For Jennifer Lopez's 40th Ricky Martin and Liza Minnelli sang "Happy Birthday" to her. For Marc's yesterday -- he got the President.
The couple was in D.C. for Anthony's 41st b-day -- where he was presented the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute gala.
They sat next to Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Barack Obama reportedly led a bunch of senators and congressmen in singing the birthday anthem.
So we gotta ask ...

Jennifer Lopez deflated the hopes of a local NY business after she turned away an elaborate balloon bouquet for the twins -- and we've got a shot of the denied goods.
Jenny is currently in town to film a movie -- and we're told the Balloon Saloon sent her a gift and a note thanking her for making their area "a bit more interesting."
But the balloons only made it as far as Lopez's trailer door -- where they were completely rejected by her bodyguard and sent back to the shop.
So, for the record: J. Lo's love don't cost a thing -- and definitely can't be bought with inflatable latex.

The Internets were crying "Divorce!" for J. Lo after she was photographed without her wedding ring at a recent premiere -- but we looked at her left hand CSI-style last night, and she was once again rocking the rock.

Marc Anthony, husband of La Lopez, dodged a bullet today when as part of a plea agreement, he and two others agreed to pay a total of $2.5 million in back taxes. In exchange, Anthony, whose real name is Marco Antonio Muniz, will avoid criminal prosecution.
The charges stem from an investigation into three companies controlled by Anthony, Ari Enterprises, Ltd., Bolero Records, Ltd., and Marc Anthony Productions, Inc. According to the New York County District Attorney, Anthony and two others who worked for these companies "failed to file New York State and City corporate tax returns and pay their respective tax liabilities."
Anthony and his colleagues have agreed to pay the debt by May 31, 2007 or face additional penalties. Six more days left to file your own taxes!

J.Lo's auditions for her new "Glow After Dark" reality show were derailed Friday night when two members of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) took the stage, pretending to audition, and launched into a tirade against the singer/actress.
TMZ obtained video of the confrontation, secretly shot by PETA at the event, which was held at Macy's in Downey, California. "J.Lo, fur ho!" screamed one of the ladies, who began by saying, "I think the most important thing about being a diva...is not only being sexy and being stylish, but is not wearing real f***ing fur!"
The shocked M.C. scooped up one of the infiltrators and strong-armed her off the stage.
J.Lo was not present during the outburst.

Jennifer Lopez made an appearance as the surprise performer at this weekend's Gay Pride Pier Dance in NYC.
Rumored recently to be pregnant, it was apparent to those in attendance that her moves on stage would definitely be discouraged by any physician for a woman who is with child. Not to mention the fact that she looked stunning and showed no traces of any baby bump. Mrs. Marc Anthony tore it up for the New York gays and was accompanied by some dancers from her new MTV reality show "Moves."
The show, shot in Los Angeles, gives a glimpse into the real lives of dancers, all chosen by La Lopez herself, struggling to follow their dreams. Jenny From the Block's career took its first great leap to stardom when she was chosen to be a Fly Girl on the long-running hit "In Living Color." One thing you may not know, she didn't make the Fly Girl cut initially. It was only after another dancer dropped out that she got the gig.
Lopez hopes "Moves" will showcase just how tough the life of a dancer can be. The show is set to air as part of MTV's fall lineup.

The dreaded, ever-present paparazzi make big bucks selling photos and videos of Hollywood's biggest stars. But some of what they see never makes its way onto magazines and TV shows. The photogs almost never speak publically about their work, but several have told TMZ about some really amusing celeb moments.
Britney Spears has gone into the bathroom at a Mobil Gas Station three times -- each time she was barefoot.
Jessica Alba sometimes parks in hadicapped spots.
Ben Affleck retrieves the morning newspaper in his underwear.
Lindsay Lohan was caught picking her nose for several minutes straight.
Pam Anderson bakes casseroles for her kid's classmates. She's an awsome mom, picking her kids up everyday and, much to their chagrin, kissing them in public.
Cameron Diaz swears like there's no tomorrow. She clearly wears the pants in the relationship, constantly interrupting Justin.
J.Lo shops for hours on Robertson Boulevard, a favorite paparazzi hangout, but almost never buys anything.
Mel Gibson plays cat and mouse games with paparazzi, hiding behind cars and startling them.
Madonna takes the cake for most clever. She often rides her bike in the exact same clothing, minimizing the number of photos the paparazzi can sell.
