Martial arts legend Jackie Chan is the latest celeb to have his likeness transmogrified into a creepy mannequin at Madame Tussauds in New York on Tuesday.

The folks at Tussauds took the liberty to shade Jackie in a gorgeous shade of "Dancing with the Stars" orange.

Jackie Chan couldn't resist laying a big, fat kiss on Brett Ratner last night.

As the "Rush Hour" star and the film's director posed for paparazzi outside kosher hotspot Prime Grill, Chan gave Ratner a birthday kiss. Brett celebrated his b-day dinner at the restaurant with his grandmother -- the one spotted shopping Melrose Ave. with Paris Hilton -- and the heiress herself, wearing her good bra for the occasion. Hilton's spring fling, Josh Henderson, was seen later in the evening ... leaving Chez Paris.

Also at the restaurant were Joe Francis, "Buffy" star Michelle Trachtenberg and fellow WB alum, James Van Der Beek.

TMZ also spotted Nicollette Sheridan heading to Mr. Chow, where one photographer confused her with that other blonde Chow-hound, Sharon Stone -- and Nicollette didn't sound flattered. Audrina from "The Hills" was caught at Hyde, though unlike fellow MTV reality star Jessica Smith, she opted for a passenger seat after a night of partying.

Amy, get ready for a schooling in Justin Guarini! Justin's father, Eldrin Bell, has a first cousin named LaTanya Richardson, an actress who is married to Samuel L. Jackson. Guarini's mother, Kathy, was a CNN anchor and journalist with whom President Jimmy Carter was once acquainted. Carter called to congratulate Kathy on the birth of Justin -- direct from Air Force One! Guarini's godparents are Prince Faisel and his former wife, Princess Azia of Saudi Arabia. And just for the heck of it -- Justin was in the same choir as P!nk at Lenape Middle School in Bucks County, PA.

Jackie Chan's New Enemy

Though he is mainly known for his martial arts skills, Jackie Chan is now using his fame to take on a new crisis - the bird flu. In a somewhat odd public service announcement premiering today worldwide, Jackie talks to a group of six children from different ethnic backgrounds about the dangers of birds.

While making origami birds around a table, Chan warns the kids saying, "you should not touch or play with any birds right now, especially if they look sick ... stay away from sick or dead birds."

While dead birds aren't really on the top of our list of fun playthings, it's still a noble cause. 139 people worldwide have died from the disease, according to the World Health Organization, with the majority of deaths in Asia.
