Conan O'Brien was injured while filming a skit for his show this afternoon and was unable to continue taping, this according to a rep from NBC.
Here's the statement from NBC, which includes a quote from Conan:
"Tonight, NBC will broadcast a repeat of 'The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien.' Conan hit his head doing a stunt and the show was not finished.
Conan O'Brien added, "Last thing I remember I was enjoying the play with Mrs. Lincoln, and the next thing I knew I was in bed being served cookies and juice."

Rapper/Rihanna's sometimes BF Drake decided to hit the stage in New Jersey last night against doctor's orders. And hit the stage he did.
Drake collapsed while performing his hit song "Best I Ever Had" after his knee buckled underneath him. He had to be carried off stage and Lil Wayne had to finish the show himself.
Drake -- who already had a torn ACL and was not cleared by doctors to perform -- posted on his Twitter page that he will be getting surgery this week.

On the same day she was supposed to perform in Marseille, Madonna -- dressed in all black and wearing a cross -- visited the technicians who were hospitalized when her concert stage collapsed last week.
The cause of the collapse, which killed two people, is still unknown.

Bear Grylls nearly sliced off his finger while filming a Vietnamese jungle episode of "Man vs Wild" -- and of course, dude took a picture of the gruesome, poorly stitched-up digit to share with the world.
Grylls, who probably has a bloody keyboard to clean up now, explained the nasty gash on his blog, saying, "I severed my finger down to the bone on a razor sharp strand of half cut bamboo. I got it sewn up but it was a bit of a quick job to see me through, hence it looks a bit ugly and ragged."

Lance Burton is pulling the plug on several upcoming magic shows after breaking his right foot during a recent performance in Vegas -- but the more important question ... WTF is going on in that town?
The world famous magician -- who's also one of the highest paid performers in Sin City -- hurt himself so badly, he'll need surgery to recover. His rep says he'll be out of commission 'til June.
Obviously, Burton's busted footsie doesn't compare to the Danny Gans tragedy ... but if you're Carrot Top, might be a good time to get outta town.

Big mishap at the "American Idol" rehearsal.
You know the staircase Ryan Seacrest walks down at the beginning of the show? Well it's supposed to retract as he walks but it retracted too soon, badly hurting the stage manager.
Debbie Williams was following Ryan down the stairs when the mishap occurred. She tried holding on but couldn't and fell down the stairs.
Williams suffered what we're told is a "nasty gash" on her leg and was taken to the hospital.
We don't know of any other injuries. But someone who was there says he heard an explosion of glass and there was "debris and glass ...there was panicking and pushing and screaming and Ryan tried to calm people down" as the studio was cleared.
Pretty ironic ... Simon Cowell was on "Ellen" today talking about the staircase that "almost killed Ryan's career this year...."

It's not like Usain Bolt's feet hit the ground when he runs anyway -- but the fastest man on the planet emerged from the hospital yesterday with a pair of bandaged up feet.
Bolt -- who lost control of his BMW yesterday after cops say he was speeding on a wet highway in Jamaica -- has been forced to drop out of a race this weekend due to his minor foot injuries.
The weird part: He injured his feet after the wreck -- when he stepped on thorns while getting out of his smashed ride.

Jennifer Garner knows nothing accentuates a chic black outfit like cuts and scrapes on your elbow and knee.
Turns out the 37-year-old mother of two got the injuries by falling while jogging.
Apparently, there is actually something more detrimental to Jen's health than "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past."

Casey Aldridge could have been screwed, but got real lucky -- he's going to recover from this morning's car accident.
We just spoke with a close family member/Baptist preacher who says Aldridge did not have surgery, but did suffer mild brain trauma.
As we first reported, Casey and 3 other passengers were in a single car accident early this morning in Louisiana.
His F-250 flipped over and Aldridge was airlifted for treatment.
The family member said Aldridge suffered a "skull fracture around his hairline" and will be kept at the University of Mississippi Medical Center for 2-3 days for observation.
Jamie Lynn Spears is at his bedside.
We're also told one passenger suffered a broken collarbone, one is getting X-rays on his hip and the third just suffered some bruising.

The dreaded "Dancing with the Stars Curse" has struck again -- Jewel and Nancy O'Dell have both been forced to quit the show due to dancing-related injuries!
Even with a knee full of steroids, Jewel couldn't power through the strenuous training regimen -- officials confirmed the singer fractured both of her tibias while practicing for the competition.
O'Dell was also hurt in the heat of ballroom battle -- she went down with a torn meniscus that will require surgery.
Producers haven't made any official announcements as to who will replace the two women, but there are serious rumblings that Holly Madison will take one of the spots -- and why not ... she does happen to be an expert at the horizontal mambo.
The storied "Curse" has taken down some of "Dancing's" best over the last few seasons, including -- Marie Osmond (fainted), Stacy Keibler (seizure), Susan Lucci (ankle), Jeffrey Ross (eye), Karina Smirnoff (fainted), Derek Hough (head injury), Misty May-Treanor (torn achiles), Mark Ballas (shoulder), Kym Johnson (shoulder), Toni Braxton (benign lump), Brooke Burke (foot), Julianne Hough (appendectomy), Jane Seymour (food poisoning), Cristian de la Fuente (arm), Kim Kardashian (foot) and Gilles Marini has already been diagnosed with tendinitis. There must be something in the bronzer over at "Dancing with the Stars."
Multiple sources tell TMZ dancing pro Kym Johnson now has an injured shoulder, but it won't keep her from performing tonight.
It's unclear how she hurt it, but it may require surgery down the road.

Misty May-Treanor's mantle may only big enough for her gold medals, now that she may be forced out of "Dancing with the Stars" due to an injury during a Friday rehearsal.
Treanor was practicing with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, when she had to be taken to Cedars Sinai hospital.
ABC has released a statement regarding Misty's condition, "Dancing with the Stars contestant Misty May-Treanor sustained an injury on Friday and received immediate medical attention. Despite previous reports, she did not break her ankle. She is resting comfortably at home. Doctors will reevaluate her condition on Monday and determine the outcome of her participation on the show."

Just days after Matthew Broderick broke his collarbone in a freak horse riding accident, the actor is getting back in the saddle (so to speak). The "Producers" star was spotted roaming the streets of New York City yesterday, his bad arm resting in a sling.
The mishap occurred while the "Ferris Bueller" star was horseback riding at his holiday home in Ireland. Broderick was treated at a local hospital and was accompanied by his wife, Sarah Jessica Parker.
Our question ... how did he light that cigarette?

ABC News co-anchor Bob Woodruff and a cameraman were seriously injured Sunday in an attack and explosion while reporting from Iraq.
The two journalists were traveling with U.S. and Iraqi troops near Taji, about 12 miles north of Baghdad, when an improvised explosive device went off, ABC News President David Westin said. Both suffered serious injuries and were taken into surgery at a U.S. military hospital in the area, the network said.
Both Woodruff and cameraman Doug Vogt were wearing body armor and helmets, the network said. The two had embedded with the 4th Infantry Division and traveling with an Iraqi Army unit. The U.S. military headquarters in Baghdad confirmed that the ABC News team was involved in an attack but declined to provide further details to The Associated Press. An official military statement was expected to be issued later Sunday.
Woodruff, 44, was named co-anchor of ABC News' "World News Tonight" with Elizabeth Vargas earlier this month after the death of Peter Jennings. In an unusual approach to evening news shows, one of the two co-anchors typically reports from the studio in New York while the other reports from the field, as Woodruff was doing in Iraq.
