George Clooney is gearing up for a legal war in Italy -- claiming invasive paparazzi climbed over the wall of his Italian home and shot a topless photo of a 13-year-old girl changing in one of his guest rooms.
The photographer also took shots of Clooney and his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis enjoying private moments in the yard of his estate.
The photos were published in two magazines -- and in a statement to TMZ, Clooney says he's gunning to sue both the mags and the photog who took the pictures.
"We're suing two magazines AND a photographer. I don't know about the law in the United States but in Italy it's illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom.
I draw the line of privacy at that."

Why ski the Italian Alps when you can climb a giant pink bunny?!
This slightly creepy 200 foot toy pink wool rabbit was erected on an Italian mountainside as part of an art installation and will remain until 2025 for hikers to climb.
Eat your heart out Mt. Everest.

A Vespa-riding George Clooney was stopped by the police in Lake Como, Italy today -- but the only shot of his mug the cops took was for their own personal collection.
We're not sure why he attracted the fuzz's attention -- except maybe for his overall Clooneyness -- but they seemed more interested in getting autographs and selfies with the actor than bringing him down to the station.

The Hollywood hunk gained 35 pounds on a pasta-heavy diet for his Oscar-winning role in Syriana ... three years ago. Looks like Georgie still has some toning work to do.

Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady and mega-hottie Gisele Bundchen continued their European adventure in Italy this week.
Tom's ex, Bridget Moynahan, recently announced that she's three months pregnant with Tom's baby. Meanwhile, the dad-to-be and his Brazilian supermodel girlfriend kicked their lovey-dovey vacation into overdrive overseas. The couple were spotted shopping near the Coliseum and smooching it up all over Rome.
Gisele is sure to be one hella hot stepmom!

We already knew she was a golden child, but now Paris Hilton has the wardrobe to match.
The celebutante played an expensive game of dress-up with her gal pal Kim Kardashian in Venice, Italy this weekend, sporting a gold shal/blanket and some fashionable headgear during a traditional gondola ride through the city's famous canals.
Back on land, the ladies made their way to Piazza San Marco where they fed pigeons in front of a star struck crowd of onlookers and photogs. The birds even played along, chowing down on food straight from the heiress' hands.
This visit marks the second European city on Paris and Kim's recent promotional tour for German wine producer Rich Prosecco. The trendy travelers recently rolled through Munich, Germany to celebrate Oktoberfest.

Nicole Kidman was in Rome over the weekend shooting a commercial inside a historic apartment building when the residents there decided they weren't being compensated enough for their troubles.
The tenants were shocked to learn that the administrator of the building had agreed to a fee of only about $10,000. The people filled the courtyard of the Testaccio-area building, yelling and arguing with the crew while blocking access to the building. One tenant described the fee disgustedly as a "plate of lentils" (or, un piatto di lenticchie, as they say in Roma) while others noted the difference in the fee they were paid in comparison to what Nicole would be paid.
Nicole remained in her trailer as the residents negotiated a new fee of $42,000 for five days' use of their terrace, laundry and courtyard. They said the money would go towards reducing their utility charges this year.

Lindsay Lohan and Harry Morton spent last week in Hawaii getting down and dirty while they tanned.
Knowing the paparazzi was watching their every move, the two love birds didn't shy away from holding hands, intensely kissing and making sure everyone knows they truly are in love.
After the couple had their fill of fun in the sun, they headed home to LA for a short stop off before re-packing their bags and heading overseas to Venice, Italy.
In Venice it wasn't La Lohan's outfit that caught people's attention, it was the ring she was sporting on her ring finger - fueling more rumors of an engagement or future wedding.
Lohan and her boy toy are in Italy for a photo op for "Bobby," in which she co-stars with Hollywood heavy hitters Anthony Hopkins, William H. Macy and Helen Hunt.
