Kate Gosselin is drawing the big gun -- we've learned she's hired legal pit bull Marty Singer to go after Jon Gosselin ... asking a judge to hold him in contempt of court for raiding their joint bank account to the tune of more than $200,000.
We've learned there is an existing court order prohibiting Jon or Kate from withdrawing any money from the account without the consent of both parties.
We've learned lawyers for Kate will go to Pennsylvania court tomorrow and argue that Jon has flagrantly violated that order, that he should be forced to return the money to the account and held in contempt.
Ironically, Jon suggested on "Larry King" he wanted to save the marriage -- at the same time he emptied the account.

While everyone is familiar with a Spike Lee Joint, not everyone has had a Brad Pitt one.
After leaving a "Family Guy" party at Avalon nightclub, we questioned Brad's "Inglourious Basterds" co-star Samm Levine about Brad's love of marijuana -- turns out Brad has never rolled one up for Samm.
Supposedly they're the best in town.

You might as well call Stephon Marbury 'The Orkin Man' ... 'cause this guy KILLS roaches!
Stephon Marbury got lit today on his neverending livestream, smoking what looked like a joint in his car -- but hey, at least he wasn't driving.
Though Marbury may be violating the law (if it is a joint), at least he's arguably on the right side of the 5150 line ... i.e, he's not eating Vaseline.

Mischa Barton was seen puffing away as she cruised the streets of L.A. with a pal on Wednesday afternoon.
No word on whether the actress stopped to grab something to munch on after her trip.
