jacko went on an antique shopping spree.
There were no reported injuries from the crash. The incident is currently under investigation by the Beverly Hills PD.

Ram Moskowitz (first name, first clue) claims when he tried serving Adnan with Britney Spears' TRO, Adnan gunned his car and hit him. The force propelled Ram onto the hood. He claims "I stayed on the hood ... for about 30 to 40 yards, at which point I was thrown off..."
Ram suffered cuts, abrasions and a fractured wrist. Adnan has been charged with three felonies.

He also breaks down why he was so calm after chasing down the woman who nailed his girl with her car -- he's got a baby now, and says his fatherly instincts kicked in.
Attorney Mark Geragos has saved Pamela Bach from getting formally booked on hit and run -- at least for now!
TMZ was in court this morning when Judge Stephen P. Pfahler delayed Pam's booking, pending an appeal Geragos filed late yesterday. The celeb lawyer argued the ex-Hoff shouldn't have to be photographed and fingerprinted.
The appellate court immediately rejected Geragos' petition, but apparently none of the players in the courtroom knew it. City Attorney Patrick Hiscocks (yep, that's his name) defended himself by saying, "I have a lot of cases going on in this courtroom. Pamela Bach is not a top priority."
Bach, who was present today, is accused by Nicole Valdez of hitting her car in January and fleeing the scene without leaving a note. A witness saw the accident and alerted Valdez, who filed a police report.
The criminal trial is set to begin Sept. 21. It's a safe bet that by then, Pam will have posed for her close-up.
