Jose Canseco showed off his newly created punch-and-run technique during his Mixed Martial Arts debut last night in Japan -- and needless to say, it didn't work at all.
Canseco fought the superhuman-sized 7'2" 330-pound Hong Man Choi at the Dream Super Hulk tournament in Yokohama -- which mercifully ended after ONE MINUTE when Choi mounted the old "Bash Brother" and beat him to a pulp.
Unfortunately, they don't make a steroid that turns you into someone with fighting ability.

Jose Canseco has sold out everyone in his professional life, for profit and, seemingly, with glee. So knock us over with a feather when he was mum yesterday on the A-Rod steroid scandal.
Jose -- the guy who first ratted A-Rod out -- said it wasn't the appropriate time to comment, but that people could read his second book. Again, knock us over with a feather.

Danny Bonaduce made a bunch of MLB players jealous last night. He was legally allowed to hit steroid rat Jose Canseco in the face.
Fans who witnessed the fight (apparently due to a lack of high-speed car chases on TV) were treated to three rounds of punching and grunting, followed by a heart pounding majority decision -- draw.
Bonaduce, standing a foot shorter than Canseco, told The Post Chronicle, "Part of me says there's a decent man right there that didn't want to kill the little guy. I feel weird that we tied."

Mark McGwire isn't the only one who'd like to throw down with the Bash Brother behind the book "Juiced" -- an "American Gladiator" thinks Jose Canseco is a certified "idiot" too.
Former juicer and original Gladiator Nitro, real name Danny Lee Clark, has some major 'roid rage over Canseco's book -- and man was he pissed when we asked him about it outside Coco de Ville last night.

It's good to see that Jose Canseco has a sense of humor about steroid use -- because all the MLB players he outed in his book "Juiced" probably don't feel the same way.
This clip is from a failed reality show pilot, where people would win a day with Jose and could do anything they wanted with him. The only guy who got the chance decided to make Canseco do stand-up comedy -- and the former slugger just ended up looking like a huge prick.

Is it really a crime for a man to try to fix the shrinking effects of steroid use? If it involves smuggling drugs across the Mexican border, the answer is si.
Baseball's most famous 'roid head, Jose Canseco, was charged today in a U.S. Federal court in SoCal on one count of misdemeanor transport of misbranded medication.
Canseco was allegedly trying to smuggle Spanish-labeled vials of HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) through a border patrol checkpoint in San Diego last week.
Jose returns to court on Nov. 4 -- until then, we advise him to see a shrink.

It took less than one round for has-been, whistleblowing Jose Canseco to get his ass handed to him by former Philadelphia Eagle Vai Sikahema at the "War at the Shore" last night.
Vai -- who's only 5'9" -- knocked 6'4" Canseco down twice before the fight was stopped.

Retired baseball star Jose Canseco's 7,300 square foot $2.5 million Encino, California mansion has been foreclosed on. Maybe he should get a place with Latrell Sprewell.
In an interview this week, Canseco blamed his financial woes on a couple of divorces and the fact that after taxes, he was really only living on $17 or $18 million.
The slugger did admit that his financial situation is different than most Americans and that he felt sympathy for other families going through foreclosures -- with even fewer millions than he has.

Jose Canseco has been sued for allegedly holding bedroom furniture hostage.
TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, in which David Beaubien alleges he went to a garage sale last May and plunked down $20,000 for furniture owned by former baseball superstar Jose Canseco. The 39 items include a dining table, a brown leather couch and a lamp with a broken shade.
Beaubien says he received only 32 of the items. Beaubien's lawyer, John Sweeney, tells TMZ that Canseco asked Beaubien if he could could keep the remaining items in the house until it sold. Sweeney says his client has gotten nothing but a runaround ever since.
The items in dispute -- a king bed and mattress, two lamps, two nightstands and two queen beds and mattresses.
Sweeney says Canseco has been slippery and he's been unable to serve him with legal papers.
TMZ could not reach Canseco for comment.

TMZ's cameras were outside Hyde on Thursday night and once again the place was filled with celebs.
We spotted the lovely Lindsay Lohan who did things a little different than usual ... she walked through the front door! The red headed hottie (sporting her designer wrist brace) usually likes a back door entrance, but last night she had no problem pulling right up to the front, making a quick dash past our camera.
Also out to soak the night up was actor-rapper Chris Bridges (aka Ludacris), Lil' John, Jack Osbourne, rocker Slash, former Los Angeles Laker Rick Foxx and, making a rare appearance, "Surreal Life" star Jose Canseco.
