Helio's Tax Problems in the Rearview Mirror

Helio CastronevesIt could be the start of a winning weekend for Helio Castroneves.

Federal prosecutors have dropped the remaining tax evasion charge against the 33-year-old race car driver/former "Dancing with the Stars" champ -- meaning he is completely in the clear. Helio was acquitted on all but one charge last month.

Castroneves has the pole position for Sunday's Indy 500. If he wins, we think he'll declare it on his taxes.

Luyendyk Jr., the 27-year-old son of Indy 500 winner Arie Luyendyk Sr., just got popped twice in Scottsdale, Ariz. within a six-day span ... once for driving on a suspended license, the second time for not having a valid registration.

We hear there's a APB out to arrest Luyendyk for Driving with Zac Efron hair.
