It was a flashback to the '80s last night -- with killer clothes, breakdancing... and "Webster."
TMZ was at the party for Jamie Kennedy's new flick, "Kickin' It Old Skool," where the wannabe dancer gave TMZ some love for posting his DC dancing misadventures. Kennedy showed up in some retro rap digs while D-listress Kathy Griffin's look was a little more Debbie Gibsonish.
Busty Mary Carey, who announced she's going to rehab -- in a month, and "The Riches" cutie Shannon Marie Woodward, and mini Emmanuel Lewis hit up the party as well.
Also out yesterday: A Koi-hungry Bruce Willis, Paris Hilton, a well-blocked Lindsay Lohan, new nightclub skater Tara Lipinski and model mom Heidi Klum.

Jamie Kennedy brought his mad breakdancing skills to D.C. -- showing off his moves outside the White House.
Taking a cue from Sacha Baron Cohen, the comedian continued his bizarre US promotional tour for his upcoming film, "Kickin' It Old Skool," -- by break-dancing in character in the nation's capital.
Kennedy aka Justin Schumacher, and his younger (and shorter) buddy, BBoy Casper, showed off their moves all over the city -- setting up shop in front of an anti-circumcision protest, flipping off the side of the Washington monument and trying to persuade guards to let them flip off Lincoln's knee at his memorial.
The two even broke it down in front of the White House, yelling for the President to come out and join them. Unfortunately, Dubya didn't come out to get served.

There isn't much Jamie Kennedy won't do for a laugh. Last night at PURE at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Kennedy showed up dressed as an 80s breakdancer to promote his upcoming movie, "Kickin It Old Skool."
Jamie was wearing a red bandana, a sleeveless red t-shirt with a black mesh shirt underneath and a pair of fingerless leather gloves. Kennedy signed a few autographs, posed for pics and handed out slap bracelets to clubgoers. Way to represent, yo!
The movie, to be released in April, is about a kid who has a freak breakdancing accident that suddenly lands him in a coma. Sounds like an Oscar frontrunner!

The mystery of Britney Spears' missing panties has been solved -- Jamie Kennedy found them! 
Kennedy showed up at the Arby's Action Sports Awards last night wearing a pair of panties on his face and holding a sign that read: "I Found Britney's Panties." Hehehe.

We started the night at Hollywood hotspot Area, where the girls were at it again. New BFFs Britney, Paris and Lindsay all showed up at the swanky L.A. club, setting the paparazzi into a frenzy with each arrival. Britney, who showed up with a few of her backup dancers, caught up with her past inside the club: our cameras spotted ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake entering just minutes before Britney!
Also soaking up the moonlight; "birthday boy" Tom Green, "The Hills" star LC (Lauren Conrad), comedian Jamie Kennedy, rocker Dave Navarro, Greasy Bear Brandon Davis, CaCee Cobb, former Laker Rick Fox, platinum-selling artist T.I., and Bruce Willis -- who was spotted having dinner with friends at Koi.

TMZ's cameras and G-Hollywood stopped by all of our favorite spots over the weekend to bring you yet another celeb-packed Star Catcher.
One of our first stops was at the L.A. premiere of "Babel," where we ran into its two stars; Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. Brad, sans Angelina, gave TMZ a quick shoutout while Cate stopped to pose for the cameras.
Then it was time to check out the club scene, whose guestlists were filled with familiar names, but the rooms were filled with unfamiliar faces. Stopping by Area, Hyde and Les Deux, we spotted our favorite heiress, who was once again with "Girl Next Door" hottie, Elisha Cuthbert. Comedian Jamie Kennedy, Brody Jenner, reality star Kristin Cavallari, Stacy Keibler, Sean Stewart, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, MTV host Nick Cannon, party girl Lindsay Lohan, Harry Morton and former Laker Rick Fox, who had a few Sharon Stone rumors to boast.

In reference to Davis' comment to TMZ that Lohan was worth $7 million and that's "poor," Kennedy joked to TMZ that he'd like to enlist Microsoft founder Bill Gates' help to say "Brandon only has $400 million. He's poor."
Kennedy, who hosts the MTV show 'Blowin' Up', also verbalized the question many of us have been wondering, "Brandon, why are you so angry?"
