The "other" other intern David Letterman allegedly got down with certainly made herself comfy in Dave's office back in the day.
As we first reported, Holly Hester -- an intern for Dave 2 decades ago -- says she also had a secret relationship with the late night host when she was a student at NYU and fell head over heels for him. She says they dated for a year.
The pics, taken when Dave was still at NBC, are totally innocent -- Holly is goofing around in his office ... Dave nowhere in sight. But Holly was a bold intern -- daring to puff on one of Dave's beloved cigars.

A woman who interned for David Letterman in the early 90's says she was one of Letterman's top 10 -- on the staff.
Holly Hester tells TMZ the internship was her first job in TV. At the time she was a student at NYU. Hester says during a hiatus, Dave called her up and asked her to the movies. It began a series of secret dates, with no one on the staff having any idea. She says, "I was madly in love with him at the time. I would have married him. He was hilarious."
Hester says Dave ended it after a year -- she says he told her the age span was just too great.
We placed several calls to Dave's rep. So far, no comment.

Well not exactly ... but he certainly can pump it up!
Thanks to losing a bet with L.A. DJs Valentine and Lisa Foxx on STAR 98.7, Lance was forced to serve as the station's intern for the day. Among his menial tasks? Giving people gas!
Val and Lisa posted Lance at a Chevron station in Burbank, Calif. to pump free gas for radio listeners who lined up for blocks. Our cameras caught the crooner filling tanks with a smile on his face. Hey Lance -- when those royalty checks stop coming in, you've got a great career as a grease monkey!
A few of the gas guzzlers even begged Bass to talk to their friends on their cell phones. Wait, isn't that dangerous at the gas pump?!
As for his next gig ... TMZ is looking for a new summer intern -- perhaps Lance will give us a shout!

Lance Bass is taking on a new role: Coffee fetchin' intern.
Bass lost a bet with STAR 98.7 FM's Valentine and Lisa Foxx in Los Angeles, saying that former *NSYNC comrade Joey Fatone would get a perfect score on this week's show ... but Joey landed in the bottom two (with Billy Ray Cyrus, who got the boot).
Now, thanks to Lance's misguided faith in Fatone's footwork, Lance will now spend Thursday fetching coffee, answering phones and performing other menial tasks the station throws his way. Hey boy!
Perhaps Lance should leave his wagering in Vegas.
