Jaime Pressly got cussed out after dissing an autograph seeker outside of a fashion show for her new line, J'aime, last night.
TMZ was outside the show at Boulevard 3 when Jaime made a quick exit, totally blowing off a few guys waiting with photos and quickly jumping into a waiting car with baby daddy Eric Cubiche.
One seeker wasn't having it though, and started slamming the "My Name is Earl" star, calling her a "f**king bitch" and a "D-list movie star." Guess that Emmy win doesn't mean much to autograph hounds!

Unsolicited, Ling decided to press Pressly with some hard-hitting TMZ-style questions outside Nicky Hilton's fashion show, asking Jaime about Britney Spears and her own plans for Halloween. My Name is Awk-weird!

TMZ cameras were outside of the Maxim/X-Games kickoff party at Area on Thursday where Jaime, mother of a two-month-old son, had a message for Brit, saying, "Don't drink and drive," and "If you can't be a mother, then don't be -- and let somebody who can." Burn!
Of course, the message would have a bit more meaning if it weren't coming from a new mother who was also out partying past 1:00 AM last night -- and hit up Vegas for her birthday over the weekend.

In a segment that will run tomorrow, "The Insider" TV show reports that Paris has been taken under bank-robbing socialite Patty Hearst's wing, and is getting the inside scoop on prison life from Hearst. Patty did time in the mid-'70s after she was abducted by the Symbionese Liberation Army, and then caught on film robbing a bank with them. After serving two years in prison, Hearst's sentence was commuted by Jimmy Carter. She later received a pardon from Bill Clinton.

In a new interview in People magazine, the "King of Queens" actress reveals that while she's definitely committed to Scientology, she isn't trying to convert her best friend -- or anybody else. "I read once that I was trying to get Jennifer to do Scientology because it helps with fertility. I don't know what that's about. That's bull -- that we're sitting there at the Polo Lounge talking about fertility. I think Jennifer knows how to get pregnant," cracked Remini. "She's a fabulous girl. I'm fabulous to hang out with. But it's like, "What could these two have in common? She must be trying to convert her!"

TMZ ran into the extremely pregnant "My Name is Earl" star outside the nightspot, where she had supper and crowed to our cameramen about, well, the balls at Parc. "What were those balls," she asked her friend? Artichokes, Mama Pressly, artichokes.

The prominently pregnant Pressly was spotted by the folks at spyonvegas.com at Las Vegas nightclub Tangerine, but don't worry, she's no Britney in the making -- she was there to support her soon-to-be hubby, DJ Eric Cubiche.
TMZ was told that the "My Name is Earl" star dined on Kobe burgers and fish at Social House before heading to the club, where she drank water all evening. Take notes Lindsay.

Sorry guys but Jaime Pressly's about to be off the market for good.
The "My Name is Earl" stunner announced her engagement to boyfriend DJ Eric Cubiche, who popped the question over the weekend. Pressly tells "EXTRA" what Eric said during the proposal. "I picked this thing up the other day and I wasn't sure if it would fit or not, so I went 'oh let me see' and I went 'Oooooohhh!' and I freaked out ... it fit perfectly."
Though the proposal came as a surprise, the two designed the ring a while back and the setting was less-than-romantic. "We've been really good friends for nine years, it wasn't the huge candlelit dinner thing," says Pressly. "It's not really me anyway, I'm more practical."
In case you're wondering, the ring sure is sparkly and looks like the real deal ... though we're not diamond professionals.

Jaime Pressly has much to celebrate these days and the blonde bombshell went all out for a huge BBQ at her home over weekend.
"We're celebrating my birthday, the Emmy nomination, and I get to cook and have everybody enjoy the home and the pool and stuff, so it's gonna be a good day!"
Pressly, who turned 29 on Sunday, garnered an Emmy nom for her role in "My Name is Earl," a show she's more than happy to be a part of.
"When you're given an opportunity as big as this one, you wanna run with it. You wanna be the best you can at the job and to be nominated for doing that is pretty amazing!"
At the party, Jaime revealed that she'll be wearing Badgley Mischka to this year's ceremony, which takes place on August 27, and will be accompanied by her boyfriend, manager and lawyer. She added, "It's just as big a deal for them as it is for me, so we're all gonna be going together."
