The judge has unsealed the search warrant issued against Applied Pharmacy Services in Las Vegas ... where authorities believe Dr. Conrad Murray obtained the Propofol that ultimately killed Michael Jackson.

According to the affidavit, during the search of Dr. Murray's home and office, cops recovered a sales receipt from Applied Pharmacy. The receipt showed that on May 12, 2009, Dr. Murray purchased 4 100 ml vials of Propofol. He also purchased 3 vials of benzos. One of the drugs Murray purchased -- Flumazenil -- is actually an antidote to a benzo, used to counteract the effects of benzos.
The receipt for the drugs totaled $853, with a $65 FedEx fee to overnight the drugs.
The affidavit states that cops were on the hunt for Visa and FedEx information linking Dr. Murray to the sale of Propofol by Applied Pharmacy.
The affidavit says at the scene of Michael Jackson's death at his home, Propofol was recovered "in Dr. Murray's doctor's bag and on the bedside table." The Propofol was in 20 ml and 100 ml bottles.
According to the affidavit, Dr. Murray told cops he was not the first doc to introduce Jackson to Propofol. Dr. Murray stated Dr. Arnold Klein and Dr. Allan Metzger had given Jackson medicine that was not working.
And there's this ... according to the docs, "Detectives interviewed Grace Owanda (sic), Jackson's children's nanny. Owanda stated that Jackson was currently being treated by Dr. [Arnold] Klein and the last physician to treat Jackson was Dr. Larry Koplin."

Big clue in the Michael Jackson investigation -- the LAPD detective leading the probe indicated January 18, 2010 may be a significant date.

Detective Orlando Martinez asked a Las Vegas judge this AM to keep search warrant documents related to Applied Pharmacy secret until January 18. Law enforcement sources told us previously cops didn't want the warrant made public until the investigation was completed.
As we first reported, the LAPD believes Applied Pharmacy supplied Dr. Conrad Murray with the Propofol that ultimately killed Michael Jackson. They are on the hunt to make sure other pharmacies didn't supply Propofol.

TMZ has obtained a 911 call made last week when a 17-year-old kid told authorities that Katt Williams was holding him against his will at a Georgia residence.

The call was made around 9 PM on November 3 from a house in Coweta County. The caller says he had a car waiting to take him to the airport -- but Katt "wouldn't let our ride take us there" and "threatened to beat me up." The caller says he's not sure if Katt is armed with a weapon.
We're told police showed up after the call and no arrests were made -- but it is still under investigation.
As we first reported, Katt's lawyer said the comedian's arrest for burglary this morning is total bull -- blaming it on a dispute Katt was having with an employee who lives in the Coweta County guesthouse where he's been staying.

The Larimer County Sheriff's Office just held a press conference on the Heene family's flying saucer caper -- and they said, as of now, they feel it was a "real event" and not a hoax.
Sheriff Jim Alderden said Falcon's parents "expressed statements, non verbal communication, body language, and emotions that were consistent with the events taking place."
He confirmed Richard Heene called the FAA first, then a local TV station before calling 911 -- because 9 News had a helicopter they believed could help the situation.
Also interesting to note -- Falcon's parents were asked if they wanted to be present when investigators interviewed him yesterday, but they didn't care, so he went solo.
Alderdon said the video of Falcon from Larry King has raised skepticism in the department and they will re-interview the family tomorrow -- giving the boy time to recover from that puke filled interview on "Today."

TMZ just spoke with the Larimer County Sheriff's Dept. who told us they are aware of Falcon Heene's comments on "Larry King Live" tonight -- and are "investigating the situation."
Cops also tells us they've been inundated with calls from tipsters who wanted to give cops a heads up that the 6-year-old, who was thought to have been trapped in a runaway home made balloon earlier today, explained to Larry King Live, "We did this for the show."

Anna Nicole Smith was investigated by the FBI over a possible plot to kill the son of J. Howard Marshall II -- the 89-year-old oil tycoon she married when she was 26, this according to newly released documents.
The investigation took place between 2000 - 2001 -- after J. Howard's death -- when his son, E. Pierce Marshall, was trying to keep Anna Nicole from getting a chunk of his father's wealth ... valued in the hundreds of millions.
According to FBI documents obtained by the Associated Press, authorities confiscated a couple of weapons from Anna's home during the investigation -- including a .357 revolver and a 3.5 inch stainless steel knife.
On July 3, 2000, Smith was questioned by the FBI, but according to the docs Anna, "began crying and denied ever making such plans."
Feds ultimately decided there was "insufficient evidence to establish that there was a murder-for-hire plot by Ms. Smith to kill Pierce Marshall."
Pierce died in 2006 from an infection.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the only person the LAPD is focusing on in Michael Jackson's homicide investigation is Dr. Conrad Murray.
TMZ has been reporting for weeks that other Jackson docs have been scrutinized by law enforcement and the L.A. County Coroner's office. Sources say, however, Dr. Murray is the only person in their crosshairs in the homicide investigation.
As for the other docs who prescribed to Michael Jackson, they are by no means in the clear. There is an active investigation on several fronts for fraudulent prescription practices as well as prescribing to an addict.

There was a blockade ... law enforcement all over the place ... special agents with ski masks and guns -- but one determined UPS delivery man somehow got through it all to get his package to Dr. Conrad Murray's house.

Rocking a pair of sporty shorts for agility -- and with his "I-mean-business" sunglasses covering his face -- our hero rolled up right in front of the Doc's Las Vegas home during a freaking DEA raid today -- determined to fulfill his obligation to a customer who put his trust in the big brown shield.
But after knocking on the Doc's door, the UPS man was forced to take his package back -- for some reason, no one was available to sign for it.
With his options exhausted, the fearless delivery man once again mounted his brown steed and rode off into the harsh Nevada desert ... until tomorrow, when he will make "Delivery Attempt #2."

The DEA has just arrived at Dr. Conrad Murray's Las Vegas home and office with search warrants in hand.

Sources tell us they are looking for all patient records connected to Michael Jackson.
We're on scene and watched multiple DEA agents walk in the back door of Dr.Murray's home and other agents are at his office.
Story developing...

We're told law enforcement is keenly interested in talking to a woman who was in some way connected to Dr. Conrad Murray's medical practice.
Her name is Stacey Howe. During the Houston raid of Dr. Murray's office, federal agents seized 2 "Yahoo emails from Stacey Howie (sic)." In the raid of Dr. Murray's storage unit, the feds seized "correspondence addressed to Stacey Howe."
Howe is connected to Dr. Murray's Las Vegas medical practice.
We're told when agents raided Dr. Murray's Houston storage unit, they specifically asked the manager if she knew "Stacey" and whether she was a manager at Dr. Murray's office.

Dr. Conrad Murray is now officially the target of a manslaughter investigation into the death of Michael Jackson.
A search warrant authorizing seizure of documents at a storage locker in Houston says law enforcement was hunting for "items constituting evidence of the offense of manslaughter that tend to show that Dr. Conrad Murray committed the said criminal offense."
The person who runs the facility says people from Murray's office visited the storage locker six times -- the last time the morning of Jackson's death.
We've been reporting for several weeks ... the LAPD has been treating Michael Jackson's death as a homicide and Dr. Murray was the focus of the investigation for possibly fueling the singer with a lethal dose of the powerful anesthesia Propofol.

Law enforcement sources tell us the L.A. County Coroner is scheduled to release the autopsy results in Michael Jackson's death next week, and the cause of death will "almost certainly" be homicide -- death at the hands of another.
We're told the Coroner himself will make the call mid-week, after he gets the final toxicology report from an outside consultant. But based on the draft report as well as what has become "clear evidence," causes other than homicide -- natural, accidental, accidental overdose, and suicide -- have been ruled out.
We've already reported that for weeks, the LAPD has treated Jackson's death as a homicide. They have served multiple criminal search warrants -- most recently at Dr. Conrad Murray's Houston medical office. Dr. Murray is actively being investigated as the person who may have administered the powerful anesthesia Propofol to Jackson the day he died.
We're told both the Coroner and LAPD have significant evidence that Propofol caused Jackson's heart to stop.

ESPN apparently took our story yesterday to heart ... that the peeping Tom who drilled holes in the walls of at least two hotels to sneak shots of a naked Erin Andrews may have been part of her production.
ESPN has released the following obtuse yet telling statement:
"In conjunction with Erin's attorneys and appropriate authorities, we are exploring all possibilities."
As we told you yesterday, six video clips show the ESPN reporter walking around naked in two different hotel rooms and there is evidence the culprit was familiar with Erin's travel schedule as well as her accommodations.

Dr. Conrad Murray has made himself scarce since speaking with the LAPD two days after Michael Jackson's death. We've learned the doctor has high-tailed it out of California, at least for now.
We're told he's in Houston, Texas -- where he has a medical practice -- waiting for the other shoe to drop. As for when that will happen ... our law enforcement sources say it appears to be just a matter of time.
Our sources say the evidence continues to mount ...as LAPD detectives continue what has become an exhaustive investigation. But, we're told the evidence has become clear -- the anesthesia Propofol was the primary cause of Jackson's death, and Dr. Murray is the man detectives believe administered it.
As we reported, the LAPD is treating Jackson's death as a homicide.

The LAPD's probe into Michael Jackson's death is a criminal investigation -- according to the L.A. County District Attorney's office.
As we have already reported, multiple law enforcement sources say the LAPD is treating Jackson's death as a homicide.
Although a spokesperson for the LAPD characterizes its probe as a "death investigation," L.A. County D.A. spokesperson Sandi Gibbons says, "There have been conversations by District Attorney personnel with police and Coroner officials in connection with the ongoing investigation. It is common for Los Angeles County law enforcement agencies to be in contact with the District Attorney's office during criminal investigations." (emphasis added).
As we reported, LAPD detectives are treating Jackson's death as a homicide and focusing on Dr. Conrad Murray. Law enforcement sources tell us there is powerful evidence showing that Dr. Murray administered Propofol to Jackson and that drug was the primary cause of his death.
