Jacksons Headin' to Jamaica, Mon!

It's only been 3 weeks since Michael died, but we've learned Marlon and Randy Jackson will be joining Tito on stage ... performing Jackson 5 songs next week.

The company putting on Reggae Sumfest in Jamaica from July 19-25th tells us the three brothers and possibly Jackie will sing a mix of Jackson 5 songs and songs from their solo careers.

We're told they'll be flown to Montego Bay, put up in a swanky hotel with all expenses covered. They'll also be paid -- we don't know how much but we're told it's a "large sum." The only catch: Mandatory meet and greets with fans.

This year's event will be dedicated to MJ.

Jackson Family -- Offers Flooding In

Michael JacksonThe Jackson family is in high demand in the wake of Michael Jackson's death.

A source close to the family tells us offers are coming in from promoters to put together tribute shows in honor of Michael Jackson.

Janet and the Jackson brothers had been in discussions to do a reunion concert with Michael, but MJ was accused of torpedoing it when he inked a deal for the London shows.

Today, in addition to meetings to discuss Michael's affairs, the fam is deciding which tribute offers to consider.

Jacko Accused of Singing Conspiracy

Michael JacksonMichael Jackson turned on his own flesh and blood by torpedoing a family reunion concert, according to a lawsuit that was just filed.

AllGood Entertainment just filed a Federal lawsuit, claiming Jackson reneged on his promise to perform with his brothers and sister Janet before performing any other concerts on his own.

After allegedly agreeing to the deal with AllGood -- the company that was producing the family concert -- Jackson inked a separate deal to perform a series of concerts in London.

According to the suit, Jackson and his manager, Frank Dileo, "secretly teamed up with AEG [the London producer]" knowing full well that Jackson committed to doing the family concert first.

AllGood claims its deal with Jacko prohibited him from signing any other contracts until 3 months after he performed the family concert.

Jackson has claimed he never signed the deal with AllGood -- his manager did. AllGood says the manager speaks for Jackson.

AllGood is suing for $20 million -- minimum. The company is also asking the judge to derail the London concerts, scheduled to kick off next month.

Michael Jackson's Word -- Worthless?

Michael JacksonMichael Jackson's word holds about as much weight as his frame -- at least according to the promoter who plans on suing him over the Jackson family concert.

Michael told us yesterday he was gonna do the concert -- the one with Janet and the Jackson 5 in Texas in 2010 -- but the CEO of the company planning to throw the concert thinks Jacko's word is worth nothing.

Patrick Allocco told us his company will sue M.J. unless the singer signs on the dotted line, promising to sing with his sister and his bros.

Jackson has balked at doing the family concert, favoring his London gig ... which could be in jeopardy.

UPDATE: We just received the following comment from Allocco, "Let me say this as clearly and unequivocally as I possibly can ... I have spoken with Michael Jackson and I believe that he is an honorable man. A man of his word. I look forward to working with him and his entire family on the historic show we have been planning for more than a year."

Jacko -- I Won't Screw Over My Family

Huge news....Michael Jackson told us he is indeed doing that special, one night concert with the Jackson 5 and sister Janet in Texas -- as well as his London concert series. Problem is ...he could still get sued.

Michael Jackson: Click to watch
The Jackson family is in chaos over Jacko's decision to perform in London, because his rep signed a deal that he'd do a concert with his family and not perform anywhere else for 18 months. The group organizing the family concert has threatened to sue if the London concert goes on.

Jacko stands to make $3 million off the family concert -- and a lot more from the London gigs. Jackson's bros would split $500,000 for their troubles. The question -- is this enough jack to avert a suit?

Stay tuned

Michael Jackson Will Be Sued Over Jackson 5

Michael JacksonWe've learned there was a secret meeting yesterday at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Michael Jackson made it clear -- he will not perform with Janet and the Jackson 5; and the dude who organized the concert tour tells us he will sue them.

As we first reported, Jacko's manager signed a deal on behalf of M.J. to perform with his sis and bros at Cowboy Stadium in Arlington, Texas in 2010. Part of the deal -- that he not sign any other concert deal for 18 months. But then Jacko went and signed up for his London concerts which are scheduled to begin in July.

The company that organized the family concert --- AllGood Entertainment -- got Michael, daddy Joe Jackson and several others in a room yesterday at the Bev Hills Hotel. Joe tried to convince Michael that the family tour should go on, but Michael wouldn't budge because it would have aired on pay-per-view and M.J. said he doesn't like pay-per-view! The meeting was heated and no one agreed to anything.

Patrick Allocco of AllGood Entertainment tells us he's going to sue Jackson and his family next week.

Stay tuned.

UPDATE: Patrick Allocco has resubmitted his offer for MJ to perform with the Jackson 5 and Janet without the pay-per-view. For this one night event, MJ would be paid $3million, Janet $1mil, and the brothers would get $500,000 to split.

Allocco is making this his last and final offer. If Jacko refuses, AllGood Entertainment will proceed with suing him and his family.
